I sent an enquiry email to the CO and here is the reply
"Give it a few days it's getting coordinates fixed"
Angie is aware and is going to fix it. Will have to be on our toes when she catches up to those of us who have hidden over 100, if she follows the hiding pattern of the four or five main cache hiders down that way. Good to see someone new to our obsession placing caches. Good on you.

mmmm I checked this out last night and thought it was in someones yard so today on my way to work I did a drive by and yes I still think its in someones yard
. I'm not into walking around searching for caches in house yards so I drove on by and went to work.
I hope its a co ordinate mistake and its not is someones yard. I will check again in a few days time.

I checked this on Google Earth and it does certainly look like it is on private property.
