Plants have grown up around this so not easily accessible.
We will relocate this soon.

Found it by feel in the obvious spot. Chest height kinda depends on where you’re standing. TFTC
Couldn’t find this one today after a good 15 minutes with 4 of us looking. Bugger.
TFTC, the ocean view is lovely but turn around. It took us a while with our 6 man team but after 20min we found it.
Well, after some perserverance by kanesclan, found it where you would expect. TFTC.
Took quite a while to find it, the kids have up but they had a lovely play at the little beach. Got there in the end, the other logs helped. A great place to stop on the walk
Not exactly where I expected it to be but spotted as I was leaving, having g given up!!tftc
Exremly trick one of us got prickles all through her hand! But it was still really great.
#609. Mr and Mrs Northwood took one of the junior Northwoods to Mount Maunganui for the second day of a sports tournament and some geocaching. More time spent climbing and going around the Mount and watching the finals.
Mrs Northwood snagged this one, it was nice to walking around after climbing up! TFTH.

A walk to the top of the mount and then on our way back we were going past this cache so decided to come and have a look.A nice quick find for us today in a lovely spot.
We were out for an early morning stroll with our young grandson in his pushchair. Unfortunately there has been a slip along the trail on the way to this cache and the trail is blocked off. There is a detour in place - up some stairs and then back down onto the trail. While one of us stopped to watch a container ship enter the harbour, the other made the short detour off the trail and soon had the cache in hand.

Easy find, once one decides best path to reach cache. Surprised it is there. Watched large container ship pass thru channel. TFTC.
Came to the little beach here with our outdoor playgroup on wednesday. Lovely spot to while away a few hours with some friends.
Saw this cache and we nipped off around the corner to see if we could find it. Kids loved finding and replacing this one. I was hoping to squeeze a trackable in here but it wouldnt fit.
Thanks for the cache!

On a cruise to New Zealand ports, Today we stopped at Tauranga. Our goal was to do the caches on Mt Maunganui. Off the ship we strolled along the beautiful boardwalk to the start of the track. Meggs took the low road and I took the high road. Meggs said " Beautiful view from here, took the easy route to the cache and managed to find and sign uninterupted despite the number of muggles on the mountain." TFTC
A beautiful day in Tauranga as we wind down our trip to New Zealand and Australia.

Ovation of the Seas cruise ship stop. Walked all around the mountain. Gorgeous views.
TNLNSL. Thanks for the cache!

Ovation of the Seas stopover sailing around NZ. Mt Manuganui is certainly the go-to place stopping here in Tauranga. This was a scenic cache, quick find amongst all those hasty bushwalkers. Tftc
Stopped to catch our breathe. Pencil is gone already so back to the cruise shop to find another before we continue. Thanks.
After a DNF on 16/12/17 found it on another trip back to NZ, making my 209th find. WOOHOO
Walking around the base of the mount today. Quick find as family explore the rocks. Tftc and nice new log!
I searched GZ and surrounds for a lovely and long time, to no avail. Happily, I didn’t even find much trash around either.
A nice quick find for our group today while we walked around the base track on a glorious autumn day. Some fab spots on this walk. Tftc.
A nice quick find with our group today while out making the most of a beautiful day. Tftc.
Definitely a wonderful spot to watch incoming ships... we saw a few sailboats on the water today. In an effort to beat 'The Mr' to the cache I managed to dong my head on a low hanging branch so it also made a wonderful place to sit in the shade and let the stars settle! The Mr found the cache quite quickly while he was giving me no sympathy... although he was heard muttering 'is that blood?' TFTC and the wonderful view.
Took us awhile to find it but all in all a great find cheers Cullen Fitzpatrick
Enjoying one of our last days in New Zealand. Beautiful day for a walk, made more satisfying by finding a cache. TFTC.
I think that someone was recording a podcast or talking to someone - she was sitting with her phone on an extension pole - quite close to GZ. Tried to be inconspicuous and think I managed it - she didn't look my way at all. A guy sitting in the other direction was luckily out of view at GZ. Sure is busy on this Monday afternoon. And hot! Thanks for the hide Murray'n'Janet. The last of my finds on the Mount. Will have to come back one day for the ones that eluded me.
What a gorgeous walk! Found on my final day in Tauranga before heading south to Wellington. Thank you for bringing me here, and TFTC.
Found on our last day here. Had a lovely walk around the mount with geodaughter and Mr PP. Geodaughter found it before I was anywhere near it.
TFTC!
TFTC!
Determined to find one more after a couple of DNF'S . Those steps are a good work out for a geopensioner! No need for the gym today! Feet need a paddle. Oooo that's better! Back to Radiance of the Seas to continue cruise round NZ. Greetings from Hordle Hampshire England. TFTC
