#2177 I don't know how many times I have looked for this one in the past never been able to settle on any particular spot. Driving through this way after work & the GPSr proximity alarm goes off. Will I it looks a bit different with less trees in the area, went through my thought. Give it a go. So I had to turn around at the next spot and parked in the turning opposite found the cache in the second spot I looked. Left the pen in the car. Walked back to the car grabbed the pen and returned to the cache & log.
With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache The Booos

Took us a while, our cords didn't lead us to GZ here.
Found after widening search... was just about to walk away.
Cache nicely tucked away.

After parking nearby, it was just a short walk to the cache area. Looked around the co-ords area, but had to expand the search area and then look with an eagle eye to pick up the camo for this cache. No problem from there, all was good with the log and the container and after signing, everything was returned to its hiding place again.
Thanks to The Booos for placing this cache.

First find for the day,no mojo, had me in circle but I got there in the end.

On a beautiful day, went for a 'random' drive to somewhere 'cyclo-cache-able' and ended up an hour later in the Glenmore Park area. Glad I brought the hybrid as the distances between caches in this area are deceptively greater than the map suggests.

This was the 13th find of 15 for the day. And continuing around the course clockwise to collect clues for the Penrith golf series. Got a bit spooked when every neighbourhood dog decided my presence should be announced, and I started to wonder if the neighbours were upstairs looking out their window. Happily, the cache turned out to be slightly more out of eye-shot.

After two weeks, I'm finally logging my finds. Found easily enough and dropped off a TB.
I failed to find this 09/Jun/2014, but I returned today for another attempt. After some time searching, I thought this was going to be another DNF, but then I spotted it, about ten metres from my GPS's GZ, which was near the road. It preferred: S 33° 47.534 E 150° 41.446

Out with WaywardWoman this morning I asked her to head to this one with me. Last time I was looking I got beeped by as passing car. Another cacher passing? Today the road was surprisingly quiet. We parked down a side street and crossed to GZ. Knowing where it should be we headed there and a quick find! Signed log and returned as found TFTC
On the way to Penirth meet Sevabo, Skyejam and Ozuk.. drive around to find few caches... Thanks
What a beautiful day for caching with sevabo, OZUK & ALL7 in Penrith area today. No muggles around here. Thank you The Booos for bringing us here.
Great day out for caching with geoladies - enjoyed this series area. Thanks for leading us here
Today I went geocaching with GeoSevabo, Skyejam & ALL7 day together. Thanks for bringing us here.
I had to be out this way for minor surgery for a skin cancer at Penrith, however once I arrived I found out I have to wait 2 more weeks. Having already organised to have the day off work. What could I do?
I did not need to ask my self that question twice. I knew there was a series around Penrith golf course I have started before. Very much out in the open when looking for and retrieving this one. TFTC.

After having some success finding caches in the area I decided to continue looking for another one in the golf series. In between passing cars I found this cache in the first place I looked, good coords. SL #2491 on streak day #1366 TFTC
Stopped by on the way back to the Blue Mountains at about 10pm. It's never easy at night but I thought I searched the area pretty thoroughly. After ten minutes, Mrs. pjmpjm politely but firmed requested that I pull the plug on the roadside search. Surprising amount of traffic around here at this hour!
It a few minutes to find soon had cache in hand even though it is caked in mud. Log and cache contents are still very dry. Tftc
14/01/16. 4:01 PM. Cache #3371. Streak day #571.
5th of 10 finds this afternoon - Orchard Hills & Glenmore Park.
After "Cacheabet ... E", I spent the next hour finding 9 of the Penrith Golf series. I started with a park & grab at "Par", then drove to Windorra Ave, getting "Hole in One", "Mulligan" & "Eagle" on foot. Had to skip "Albatross" (currently disabled) so I did three park & grabs at "Condor", "Birdie" & "Casual Water". Left the car there and walked down Northern Rd to get "Bogey" before fittingly finishing on "The Nineteenth Hole". Will copy & paste this for the series; some of the caches have additional comments...
Lid is quite muddy. TFTC.

It just took a search from one end to the other before the telltale camo gave away the hide.

One of three finds this morning whilst in Penrith. Spotted this one as I walked to GZ and can now turn a previous dnf into a smilie. signed log and replaced. tftc
Oh Boy! I'd been to this one close to 10 times and finally asked the CO for a hint. Well, the hint didn't quite match the location, BUT it gave me the impetus to tick it out and keep looking. I was close to giving up, when I saw a flat piece of rock conveniently placed. You know what I mean geocachers! The way nature places rocks solely for geocaches! Thanx Boos and thanx D. Only the mystery part to go and I'll have Glenmore Park completed.
Tftc. Mrs Jaybeem found it quite quickly after admiring a lizard basking in the sun.
Visited here before, when once the muggled cache but glad to cross this off, number grabbed for the final, thanks Booo's
A quick find whilst racking up some numbers before heading up to the mountains for a couple of days to do some extreme caching with Delloro! TFTC!

#2032 (9 of 14 today)
Well, after warming up with 7 caches yesterday, today I decided to go all out now that my cache rationing to find 2000 is well and truly over.
Headed out Glenmore Park way again - still lots of caches here for me to grab.
And grab I did. Took the opportunity for a series of long walks covering a number of finds. 15,000 steps later... fourteen finds and only four DNFs (and a DNAttempt due to muggle workmen nearby).
Better still, a few of the finds expunged previous DNFs, including one cache that had just been checked by the CO after a few unsuccessful hunts.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
After making my last find and walking back to The Hademobile I saw that the CO had done a cache check and confirmed it was still in place.
So of course I made my way there for another try.
Well, like last time I went around and around in circles looking for this and could spot nothing. Rechecked a number of spots I'd looked in last time. All still empty. After 15 minutes of frustration, I was getting ready to give it up when something caught my eye. I think I checked it last time, but hadn't today.
So I checked... CIH!
Finally. Given the effective camo I may well have simply missed it on my last search. My iPhone told me I was 5 metres from the published coordinates - within the normal margin of error.
Completed signing duties and grabbed the clue - now I have all the numbers for the final. Wonder where I'll go next...

the third of three dnf's as I looped walked around the Penrith Golf club.
not lucky despite a good search around GZ - try again another day

Couldn't spot this one, some of the other logs I noticed haven't found it either I hope it hasn't been removed, any ideas team boo? Team player, Man and Salad and Hams Sandwich out on a cache day
Took up too much time in searching here and it wasn't until I checked previous logs at the DNF's that I gave up.
Cache Check Needed, thanks Booo's

Looked for this one for quite a while. No hitlnts as to what it is I'm looking for
Decided to spend a few fun hours out Glenmore way today, and managed to grab 11 caches during a series of long walks - including a circumnavigation of Penrith Golf Club. Unfortunately there were also quite a few DNFs as well.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
Started the day with a DNF here.
I'd noted a few logs suggesting the coordinates were a bit out, but no sign of a small sized container was seen here.

With a nice sunny morning and rain expected later, we headed out early to grab some caches.
Did the Penrith Golf series on the bike, and picked up a few clues - not sure if we got them all.
Found a good variety of hides, all in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Booo'sDad, for us and others to find.

Fortunately only a few golfers around today so we were able to search for the cache without any hindrances TFTC
III had about 7m w/3m accuracy, camo was real good. Great to finally get this 1, must b my 3rd or 4th visit. Thanks 4 the challenge tftc ! Will giv a fav point cause i like it.
I had been at go for less than 10seconds when a lady pulled up and said "are you geocaching!?? I can never find that one!"
I replied and nodded "you bet" but another car behind her started beeping so she had to promptly drive off
After another minute I had CIH, logbook signed. TFTC

Were doing a couple on the other side of the golf course and came around this end prior to heading off home. Forgot it was school knock off with lots of mums driving past. Could not give this too much time, this time will come back. Hate ending the day on a DNF.
The CO was doing a check on this one today as it looked like it was missing in action ... he returned to the car and said to us that the cache is still in place go find it now... so we walked to the GZ and sniffed around for a while then I heard BoooBooo say BINGO Mum I found it this is a well hidden cache indeed.
thanks BD oh and Happy Valentine's day XXXX

Had prepared a replacement for this one as with the DNF list as long as it is I also suspected it had been muggled.
Was a welcome feeling to spot the cache still hidden where I had placed. I walked back and told the girls the cache was there and had a nice laugh as they searched.

No luck with this one. Had a look around, lifted some rocks and crawled through toe garden to no avail.
Could use some help from the nearby muggle that people have mentioned.

Not sure if we were just having a bad cache-day or if the muggles have been busy. Looked for 3 in this series & couldn't find one. Doh!
When I saw this I thought it was going to be the perfect series for my Muggle Hubby who is a keen golfer. The first one totally baffled us though. Such a busy spot. I filled a garbag with rubbish as a cover while searching. You now have a very clean corner but our search proved fruitless
Searched around GZ and found the well camoed cache and got the required info. Replaced as found. TFTCM

#82....if there is one game I really dislike, it's golf! BUT even though this cache was golfing related, it didn't spoil the awesomeness of the hide. How many times did we look in that spot!!??! Found with FoxyFam and Iszea. TFTCOAC!
Thank you to the muggle inhabitant for his help in pointing us in right direction. Very sneaky hide after 20 mins of the army of two searching shame the other two sucked out for a feed but they can find it another day. Pressing on to the next one tftc.
Thanks to the man on the roof- literally- on this one- we were hunting about 9m away for far too long that's to the phone killing it. Shame the guys ducked off for a feed and we pressed on. Finally with 'it's over there more' we went and had the cache minutes later- what awesome camo in such a high muggle area
