Logs
Thanks to all the previous logs and photos it was an easy find. Just felt like I was trespassing a bit. All good. TFTC
TFTC smile20001 Out and about on a Sunny day with muggle twin sister on our way to Wollongong in a round about way picking up LGAs on the way GS1947 on small logs Thank you The Booos for placing this cache for our enjoyment
Thanks The BoosI assume you have a philosophical objection to hints I have yet to come across one of your caches with one.
I went into the city tonight, and intended to grab a cache while I was there, but was more than halfway home on the train before my partner called and asked me if I'd gotten one. I'd completely forgotten!
Needing something I could stop by at on the way home instead, this one was perfect. A mere 3 minute drive from the station, quiet area, plenty of street parking in the evening. I looked for a few minutes by phone torch, before reading a few logs, and got a pointer in the right direction.
I scanned a few likely spots in the new position before checking an old caching favourite, and there it was.
Signed the new log book and returned as found. TFTC The Booos!

Just a logbook wrapped around a piece of wire as the container is missing but still as the co intended
Trying to complete Christmas shopping when the shops are almost empty...so that means late night shopping. Headed up to campbelltown this evening to get the last few things on my list. Decided to make a night of it and had some dinner afterwards.
For the last month or so I have been trying to complete a cache a day to keep my streak alive. Couldn't miss the opportunity to do a cache after dinner. Headed out with SmileyR33 and with torches in hand we started searching. It wasn't too long before SmileyR33 had located the cache. Log signed and cache returned to its hiding spot.

The muggle from across the road asked if we had found it after we had found it and signed the log. He is a friendly muggle. We chatted for a while.
We headed into the flooded eastern states for a week of geocaching fun. The mission was Frying Pan. The only December 2000 placed cache remaining in Australia. All other choices for this month are international. Traveling in style and comfort we selected the next cache on merit and forward movement. Some back tracking was required in the wettest areas. Wildlife seen included a lyre bird, king parrot and a single leech. Mozzies were a pest. Caches were found and signed. Wet logs were wet. Water does that. Numerous TOTTs were employed.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.
Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.

Found on a trip from Adelaide to NSW and back with Freddo.
Our main target was ‘Frying Pan’ in the Chichester State Forest, near Barrington Tops north of Newcastle.
We allowed ourselves a week to travel there and back, taking a circuitous route through Victoria and NSW, camping each night and finding a range of caches of interest along the way.
Rains over the past few months meant a few detours along the way and plenty of water about, restricting access to some caches and camping areas. Many of the roads were quite chopped up with potholes and the mosquitoes were plentiful! But we had a good run with the weather, with just the odd shower, but mostly fine, warm and overcast.
Thanks The Booos for the cache.

hought we’d go do some battery recycling and while in Blair Athol, do the 2 caches that are here. Successfully got both, found with Gundrills. TFTC The Booos
Found with macka4867 while out for the morning. Didn’t find straight away like others have. We were looking for the wrong type of cache here at 1st. Eventually Macka Was UP to the task and rose to the occasion. TFTC.
Found it! Nice old house, pity about the condition that little house that's in the middle of the park is in
Had to drop my car off for a service, so roped geohubby into stopping off on the way home to grab a quick cache for the Deuces Wild souvenir. Found it in the second place I looked. Bison tube is new and shiny and lovely. Hide spot has become a spider nursery, which fits with the historic home now being a day care! TFTC.
Had a feeling where to look and found it in the second one of those I checked TFTC interesting place too
Out for a days caching around Narellan with missmorty and morty8888. I enjoyed seeing the old house; the views that it would of had in days gone by would have been magnificent. TFTC
Down in the Ctown to pick up a fridge and just down the road was this cache. Easy find and nice views. TFTC!
A nice quick but still sneaky hide at a cool little place in the area. Thank you!
Seventeen cache for today. Mrwhiskers76 made the find for this one. Cache is placed in a great spot next to a beaut building. A shame they don’t make buildings like this anymore! Thank you!
Heading home from Sydney with the family, we stopped at Campbelltown for lunch and collected a smiley to keep my streak alive. Found with G, La_Shee, Commando04 and Batz7. TFTC
What a great little hide. Picking up a few caches between showers . A lovely old house . Beware of spiders and webs TFTC.
Found this one on the weekend but forgot to log. Very sneaky! Took a long time to find.
Still in Campbelltown so an after work walk required and so a few caches collected.
Next on my walk after crossing a ‘new’ road and through another park. At GZ I had as look in one spot but have seen enough caches to spot the hide quickly and a quick walk had the cache in hand.

Floating around while the others use their amazing skills to find the cache, well, not much help was needed, *ThrosbyOC* had things well under control. Log signed ?? and replaced and the scene evacuated OCW *Throsbyonchurch* and *DustyJasperJet*. TFTC Thee Boos! Your efforts in placing and maintaining this cache is much appreciated.
18/08/2016 -- Didn't find it . This cache has style .... poking its log out and saying you can't find me. As Arnie says 'I'll be back.'
Cheeky little cache found with MizCupcake. I wondered about for a couple of minutes before MC quickly found this one. TFTC
Found with Littl3Vix. A quick park and grab for us today, I spotted the hide quickly as I've seen it a few times before. Tftc!
Having a little time to spare, decided to give this one a go. Drove up to the site, and immediately saw what I expected to be the GZ. So confidently trudged up only to realise that nope, that’s not it! GPS was sending me elsewhere. Hmm, so looked around, nope, not there etc. Which level, I was beginning to think my recent streak of geoblindness was about to continue. Looking, looking, hang on, I can see some tell tales, I wonder.....yep! CIH.

Disappointed I wasn’t able to join my geo mates at Haunted House though on Saturday.

Great house - worth the walk up from the station. Log is full - managed to squeeze a small entry lengthways at end of scroll. Tftc
After almost 4 years of on and off looking a finally found the little bugger woohoow
Very clever hide! Be aware of muggles walking their dogs nearby.
Log paper is full on both sides ️

Went for a quick search this evening and could not find BUT this is my first one so may have been overlooked by my novice eyes ️
As I creep closer to my 6000th find, I headed along the M5 with geodog to grab a few.
Thought this could take sometime without a hint, but once we were at the right level, the geosenses kicked in and it was CIH. Let the geodog wander around the park while I sat in the shade of the huge tree. TFTC

I didn't need the fuel that's nearby, but I did stop for some tasty fast food on the way back to Canberra.
The cache was relatively quickly found after reading that it was a sneaky hide. ️ TFTC!

19,309. Found with minniek during a meander around the Campbelltown region.
Headed up the Hume for a kid-free weekend caching in Sydney. And as minniek says we even lashed out for a motel instead of camping - Luxury ! This was the next find of the day. A nice quick find once at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and then headed off to the next one.
Thanks The Booos !! Enjoying this series.

The Rats have had a slow caching start to 2019 but today we set about rectifying that. The Camden/Campbelltown had seen a plethora of caches published since I was out this way last time, so on a beautiful Autumns day I had a great day caching through the burbs.
My coords were a little off here but a good cacher knows where to start looking and I soon had this one.
Thanks

First ever find , and it was awesome . Thank you so much to The Boos and thank you to Blueandgolder for helping me get introduced to the world of geocaching !
I was out and about with Happy Uke again today. We had invested in a small infalatable boat and we were up Campbelltown way to pick up some extra kit.
While we were in the area we decided to catch ourselves some caches.
Thanks!
