Nope no joy for us here! Seems like this one has beaten us
Thanks very much anyway!
Thanks very much anyway!
Searched high and low but unfortunately had to walk away empty handed on this one. Thanks anyways ness&kadin92. Maybe next time
Rooted around the tree and leaves for a while without luck--found a small green toy that could have been swag remnants--sorry we couldn't find today...
Cache visible from road. Covered well.

It took a bit of a search for this one as the GPS wouldn't settle, but we eventually spotted it through the leaves and ground litter.
Thank goodness for all the lovely old trees on the southern end of the Gold Coast. And for the very light rain that did not prevent me caching today.
With some spare time Ms Wig and I decided to find a couple of caches. This was the first one, searched the obvious location without luck re-read the description and tried the other side.... found it exposed so added a little more cover.
Thanks ness&kadin92.
Thanks ness&kadin92.
Visiting from Newcastle, staying at Kingscliff, joined by my brother from Nerang for some caching in the area, TFTC ness&kadin92.!!
Another quick find, parking lot was empty and no muggles to speak of either
Cache was slightly exposed. Hid it as well as possible

Found it! Signed the note book and swapped something in there! We thought we were safe until we walked away and noticed a muggle watching us I don't think he knew what was going on though.
Last one for day for us after a day at the Beach. We pulled up on the main road and discretely wandered through to start our search from the hidden side. No muggles around made for a quick find. Thanks ness&kadin92. for hiding the 563rd cache that we've found so far!
The GPSr was bouncing around a lot after the storm so we had to use our caching sense. Mr. Herbz came up with the goods this time. TFTC.
I was going to leave this for another day but in the end I headed back down Mattocks Rd from #4 in the nearby series. As I pulled into the car park no one was around but as soon as I got out a bloke getting the morning paper came around the corner, a lady on a scooter came down to drop of some rubbish then another lady and her dog came up the driveway. I sat there on the wet, white fence playing around on my phone for about 5min while fido worked one out. Far out boy, you need some fibre. Eventually after it got dumped in the nearby bin I had the area to myself.
So I headed straight for a likely spot and after a bit of scratchin around I held up my prize triumphantly. Took a seat on the nearby bus shelter and added a new name to the list of lucky finders.

I liked it when you put all the clues together it makes sence where it is i spent i while looking for it though.
This was our last cache for the afternoon. It took us a while because we looked in all the nooks and crannies at GZ and missed the correct one by omission. Silly us. Looked in a couple of other likely spots before rechecking our original location and seeing our mistake. Thankfully we signed the log. Cheers ness&kadin. [^][^]
A top day out and about caching with Couchmen. Around 30 caches found, mainly new stuff that had came out in the last week. Two puzzle caches and a multi in the bunch as well. A few short walks undertaken, and a few really good hides in the bunch as well. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining there caches.

I was out with Blacklegend today and even though we had started later we were both looking forward to a big day.
I think we approached this one from a different direction but with a bit of scanning of the area I spotted the landmarks and found the cache in its hidey hole.
Thanks Ness & Kadin TFTC SL

As I pulled in to the car park an elderly gentleman emerged from the village with a bag of trash in his hand. Let's just say he wasn't the fastest mover and shaker!
So I hung around in my car making a few phone calls while he made his way down and back. Once the coast was clear I grabbed and signed the cache before anyone else came out! TFTC. SL.

Another quick park and grab for us this evening as the daylight was starting to disappear fast.

Just one "FTF" for me this weekend. A lot of people were up at, or on their way to, the earth shattering event when these were published. I was able to find this in the dark due to the street lighting providing some illumination. Only one lady walking her dog and thankfully not too complicated a tree. Thanks ness&kadin92
