Sadly, this little guy has been muggled. I'll replace it and re-enable it as soon as I can. CC
No luck for Suscoe after a couple of visits to check and recheck.
It must be too good for us today!

Next on the agenda for this morning had me a tad worried when I saw GZ with a potential myriad hiding spots. Thankfully, the nicely camoed stash was in hand from one of the first places I looked at 06:05.
What a grand old tree.
As I was signing the log, I watched a Council type vehicle pull up a couple of spots in front of where I'd parked, after which the guy jumped out and went back to my car. Intriguing?!!?? By the time I returned the cache and got back to the car, he'd taken off. I double checked and I was certainly legally parked so ...
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks CuriosaCollins.

After a YUMMY breakfast at Monk Bodhi Dharma, we headed to the beach. With this in our path, it was an easy find. Loved the camo. Picked up a penny - looking forward to the luck! TFTC

Well either it's gone or, more likely, it was too good for me.
Thanks anyway CuriosaCollins

GMJ3191's DNF had me worried! Just checked and the little guy is still in place.
I headed up to the big smoke with one of my boys for some shopping, fun, caching and exploring. Although quite cool, the weather was great and the city was bustling with people everywhere. We had a great afternoon with us exploring quite a number of alley's in the CBD (we found Peppa Pig), we checked out the big wheel and had a late lunch at the Queen Vic Markets before heading back into town to watch some buskers rap and breakdance for a crowd of onlookers. On our way home we were lucky enough to spot some fireworks happening and made a short detour to park and watch the great display before heading for home.
Our last find for the day and a nice quick driveby. An impressive tree with lots of possible hiding spots but it didn't take us too long to find it. Nice cammo too.
Thanks for the cache.

Cache was open and the log sheet was lying nearby, lucky that everything was still there. Signed it, put it back together and placed it back, all good. Clever little cache, too!
It was a Skakids day today, and all but the first were their caches, and almost all were Quest caches. And this was the first and only cache by someone else. This is quite close to home so it seemed the best place to start. I found a parking spot not too far from GZ, then made the quick find once there. Thanks to CuriosaCollins for the cache.
I had spent the day working inside St Kilda City Hall...yes, that is its name...so it only seemed logical that I find the cache hiding outside before I headed home. With rain threatening there were no muggles around to annoy me while I made my search. After a while I found the cache...very cleverly camouflaged.
Thanks to CuriosaCollins for a cleverly made cache.

For Alli's first geocache we popped across the road. I wasn't brave enough, she was! Great cache!
That's our first cache for the evening. We are hoping for a successful hunt tonight on another inner city run. Nice easy cache in an exposed area. Been a Sunday it was quiet and made life easy. Tftc tnln sl
Find 1110 at 20:34. I was out caching with Burge tonight and we were aiming for caches around the inner suburbs. All up we found 5 this evening and this was our first for the evening. We were able to park very close to GZ and it was a nice quick find. Thanks for the cache, CuriosaCollins!
Just letting you know that when I found this cache there was no more room left on the log to sign. Thanks for a fun geocaching experience.
Another great caching run of Arthur and Dent together with MasterIschi took place in St Kilda yesterday. Several Tradi and Multi Caches were collected and all caches approached during day light were found. The glorious final should have been a night cache which wasn’t found.
We send a big “Thank You!” to all cache owners. We will be back soon.

Found @ 10:18pm, find # 3255.
I was passing by this one tonight so I parked nearby and walked back to GZ, where I did a circuit of this very big tree, I then spotted something that needed a closer inspection, I found it to be a nicely camoed cache container, signed the log and I was on my way again.
Thanks to CuriosaCollins for placing this cache.

That is a nicely constructed container and an impressive old tree. After waiting for one muggle to pass and a loop around, I was able to dash in and make he find.
Thanks to CuriosaCollins for the cache.

This was a really nice little hide found after completing one full lap!
No one about so it was an easy grab.
Good start to the day!
Thanks

There were quite a few muggles around GZ as there was a hip hop competition (u18 freestyle fever) going on in the town hall. However they were all too interested in the food/drinks out the front of the building to notice me loitering around in the shadows. After a quick look around the tree I saw the cache and thankfully there werent any of the spiders that some other geocachers had mentioned, making it much easier to get. TFTC
I was down this way to buy a few edibles that aren't available in my area of Melb. It had been raining on and off all day so it was easy to get a parking spot close by and this also meant that there were very few passing muggles. Even though the cache was near a very busy intersection, the tree was sooo huge that it provided complete cover from the passing traffic and the rain. [^]
I did one rotation of GZ and soon noticed something suspicious. I couldn't see any arachnids as they were probably hiding from the rain so I stuck my hand in, retrieved the extremely well-constructed and cleverly camo'd cache and signed the log at 3:30pm. TNLN. I then returned the cache quickly to its hiding spot and headed off to do some shopping.
Thanks CuriosaCollins for the great hide in such a high muggle location and for showing me this magnificent fig tree. I also enjoyed having a squiz at the beautifully designed Town Hall, which I have often passed in the car but never had a close look at. [^]

This easy find at a beautiful tree had me a little hesitant, I must admit! I though I could get geo-partner to do it another time due to my arachnophobia bit then hardened up and just reached for it! Raining and devoid of muggles - I've had this on my to do lost for a while. Off to the library next. Tftc.
nice stop after work parked down road walked north great tree nice easy find quick sign and home thanks
Making the most of this beautiful autumn weather, I dedicated another day for riding the bike home from work. It was a good spot to sit and rest under a beautiful tree. The roots provided ample sitting places to have a drink and sign a cache. The cache has a fantastic camo that blends in well with the surroundings. A great piece of work. TFTC.
Visited the chaos that was the 2XU clearance sale at the Town Hall for a short while (prices were the same as the online clearance last week), before wandering out to the sprawling tree. Some of the branches were so low/wide that using the path could be a bit hazardous if one did not watch where they were going. Walked around once before spotting the well camouflaged cache-hide. TFTC.
Being relatively new to Aussie caching, I am still reluctant to stick my hands in places here so I wandered around the tree until I found a sturdy stick and found where I started looking for a stick! Ironic! Found a few dead birds, a beer and some paper napkins. Good cache. A slightly different version to what I expected. Tftc
It was a lovely day for an outing today although fortunately there were very few muggles around GZ, and all sitting the other way. After a bit of a perusal the cache was ensconced in the first place that I looked and a very neat piece of work it was too thanks CuriosaCollins.
Little bike ride today, the weather is where you should take advantage. Caches were really nice and cycling is very easy to do as a result.
Thank you much cachers. I had a very good day

A quick one while we were in the area to complete "Reference". Found in the company of quiet1_au and GJMMelb. TFTC
Out caching this afternoon with Lochb and Quiet1_au. We had our sights set on some caches in St Kilda. Having been nearby we walked to this one which Quiet1 found straight away. Thanks CuriosaCollins
GJMMelb
GJMMelb
After a spending some time locating and solving "Reference" nearby we (lochb, G' of GJMMelb and I) took a detour to pick this cache up on our way back to the car. The location of GZ was not in doubt - hard to miss it really - and we were in luck when we approached from the right direction and I immediately picked it up having spotted a flash of silver! Now why can't that happen all the time?... TFTC
With a generous container you should put in a larger LB.
Thx for bringing me here. The hardest part was finding a car park

Saw a bloke find it previous to me as I was under the tree with my son so the cache was shifted and easy to find I placed it back and a little deeper good luck
This morning I decided to take a Metro train to St Kilda and find some caches during a nice walk back to my downtown hotel along the shore and through Albert Park. The latter turned out to be difficult due to the preparations for the Formula One race. That prevented me from finding some of the caches, but nevertheless, I enjoyed the walk.
This cache was found at 8:05. Nice hide!
Thanks for the hide and greetings from Denmark!

5 Maart 2014 11:23 wizard4u TFTC: today time for geocaching so I rented a bicycle and went south a bit to find a number of nice caches. Mostly traditionals but also some others. The CO's will become their answers if necessary. Dropped also a number of TB's from Europe. Nice tour in a nice area. All CO's thank you very much for the caches and the nice trip. Weather was ok for cycling. Thanx from holland
Rebel Acts and I met for a quick round trip into the north of Melbourne tonight. We focused mainly on the new traditional caches published out that way. It's amazing how many caches are being published in such a short period of time. Thanks to all the CO's for their cache placements. Smelt of animal/human urine. Nice town hall though.
Parked my car further away from GZ.
Walked toward the cache and I thought oh no... muggle is sitting there right there at GZ.
Hey wait... I can see he was holding a zip bag. He must be geocacher. Smile
He saw me approaching. He was pretending nothing happening.
I said Hi with big smile and show him my GPS. He smile too.
Had a quick chat by writing notes.
Lovely meeting you.
Happy caching

I lowered the difficulty rating as this turns out to be a quick find. So much for my cunning camouflage
What a wonderful tree! I love that you have to duck several times to walk down that path.

Found with Trailrunning on another Monday caching adventure, With so many new caches being published its hard to keep up these days, tonicht we headed out around the North of Melbourne and did a little plain spotting.. Thanks CuriosaCollins for the cache.
I had plenty of time today so decided to do some puzzles and multis that required a bit of driving and/or walking around. It turned out to be a really nice day which is good because the weekend is going to be way too hot.
I arrived here and had to park about 100m up the road in a really bad location so quickly rushed down and surprising myself I made a nice quick find. Signed the log and was on my way. Nice camouflage, doubt that will me muggled in a hurry.
Thanks CuriosaCollins for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

Making our way home in the afternoon traffic having done the Aquarium on Nano's last day of holidays. The Chief remembered there was a new cache up ahead if he could just make his way across a few lanes of traffic he could check it out. Eventually some kind folk allowed him over and there was even a convenient car park right next to where he needed to be. Some days are just like that! A nice quick find and we were on our way. TFTC
Our first FTF!!! Disturbed a little mosquito nest but nothing to worry about. TFTC.
