The rescue helicopter was using the nearby landing pad so I doubled back here a little later after doing a couple of the Ad lab WP's, quick find now it has cleared, TFTC
This is the only thing we could find at the location that looked out of place. Dont know if it is connected or coincidence but we couldnt find anything else. Never mind, will try again another time.

Today we took a break in Oamaru and visited this lovely older part of town. The first Stop was the Steampunk HQ.Now that was an interesting virtual. Thank you for bringing us here! The Steampunk and the Headquarter was something to took at!Afterwards we strolled around the area and had a little Coffee break in a nearby Caf. Lovely and yummy. It was a nice time we spent in Oamaru before heading back to our quarters. This traditional was on the way to our car. Of course, ee stopped by and signed a fresh logbook.TFTC and greetings from Germanyaussi96
I believe we found it. It looks however the cache is not fully intact anymore. Only found black part of it as seen in one of the images.
We found this, not sure of its the cache, but it looks like the photo someone put up a while ago.Might need a little love.
Coordinates had me looking in a bit of the wrong direction but once I widened the search the cache was located. Thanks!
Was looking in the sign then checked under the bench and thought that doesnt look like its supposed to be there first geocache in like 10 years. Thanks man.

Good coords as almost always meant for a quick find. Nice day for a wander. TFTC
Nearly gave up then thought we might be barking up the wrong tree and sat down. Found it. TFTC
Finding it is one thing but getting the logbook out was another! A bit of perseverance and voilà!
We are travelling in motorhome with our cat Coco and staying at Teschmakers for a few days to explore. Stopped here on way but had to wait for a very different muggle to leave. A first for us, a rescue helicopter was parked up ready to take off, quite a site in the wind. Hope everyone is OK. Cache found all good. Thanks drawp.
In the gloaming light I searched the wrong spot while a’cursing. Moved a bit and the cache was in my hand.
Found easily but getting the log out was tricky. Signed and back to the car across the road having a quick fix. TFTC drawp
On the Great Southern Steam Rail Tour, This cold morning we had time on our hands so were able to go on a walkabout, explore town take photo's etc and met up at steam Punk museum,

No luck for us today unfortunately - maybe I was a bit away from GZ, it was quite early... and pre coffee...
Quick find. Beautiful day in Oamaru. Watching canoe polo at the aquatic centre and visited the steampunk museum. TFTC
Before we went to find the cache we saw a lady walking a Old English Sheepdog and stopped to talk to her and stroke the dog. So lovely! After they left we found the cache and signed the log.
Returned to Omaru after 8 years and boy how many more caches!

When we arrived in Oamaru, we parked our car very close to this cache. Unforunately there was a muggle present, so I could not go looking for the cache. But when we returned to the car a few hours later, it was no problem to search for the cache and sign the logbook.

After walking around the old part of town and visiting the Steampunk HQ again we went on to target a few caches to move forward with the mystery at the museum tasks. This was one of them. After a short walk from the car it was a quick find with no muggle around. Tftc.
