Archived as I haven't had a chance to resurrect this cache since it was muggled.
Nothing like pretend play play to explain your position.. Dropped my phone and reached up
Today was the day for a long bike ride with a bit of caching thrown in. I got dropped off in Kew then meandered through Abbottsford, Collingwood, the City, along the Yarra then along the Monash through Camberwell then headed home. The weather started out sunny but slowly the skies darkened and there was a slight chill in the air.
This was my first for the day. A quick find. TFTC.

Looked at all the possible places according to hint and previous comments. Nothing! Don't know if incompetent or it's gone?
As suspected the cache has been left in the wrong spot. It is now safely hidden from casual view. Please note it lives in an enclosed space. The hint should guide you. Took a tag.
Much activity around here today. Walked in circles then decided to leave and come back at a quieter time
Our second visit here - last time the cache had been muggled. And we did spot it in the end. Here in the company of GJMMelb and quiet1_au today. TFTC
Second visit here, only this time with the cache actually here. lochb, G' of GJMMelb and I headed into the gateway again, where we found a muggle sheltering from the inclement weather but she ignored us so we set about searching. I spotted the likely spot but no cache was found, and I eventually located in is almost plain sight - I suspect there's been some cache creep, and the attachment has come detached too so it might require some CO TLC. TFTC The weather was quite cold and wet now and with the daylight fading we decided to call it a day.
Found with Lochb and Quiet1_au. This took us a while but Q eventually found this after a second look. Thanks rufusstar

Tftc found with geobrother lukie1987. First time caching in near the city and this spot is awesome
Wanted to head to the city to find some awesome caches. Love the city at night tftc
Last find for the day. It was nice to be able to park closely and walk the few metres to this cache. A quick find. TFTC.
On my way home from a meeting in the city and couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab a cache or two on the way through.
Nice hide, nice weather, nice history, ahhhhhh, just a shame about the club.
Thanks for placing this cache rufusstar

Tftc. Interesting old beer cans nearby, but you won't find any answers at the bottom of a bottle
#661 2:28pm TFTC... I am sorry for the generic post, but I am MONTHS behind in my logging of caches... and it is becoming quite a stress. I need to churn though my backlog to get back up to date and I will endeavour to log more often in the future.
Found with my partner in crime bbfetish on an epic night of pizza, churros and caching TFTC
Fond memories of Collingwood Football Fan youth. I went to my first game here many many years ago, and as an avid Magpies supporter, it will always be a fondly remembered place.
Picked up TB - will be useful to open all the bottles and remove all the teeth...

I'm a massive AFL fan (tigers supporter) and this was a nice geocache to cap off the day. Coincidentally Collingwood play Richmond today. I hope the tigers get up. TFTC
Some things never change - was here the day Nicky Winmar bared his skin. Iconic image. Tftc.
Wow this place is busy of an evening. The warm weather didn't help with all the people out walking their dogs and coming through the main entrance while i was searching. Finally i got a minute of free time to properly search and sign the log.
Took an evening stroll with geomum and holdfast. Been meaning to get this one as its close to home. Left a smily face swap. TFTC
Surprising how many muggles were out at this time of night, which made this foray into enemy territory that much harder. Go Tigers!! TFTC
We found this cache today at 4:20pm as number 8 of 8 on our Cache Awards Event Day. Three quick Collingwood caches after the Event cache today. We hadn't seen Victoria Park in a long time and were surprised in the development of the old oval. Really nice to find a cache here. We would have liked to have stayed longer but a huge thunderstorm gathered and we headed for home. Thanks from D, HA and H B-A.

Fantastic! I loved the history and really soaked in the sights, even if I'm not a football fan. It's wonderful to see so many people and families using the ground on a Saturday afternoon. The GPS was a little off but as we investigated the area the hint soon became obvious. Great cache, thank you rufusstar!
Found on a caching run on a hot day. Have never been here before so thanks for bringing going me here and for the cache.
Found with the geo-son and extended geo-crew during the early stages of a bike mounted assault on the caches of Collingwood and Fitzroy. All quite at GZ and, with the help of the clue, the geo-son soon had the CIH. All good at GZ. Many thanks rufusstar
Good little hide! And nice park, a lot more pleasant than my last time here, about 1990, to see the cats beat the pies. Those pie supporters are animals! Tftc
Thought we found it but realised it was just a distraction. Then low and behold, there it was. Tftc.
Nice placement and a pleasant walk from the office in Collingwood. Not a magpie fan but there sure is some history here. Thanks for the cache.

What an interesting little spot! The hint's a bit further on in the counting than stated, which threw me off momentarily. A bit of poking around and the cache was in hand. Tftc!
What a RICH find!! Have been out of action for awhile but took my GF on the hunt ! Great spot.
A morning meeting in Abbotsford meant I could readily nick by this one on the way back to work. Parked nearby and was soon at GZ and fairly confident of the nature of the hide - But it still took a fair bit of checking of various places before the cache was eventually located. Signed at a convenient spot and then headed off...
Probably timely to sign this one the day before Grand Final day, but given my football interest is absolutely zero, probably not as much appreciated as it should be!
TFTC rufusstar.

Finally stopped by this one. Obvious spot for a cache I guess. Brought back memories of my childhood when we would sneak into the games, obviously not by this enrtance... tftc
