A nice quick find after a bit of searching. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are off on another North Island tour, visiting family, art galleries and caches. Today we drove and cached around Palmerston North, and so far the weather has been pretty good!Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.
Took longer than I'd like and I managed to snag it on the second sweep. No one else to bother us so thankfully didn't have to stealth this one. Tftc
Never knew this was here so that was cool to learn. Took a few minutes of checking out spots before we located it. Had a nosey through the trades left behind. Took nothing but left something:)
A trip up to palmy this morning to get the last few caches required towards the Wheel of Challenges Souvenir. carried out a grid search and came up with the goods..

3 September 2022 14:42 TFTC the Seagnoid for placing this cache, number 11654 for me.
Day out caching with "Infoferret", "barefootguru" and "bruzie" (Logged as CIBB). The rain had subsided a bit and so we decided to give this one a go. The path there was pretty slippery and squishy but got to GZ. A quick search yielded the cache in good condition and the name made more sense then. T4TC
Not too tyring… a short walk over slippery ground followed by a short elimination search. Signed as CIBB — CrystalFairy Infoferret barefootguru bruzie, TFTC Seagnoid!
CrystalFairy, Infoferret, barefootguru and myself headed up from Wellington on a thoroughly wet day for caching in the Manawatū. All caches signed as "Team CIBB" (or variations depending on who had previously found them).
A very soggy walk along the BMX track before heading down the trail to GZ. Plenty of nooks and crannys to search through before the cache was revealed. Signed and replaced. All good here, and TFTC

Nice cache have nothing to swap so had to leave them very hot day for winter today TFTCSL
Awesome place and a younger me would have loved the challenges. Not my day today as there was a not so friendly dog and a young girl and her mum playing in the area. I did a few quick searches but with the dog growling at me I decided to leave it for another time.
Today's a fourth loop dot day so this cache is my choice since I'm out this way. All good here. TNLNSL TFTC
Cool cache I went out today and the tyres felt like they could cook an egg.

Thanks for the cache!
Sorry for the delay in logging. I’m in the process of finally logging all my old finds.

After attending TwigNZ’s lively event On your marks Get set Go 3 at Ohau I was heading back to Palmy expecting it to get dark. Suddenly realised I had an extra hour of caching so detoured to Paneiri Park. Parked up and strolled over to this cache. Hard to appreciate the river walk when the smell is so pungent. Still happy to find the cache and add to the smileys. Thanks Seagnoid.
Lucky to be out & about on a fine blustery Palmy day, which makes me tired without having to cycle here, so lucky I could walk and find before the rain arrives as forecast. Cache all dry, so signed, and replaced as found.
I was hoping for a quick find after dropping green waste off
Alas not to be. Mind you whatsForTea chose to stay home after our exhausting last few days geocaching.

We enjoyed the short walk from the car to this cache. Cool area. A quick find if cache. No one around this time of evening.
Thanks for placing the cache the Seagnoid.

Stopped by tonight after dropping the kids off at scouts, cache is still in place
Had a good look around for this one but couldn’t find. Probably something to do with the very hot day, but after 15 mins walked away. Will try and come back for this one before leaving Palmy
We'd had a busy day, with blueberry picking out Pohangina-way and then an extended visit to a trampoline park, so the rest of the 3Prettys were happy to be dropped off at the house before I headed back out for a cache. They will not be sorry they missed the aroma of the mountain bike park. It was completely deserted as I walked the hundred metres from the car to the cache, so I was able to have a good non-stealthy hunt, with a quick find.
Thank you for the cache.

looked for ages, got all dirty but couldn’t find it . Hope to find it another day
My lad and I were up in Palmerston North again yesterday evening for a games night with friends, and were staying over so figured that today we would do a bit of caching here to make a real start on achieving the 100 finds needed to complete the Hidden Creatures challenge.
We had just finished finding a nearby Puzzle that I've wanted to complete for a while, aided by a seasoned cacher who then pointed this cache out to us as being fairly nearby. So a quick drive to be near GZ, and then a short walk later, and we find ourselves potentially overtyred!
My lad was nudged towards a quick find, and then we spent more time watching Master 6 disappear into the Tyre Labyrinth! You don't want to know what he looked like once he emerged, but he was happy enough
Thanks for the cache and for giving us the excuse to see the nearby Mt Cleese too!

Another cache that has been on my 'to find' list for sometime. Saved for a dot day. Tftc in this spot that was previously unknown to me.
Rode over to here after orienteering in nearby Paneiri Park. Should've been a quick find -but Murphy's Law required that it be in the very last tyre I looked in. Decided that riding the jumps etc. was something for others less long in the tooth.
How many spots could thus be in? Finally used geosense and there it was. Nice and dry. Thanks for the cache.
Was unexpectedly over this side of town for an errand and so stopped by for an impromptu maintenance visit.
Cache is in good condition, which was a relief as "unexpectedly" means "sans cache maintenance kit..."

Found on a lovely clear summer's day; we had the whole place to ourselves. Thanks for the cache. The place looks nice enough to me; maybe they've had a big clean up since the cache was first placed. Took nothing, added a rubber stamp.
Thanks for the cache, found it with my 2 nieces, was a good way to get them outside for their start of their holiday
Been here a couple of times. The first time there was a large wasps nest which prevented me from searching thoroughly. Second time it was a bit damp but perservered but still had no luck. Had a hint from a fellow cacher and came back this morning. Ground was dry and I had no problems locating the goods this time. TFTC
With awful weather, feeling lazy, and being in a hurry (numbers, numbers, numbers lol) I decided to take a punt and drive as close to the green dot as possible. Over a ditch and up the bank (on foot now, not in the car lol) and wow, look at all this! Never knew that was here. Round and round (much like a tyre) til the gps picked the spot and yes it was. Nice and dry and clean. And a bonus of a trackable so I collected that too. Signed and replaced and whipped back to the car and off. Must bring my bike back here for a blast - yeah right! Great cache, thanks
Wandered into the park from down the riverbank and followed the GPSr to the obvious spot. While the spot was obvious, the cache was not so and took a bit of finding. Looking into all sorts of spots then like a previous cacher, used my hand to blindly sweep some likely spots which resulted in the cache being found. TNLNSL and left as found. Again thanks for the placement the Seagnoid.
#398 - Greenslime and I went down the wrong road at first so had to scramble up a weedy hill to get into the cache location. Was not what i was expecting. Very cool little park, wish I had a bike and more importantly the skill to bounce around on those obstacles. Found the cache location and started to search. Was immediately put off when Greenslime pointed out the resident paper wasps (not my favorite insects). Cache was found in really good nick. TFTC and taking us to this random spot.
#760 After visually looking in all the possible locations, i finally had to relent and put my hand in there. After a few tries i found the cache, nicely tucked in and safe and sound. You would definitely have to be looking for it to find it so no chance of an accidental find - hence i left a trackable for the next finder!. What a great little spot, had no idea it existed, shame about the smell though! Thanks for bringing me here.
After completing the Rotorua Tough Guys & Girls Challenge in the weekend and then having to drive south for work on sunday this was going to be one of those very long weeks. So without rest and having to do presentations all day to a number of different groups today I managed to get ahead of things and make time for myself to find a few caches before the night set in.
This was the first of the afternoon so made it all the better as could get some local caches now and worry about work later on, but now its caching time.
Once I worked out how to access the GZ the cache was fortunatly in the second place I looked so on and upward. Ground was a bit soft but the cache was all nice and dry.
Thanks for the placement and the fun

Yay finally got to this cache after storing it a while ago. Pretty sad that the park hasn't been up kept very well. I didn't bring my mountain bike but the mountain buggy counts??? Could not believe I put my hand on thia cache in the second place I looked! After the flood I expected it to be in a state of disrepair but it's in mint condition!
Wandered over on a chilly but otherwise nice afternoon. Found after a bit of a search around the area, although it was nicely tucked away & we missed it on the first sweep past.

No joy for me today. Had a good idea of what to look for and where, even managed to squeeze my way inside the big ones... Nothing! Bugger.
Thanks for the cache!! Found today after also finding the Seagnoids nearby "Bike Park"cache…
I had mistakenly logged this as found but needing maintenance at the end of last year - which I now see caused some confusion when CO checked on the 19th Dec and it was still there - sorry I didn't return sooner to help clear up the discrepancy!
This time I found the current one (small sistema) AND the old one still floating just 3m away (larger sistema with red handles and half-eaten log book)
On my original visit on 13th Dec I only found the older version floating lid-off in water inside a tyre - it may be the original cache or one muggled from somewhere else?? Either way the log is no good anymore...
I have removed the old one and will try to email some photos to the CO to see what he wants done with it…

Had visited GZ a couple of times before, but was unable to perform a thorough search due to nearby muggles risking life and limb on the dirt course. Returned this evening at dusk with a hint from a fellow cacher and soon had the cache in hand - not sure how it got missed last time... TFTC.
Out for a walk in the late afternoon sun..got close to GZ and realised we were on the wrong side of things..did some backtracking and made the find! All in good order..signed and replaced.TFTC!
Found in company of a Friend & her daughter from school - think it might become a regular event! Took a moment to locate easiest access point, but all good from there. Place need a bit of Weed Whacking! but otherwise nice stop.. third find for the afternoon.
Cache in good nick - took nothing - left recipe card, coin, and stickers.

Out on a short road trip with tmann421 on Waitangi Weekend. We were headed to a Palmerston North event when we called in to collect this one.
A quick search and the cache soon located. I'm learning lots about bridges thanks to tmann

After a frustrating time not finding the nearby Bike Park cache it was great that there were no problems with this cache as we were quite "tyred" by now. Did not think we were agile enough to tackle the bike track though but great to see some kids enjoying it. TFTC the Seagnoid.
[green] Log book and cache in perfect condition. Everything dry and intact. Okay, I'm confused...
Found it after my boy and I had searched in almost every tyresome place within 10m. Eventually found cache minus lid and it took another few minutes to locate the lid and wet, half-eaten/ruined notebook. Unfortunately it looks like a rodent has gnawed away most of the logbook - signed what was left of it! We returned it where we found it with the lid firmly on, but still could do with a new logbook.
If CO is out of town now I could return with a new log in a few days time…

I couldn't ride over the obstacles here, but I'm impressed that some people can!
I decided to follow the river trail to the end and snag this cache in the process. My, how this area has changed over the years; I'm glad to see the kids have somewhere to hone their BMX skills. This was a straightforward find, the cache nicely tucked away in there. Thanks for the smiley today.
Second attempt at this cache and this time success! Thanks for the replacement cache. I was surprised to be the first cacher to sign the replacement logbook.
All quiet at GZ.

I don't think I would ever use this bike park - it's more like a giant bmx track than mountain biking. Quick find TFTC
wasn't sure how to get to this one, as the gates were open we were able to drive down and park pretty close, we had a go at the bike park one but spent most of the time bush wacking as we came off the side of the road and not the track. soon had this cache in hand and added some swag. tftc
An interesting collection. Thought I was in for a bit of a hunt but luckily a quick find.

Negotiated our way through the course, made the jump then landed the cache, many thanks.
The second time today that we’ve had to search this type of object. Fortunately it didn’t take too long to locate the cache, reasonably safely out of sight of the children up at the start of the bike track. TFTC
#5361. Took the easy option to drive in. The place was all quiet. No cyclists around. Found after a short search. TNLNSL. TFTC.
