Plenty of muggles involved in sporting activities in the Park this afternoon. We stood and watched the activities for a few minutes, before searching for the cache. We looked in quite a few different places, before checking recent logs - hmmmm - 4 DNF’s before us. Think this one needs a check by the CO to make sure it is still in place. It maybe that our eyes were painted on and it is a very tricky hide, but we failed to find a bison today. Thanks for showing us this busy Park BaLuke
Had a look watching cricket. After a while had to move on. Sorry if it’s there but a DNF for me today
DNF for us today whilst out and about doing the Handbag Series. Another time perhaps.
Out for the day with BettyBoo3747and half of The Morris.
A nice mild day for popping in and out of local parks.
Not exactly sure what we were looking for here, but we didn't find anything to sign.
Thanks, Robmc.

In the area working through a series and came across this little cache. Could not leave it alone as I was in the park so a quick trip and was soon located.
Thanks baluke for the cache.
Found at 4:02 pm on 7/1/19.

In the area today so picked up this nice quick trad.
Thanks for the placement. A quiet day here today.

An evening walk with Gunks to burn off some of the Christmas excess. Picked up some more of the handbag series and a couple of traditionals along the way. Started at 8pm. It almost got below 30 degrees by the time we finished at 11. TFTC.
Soooo many muggles getting fit by doing laps meant EB99 had to use stealth.
By the time I arrived I used a car more brazen technique
Cache found and logged
Thanks for bringing me back to my childhood area

What a grand collection. I don’t own any of these. The handbag series is a great idea but what a distraction in the wee hours and how time consuming on a small screen! Now to enjoy traipsing around Balwyn and a few parklands in the great outdoors. TFTC
TFTC. We were on a mission today to collect sharkiefan’s handbag series geo-art. We had found the 2 in this park and heading back to the car spotted this cache. A muggle was sitting where I through GZ was, thankfully it was not. Found the little critter without and issue.
As the game was on, the game was on to find it.
You hate them if you can’t find them, but love them when you do. SL TFTC

In Melbourne for an appointment, so happy to stop and grab a few hides while in the area, while waiting for the traffic to clear. Really pleased I live in the country and only have to experience this, once in a while.
A quick find made at GZ.
Thanks baluke for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

Find #4811
SirJ-Oz needed some help with his target of finds for the year (and I’m always happy to give him a push), LouiseAnn hadn’t been caching forever and this was my only free weekend day in December. So what else to do but get the band back together and hit the road/pavement/park to tackle sharkiefan’s handbag series. The others had found this but as we were in the park to pick up a couple of the handbag puzzles int was easy to swing by. No problems for the find here for my ninth of 46 on a fun day of caching. Thanks for the cache BaLuke.

The main focus of the afternoons walk was to find a Handbag or two. There was the odd Trad found along the way as well. This was one of them. A nice shady spot for a sit down for a few moments for a drink and snack bar. TFTC
Teamed up with AlphaDeltaIndigo to work through the handbag series.
A detour while and a quick find while dodging the odd rain shower.
Log signed and replaced as found

Bloody great cache mate!! Wouldn’t have come to this park otherwise, and it’s nice chilling out watching the player play and the runners run by. Super great hide! TFTC!
Another cache among the handbags. We four swedish ladies logged as SWEx4. Thank you BaLuke.
The final day of the Melbourne Parkville Mega event with the Godfather Freddo and gridge98, and it was a day of high terrain adventure caches, driving around collecting the Handbag series, and then riding around some more of the various river and rail bike trails collecting the Parkville caches.
We passed this cache whilst collecting this handbag series late morning. This darn nano cache was found, and placed back in its hiding spot. Thanks BaLuke!
Argh nanos! Their frustration lies in the search, and even then when found, the difficulty in logging and rolling. Best characterised as that annoying friend that hangs with your bestie!

Not sure I would have called my mother one of them but then she didn't like the name Myrtle. Watching some silly people running round the park in this heat as it is just so pleasant sitting in the shade.
This one we came across when logging handbags.

Apologies for the generic log below:
Away for the weekend with Freddo and Davidwazza to the Parkville Mega.
My first mega that I had attended and I had a really enjoyable time.
Some of the log books were signed with my name others were signed with just a G part of the group name, a combination of KBJGD.
We were happily joined by KB who was a machine finding a lot of the caches.
Thanks to the CO for all the placement of caches, the earyh caches answers will be sent in the coming days also.
We were very successful in finding majority of caches but some we DNF.

In the area finding some of the newly released jigsaw puzzle caches when we stopped to take a seat and find a cache. TFTC
Took us 20 minutes to find something right in front of us. Look carefully, very well placed!
Found with my mum Wombatwandering while being dragged around visiting relatives. Apologies for the late logging but I’m finally fixing up my geocaching account now that I’m older.
Visiting my Aunty in my old neighbourhood. Coords put me on the grass but there were only two other likely hosts and it was a score at the first one.
Omfg this is tiny!! Had previously though there was nothin here but now I know!! Lmaoooo great cache
Well LouJean70, GeoDaughter and I have been putting smilies all around Kew today and this one was my last PLUS it marks 350 finds for me

Geo-child of ASP84 was yelling “found it” before we even got to GZ and given the size and location I think my older eyes would have taken a lot longer. Thank you
After a quick and late lunch, we tried for a few extra caches at this park before heading home. No trouble at this one. Thanks from D & HA B-A
Geogirl found it while we stopped, had a rest and watched some criggit as our cover.
Confused about these myrtle park three
We were here caching with another family
We're reasonably well versed in bison tube caches but confused that we couldn't find any of the three in the park, despite there being six of us
Hopefully it's just us and they haven't been removed

Found with FUF009 on a day out caching. I had picked a few caches around the area. Normally we end up miles away but today we had a few other things planned so stayed closer to home.
Our 1st find and a quick one at that. A nice and quiet park today. Tftc

A weekend the big smoke with good friend sharkiefan.
she had selected a number of caches closer to her place, normally we venture quite some way away so it was quite novel to be so close yet seem so far, and to make a few "Urban" finds
this one was a quick find in a relative quiet park.

We meant to go geocaching all day long, but a sick and whingy geobub meant that it didn't happen until the sun had gone down. We had attempted this one before when it was missing, so we knew where to look and there it was. TFTC
Went for another look and found it!!! Obviously didnt look hard enough yesterday. Such a clever cache TFTC!
Looked at the correct spot based on all the clues and pics and no luck! Taken?
Beautiful sunny today. Afternoon out with Whitepaws9. Some caches we rode our bikes, most of them by car. The sky was dark and cold (brr), we need torches to search this cache. A quick find. Thanks to %OwnerName for the cache.
Looked at all the likely places but it seems to be gone now. Given the descriptions and details of previous finders it might have been muggled
Had a good look on said structure, for all the usual nano containers : but no luck this time.
Quick find not a player or spectator insight, i'am either to early or to late.
So I found the cache SL and left.
Thanks baluke

Nicely placed. This one teaches me to never presuppose container types. I was looking for something quite a bit smaller...
After finishing the OCR trads I made my way back and collected some trads. Found this one and enjoyed the facility. Thanks to BaLuke for placing this cache.
It's Christmas Eve, the area is deserted and even no cars driving past. Found the cache after a quick search, well hidden, thank you
Both ICW's phone and my GPSr had us searching in the wrong place. On reading the hint we headed a little south and found it straight away. Tftc.
