Hi Team Zener,The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, or it may not but in the absence of the cache owner performing maintenance and/or disabling the cache to check it out, I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. 3 eyes and pairs of hands running all over could t find - we dig, we felt, we looked - is it really still there?? FIL lives close so looks like when we visit next we will try again
Quick easy find when passing through Rathdowney. TFTC. TNLN. SLNeeds new log. I didnt have anything to replace with. Maybe next finder can replace.
We’re camping in the area down at Flanagan Reserve and thought we’d check the caches in the area being that we’ve been down to Flanagans a few times now, after having a few surface searches the Mrs looked at a different angle and quickly spotted the cache before retrieving it. Thanks for the stop in this cute little town
TFtc. Hubby knows this machinery as a timber jigger used in approx 1940s.
He had a good inspection over it an soon found the cache.

Thanks to geohubby being so agile we were able to get this one. Then we had to come back again coz hubby had lost his glasses. Good job we did as they were here. It would have been the secind pair he has lost while geocaching!
It has been a tough day as had to retrace our track and do a huge 2 hour plus detour to get to Warrick from where we came, then GPS kept making us go around in circles to send us back the same way again. Oh to have brought the road maps!
Didn't feel like stopping but needed lunch so did this cache as well. Nearly didn't as I don't like caches on this sort of thing, whatever it is!
Anyway, tftc.

A girls’ day out today with SaintsMadHouse, KBreeAHH and Just A Trifle. The plan was to do maintenance on one of SaintsMadHouse‘s caches in Rathdowney, and grab whatever else we needed en route. I saw the cache from my angle and made KBreeAHH make the grab from her location under the other side here today.
An interesting old piece of machinery for sure.
Thanks for the cache Team Zener.

We stopped in at "Rathy" on a road trip back to Brissy and thought we'd have a quick hunt for a cache while we were there. [@OscarNeo](http://coord.info/PR14BT39) got the find on this one, after only a couple of minutes hunting. Like most equipment of this size, I have absolutely no idea what it's supposed to be used for . TFTC!
Nice park and good spot. Nice to see the football kit being similar to Bournemouth too!
We found this pretty quick, thanks. I have worked in the Forest industry for 40 years inNZ and I think this is for dragging logs out of the bush. Possibly using horses or bullocks for power or in later years a tractor. Called a logging arch at home. Tftc
Could not find this one. Even crawling on hands and knees. the horses were no help, either.
I found the cache with little drama, but what I'm more amazed at are what I discover as a result of caching. After a quick find I opted for lunch at the pub, and I sure got a kick out of what I saw at the pub. Lamb chops with chips and a glass of wine would fill me up after checking off another LGA on my quest to find a cache in every LGA in Australia
Out for a bit of a drive and wander. Stopped here and managed to make a reasonably quick find.
Favourite point for the cache.

After a FTF in Kalbar, and finishing the Adventure at Moogerah I’m taking a very indirect route towards Rathdowney and Beaudesert…
This was a surprisingly quick find… it reminded me of a part of some post apocalyptic trebuchet…

Today, I joined Beardman75, Davinells, karicka, and wayn0, with a hike up Mount Lindesay (base, not summit). This was perhaps one of the most mentally challenging hikes that I've completed given the lack of defined trails and footpads, and my choice of shorts and shirt with various lantana, gympie-gympie plant and spiky trees also didn't help my cause. Following our nine hour hike, we enjoyed a beer at Rathdowney Hotel Motel before making the long drive back home. We did make a quick stop in Beaudesert to complete the *BEAUTIFUL BEAUIE* Adventure Lab that I had partially completed on an earlier trip through the town.
I remember on a past drive through Rathdowney, I checked my map and thought this cache required a long walk through the park, but it was just how the map's colours were highlighted that I didn't realise that only a short walk was needed. Both Beardman75 and I arrived and started to search, and it was from one vantage point that I spotted the container. Rather than having another unnecessary stretch, I guided Beardman75's arm to the cache, promising that it wasn't to a wasp nest (like I have done before during geocaching). The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Team Zener for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Before stopping at the pub for a beer, we wandered in here and made a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Making my way to Rathdowney for the night I’ve left early so I can stop for a few caches along the way.
This was the last find of the day and I had to get down on the ground to spot it. It is an interesting bit of equipment, would like to know what it did. Tftc

On my way from Canberra to North Queensland with a few detours for shires. TFTC.
Quite a strange bit of machinery.

Looks like some sort of plough. I do like these historical sites. Even though I usually have trouble locating the cache. This one took me about 5 mins

Stopped in the area for the night and took a quick walk to gz and made a quick find. Not sure what the item was used for but it looks pretty solid. TFTC
Luckily found it on the ground coz it looked like rubbish at first. Have tucked it back under.
Not too hard a search but was happy when I spotted it. On holiday in the Mt Barney area, a nice week away from the hustle and bustle of the city. TFTC!
Found after a morning in Beaudesert and lunch in rathdowney. Cache found by oldest. Interesting structure tftc
Hope the cache is still there and I was just having a blind moment (or ten). Will check back soon with the kids and see if we have more luck.
Interesting piece of equipment nonetheless. Love the hand marking on it!

Found at 9:59 AM GAFF?
As we were camped just 200 metres from GZ, we managed to find a suitable container that could stay attached to the structure. So we sent a message to the CO advising if it was ok to replace the cache, which we did.
Cache is at the back under.
Thanks Team Zener.

DNF at 2:28 PM.
Well we think that the structure is an old dolly that was used to cart timber logs out of logging sites.
We then proceeded to look at all D1.5 locations and T1.5 locations, but nothing could be found - so we left it as it is either incorrectly rated for D/T or it has disappeared. We even PAF who told us exactly where it was located - which BTW is not a T of 1.5, but nothing was there apart from a frog!

Based at Rathdowney and this is one of the caches we targeted and found. Love the scenery and exploring in this area. No muggles around thankfully. It needed a new log book so we gave it one. Thanks for hiding and enhancing our enjoyment of the area.
Signed and replaced as found.
Many thanks for the cache.
*Signs log as JDT if space is limited*

A crane for lifting very heavy objects or for pulling stumps out of the ground?

Found 7.6.20 Cache wasn't hidden and fairly obvious, it was open and the log is in 3 pieces and a little worse for wear so couldn't sign. Have put cache back somewhere a little more protected.
Haven’t been here since I coached my son in soccer and we came here to play against Rathdowney many years ago, so thanks for bringing us back.

Coming home from a essential trip to QLD I decided to stop for a breather in this sick world of ours and what do you know - a cache close by. Wandered over and after a short search I found what I was looking for. I wouldn't have guessed what the machinery was for. Glad there were some people who knew in the logs. Looked over and saw the pub was shut - such a pity, a great pub in its day. Hope they'll be able to re-open once all the virus crap has gone. Great little cache in a nice spot in town - thanks Team Zener!
Exploring this corner of the world, planning walks up the mountains at some stage, def in the cooler months.
Somehow I found the cache straight away.
The golf carts were bigger back in the day
Thank you for this cache

Geohubby knew what this piece of equipment was as soon as we pulled up. It is a timber jinker for removing logs from the bush. He was determined to find the cache first but went round the wrong side and I had the cache in my hand very quickly. Sorry babe. Alls fair in love and geocaching. Signed log (which needs replacing) and left a peg. TFTC.
Easy find as it was fully exposed. Not so obvious now. Found a spare space to sign on log. TFTC
Morning tea stop and a cache what more could you ask for
Even better that the cache was found IPS
New log sheet required

Quick find. No idea what it is, maybe used for logging? Log is falling apart, but cache still in good nick. TFTC!
Passing through Rathdowney on our very long scenic drive from Byron Bay to Eudlo, Sunshine Coast hinterland to avoid the highways. I seemed to be getting late already so even though we still had so many more potential caches to find on the way home, this was to the last one if we were to make it home before midnight...
Visited the information centre then walked over to the park. Is it a machine set up for pulling logs with bullocks?? Was worried that this would take a while as there were so many places to hide something, but luckily had my hand upon it quite quickly.
Only one muggle in the park and a fair way off busy metal detecting...

Great find interesting piece of machinery looks really really heavy. needs new logbook
Came in the wrong direction! located the cache and signed a fairly worn log sheet! (Unfortunately had nothing to replace it with or add to the cache !) Thanks Team Zener ( This machine was used in the timber industry . It is a timber jinker, to hall logs out of the bush to the mill and was pulled by a bullock team,. a fair while ago.. Now days, loggers use " skid loaders " wheeled or tracked tractors. Big trucks (jinkers)....
