Life has been so busy with the not-so-little TTs that I hardly find a chance to get out and cache for a whole day. But today was the day. Didnt take much to convince Chamad to come and hunt with me for the day. I signed a challenge long ago for a ludicrous number of caches needed in the Sunshine Coast. I think I still have about 400 to go. So, putting a tiny dent in this was the go-to. A 9 hr day and about 30 caches. Unfortunately a few dnfs, but although it felt like 50/50, luckily it wasnt. There were a few caches that were way above their terrain because the ground is so wet and slushy and sometimes even a big puddle was underfoot (actually more so overfoot!). It was so good to get out and play and be an adult only for the day. Hmmm maybe I have that wrong. A chance to stop being a responsible adult and a chance to be a kid doing immature and silly things!Looked high low. Lots of recent finds saying they were not tall enough. A call to a previous finder years ago said it was low. The CO said it was low. We decided it was a no-go.
This one was alrightI crash landed here, and when I got up, I saw it instantly TFTC TFTH I signed a logbook and now Im onto the next one
Had to use a stick to get it down and used my scribble stick to put it back upRolled up the log neatly and put it back where I found it
Day 2 of the Caloundra music festival and after a night of L.A.B and the Melbourne Ska Orchestra it was time to head out and capture a few more sunny coast caches.I decided to head a little more inland today and quickly arrived at the cache parking spot. A swift walk to GZ and it wasnt long before the cache was in hand and the smilie face was mine.I logged the cache and returned it safely to its hides hole. Back to the car and off on the next sunny coast adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to fellow cachers to be found.Cheers
Some muggles were rather indignant/ rude but only 2 here...So a quick findOnce I realize it wasn't sitting down to reach itTftc
I must be taller than some as I had no trouble in reaching this one. Cache in good condition.
Mr10 played in the very cool park nearby while MrsLangy, Geopup and I went wandering. Big nope to the other cache nearby on both fitness and age grounds but MrsL found this one pretty quickly.

Stopped by for lunch and was glad to find the tables free of muggles. After setting up we made a quick find before tucking in. Thanks Wesso Family
I made a last minute decision to head up to the Sunnie Coast for the day with a vague plan to tackle a couple of puzzles requiring me to load up Renaldo with more tools than the average tradie hilux…
The weather sabotaged that plan which meant I spent the day between Baringa and Meridan Plains caching up a storm…
A quick find once I used my eyes…
Thanks Wesso Family

Alyce and I decided to take the youngest to join us for a full day of caching on the Sunny Coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better day for it, blue sky, stunning scenery, what more could we ask for?
Took us several minutes of searching to find this one, we eventually came across the cache after standing on another level.
Thanks for bringing us here.

#2, late start due to a change of plans and caching areas. Quick find once we knew what we were looking for. TFTC, TFTH, TNLNSL & TFT.
Took a little longer than it should have, but found quickly when we expanded our horizon by not taking the hint too literally.
Early drive up from the Gold Coast to meet up with E_Smiley and georode to find some more caches towards our Sunshine Coast Challenge.
Found quickly but unsure if it should actually be at this spot where we found it.

Thanks for the cache and taking us here Wesso Family. We think this cache crept as it's not exactly gz and the structure at gz looks a little bit damaged.

In the area with some spare time so swing by this park to have a go. We used to come here on mondays after the homeschool session at the rollerdrome. So I was familiar with the place but not with this hide. Looked at the hint. Looked in all the obvious spots. I even looked at a few logs. One comment in particular helped me and when I followed its lead, I eventually spotted the cache. Well done! Nice hide, I enjoyed that . Good thing I came on dusk when there was barely anyone around as I wouldn’t have been free to search otherwise.
Wesso Family I found your cache "Just Within Reach" on 21/2/2022, 2:10 pm. This is my find 3267 and find # 6 today. Coordinates are out. Found it about 10 meters south. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN

We chose this park today for our midday piknik, so while the table was being spread, sunshine58 sauntered on over to gz for a search which we of course had to make unnecessarily harder for ourselves.
Eventually i found it and we carted it over to the piknik table where it decorated the table as the centrepiece for the duration of our festivities.
Feasted and frivolous, we again reset "just within reach", then dashed to the geomobile and onwards to Adventurous Afternoon of Agrarious Activities.
Arigatou Wesso !

What a lovely park! Sis set up the picnic table whilst I tried to beat smallwombat on the find. We over thought this one, taking a little more time than necessary. We signed the log, refuelled and were on our way to smallwombat's next exciting challenge. Noticed a lovely coffee shop behind the swings. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely park Wesso.
Found while kids are enjoying this great playground! We might just stop for lunch too! TFTC!
A return visit to this cache as the CO has kindly replaced it. Always nice to turn a blue into a yellow. Very quiet here today. Thanks Wesso
No smile for me out and about with miss Millie geo dog

Decided to grab some caches tonight with a friend of mine. This was a nice quick find but upon opening the cache there was no log book inside so I wasnt able to sign anything unfortunately. This one will need some maintenance from the CO. TFTC
This morning we had rectified 3 DNFs on our map in this one location and with only one left things were looking up for a clean sweep. Everything was about to end in tears when we saw a lady marking her expansive territory for a party later in the day. She was trying to claim the two tables, all the seats and had even setup a tent out the front to stop anyone getting access. We would not have been surprised if she peed in a few spots to seal the deal.
Mrs Woodyrothwell saw how excited I was correcting these mistakes of history and without even asking walked up to the property mogul and immediately told her, we weren’t here to steal her tables but wanted to look for something. She was OK with it if we showed her what it was.
While she pegged out her mining lease we took the opportunity to feel around and in the last place I felt something move. When she saw what we had found she wasn’t all that interested. She did say something with her eyes though in an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent: “Get Out!” tftc

I'm out and about with Mrs Slow Puncture today in the wilds of Caloundra West. Sorry about the generic logs - it was a very busy day and I'm catching up logging as I am close to a milestone cache. Rather than driving to the caches we decided to walk, so my step count for the end of the day was close to 20,000, that could be why we had a bit of difficulty finding some of the easier ones, LOL! (that's my excuse anyway). Thanks for placing the caches for us to enjoy Wesso Family

Saturday. After looking for this one’s sister cache nearby and having no luck, we were glad to find this cache posed no such problems for us and we spotted it quickly.
This was the 5th of 11 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Wesso Family***, for showing us this place.

After finding a nearby cache by the same CO, I decided that I had time to find one more cache and this was the one that I chose.
There were no muggles nearby so I had the place to myself.
I little look here and there and soon I had the cache.

Staying in an AirBnB on Ascot Way so had to look for a few close caches. Out for an early morning walk. So many great walkways and parks. Only downside were the mosquitoes and the sad thought of the partial destruction of Notre Dame. Thanks to the Wesso family for so many local caches. Great playground nearby. TFTC
StreetWalkerNZ and I set out not long after 6:30 this morning to find some caches before the day got too warm. Our target area was Caloundra West / Bellvista where there were lots of caches, and SW wanted to avenge some previous DNFs as well.
While SW had a coffee at the nearby pop-up cafe, I headed to this cache as he had already found it. It was nearly out of reach for me, but managed to push it into reach. All quiet here this morning, so a nice easy find. TFTC.

After a fifteen min hunt for what should have been a five minute hunt, my pen didn’t fully like the paper, there is a half scrawled miss d in it and I am hacking a stern talking to the pen before heading onwards tftc wesso family and this great intro to all the coast parks, can’t get Clues Blues back in the car
We came across your cache, Wesso Family, while on our way here for a couple of nights R n R.
Nice skinny hands needed.
Laughed at the cache name as we rounded the corner from the main road.
Log signed and cache replaced at 3:28 PM on August 20, 2018. TFTC.

On hols here out with Krissy and friend used some bribery for hungry jacks ice creams to come out with me tonight
Drove up here from Canberra, for a much needed holiday staying with my parents ... Up here for a few weeks (Christmas, and most of January figured it might be a good thing to try and find a cache each day for a week or 2 ... or 3 ... until I run out of close by ones anyway ...
Came for a walk to find one one Mum and I had walked past (on the other side of the road) the other night (decided to grab a quick easy "walk by" on the side of the path we were on instead), found that one, decided to come for this one as well.
Some kids came for a drink just as I got to GZ so I sat and read some logs... They soon went back to the climbing/swinging/etc stuff, and i had a bit of a search, and didn't find anything. Ducked over to a nearby seat and captured a Munzee (because something I saw here reminded me that those things exist - lol), and then came back and looked on just the right angle as I arrived back at GZ and there was the cache, right where I had been sitting, in the first spot I had (thought I?) looked - lol
TFTC - another smiley, and another place to come walking for some exercise/geocaching therapy while I am up here ...

Approaching gz Selva Girls and I each picked an obvious area to search; seconds later Selva Girls came up trumps. Names added to the log and cache returned as found. Tftc Wesso Family.
Out for a day of caching with stortigirls. I took a seat, as suggested. It wasnt long before my hand located the cache. We added our names to the log, returned the cache to its spot and continued on our way. TFTC
Today I had between school hours to nab a few smilies to make an upcoming milestone, and the area around Caloundra was the target.

Today we ventured down to Caloundra, this was a tiki tour following the caches along the way.
Scenic views of mountains & seascape. Passed through some new subdivisions as well, some seemed quiet upmarket.
A good variety of caches & hides found.
Thanks for placing this cache Wesso Family

#14245. Before 9 on a Thursday morning was a good time to do this one; no muggles to be seen. I had to look in quite a few places before I spied it. TFTC.
There were plenty of muggles around but not at GZ. We were searching inconspicuously but today nothing appeared out of place. We will be back (Terminator style).
I was here right on 2pm. I love caches I can find subtly without needing to look, and this was one of them! All good inside so TFTC.
I am out and about caching today around the southern Sunny Coast region.
At one stage I had almost found them all around here.
Today I nearly made it just over 40 finds for the day. [^]
A quick find for me today. [^]
Thanks for the cache.

So glad to finally cross this one off the list! I think this is my 3rd visit, there's always been too many muggles, but today there was no one around!
Out with Mrs wombles today and this was the 9th find of the day. Again what an awesome playground area we found this within a couple mins and with no one around we enjoyed the surroundings. TFTC
Travelling around Australia and currently in Queensland.
Caravan set up at Beerwah Sportsground so we decided to head out to find a few caches in the surrounding area. A list was constructed but with a late start it was dark o'clock when we returned home.
An interesting day of walks, fave points, scenic areas. Glad we came to this region.

Wife said why don't you head ot and do some geocaching, naturally I said yes. So hi ho hi ho off I went. After a couple of dnf's on what seemed easy caches I was stoked to get this one. Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache Wesso Family from Mr Cuddly Brick; this most exellent day the 27 September 2016. Whoop whoop cache #1456.
