MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?
[navy] I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log - leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer water proof. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

A basic tenet of geocaching is that the cache log needs to be signed to record a find, see here; http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging . At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.

Your attention to the maintenance responsibilities of cache ownership would be appreciated and your prompt attention to any log that indicates things could be amiss will be welcomed by all seekers, see here: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance The rule is; if you can't fix it straight away then Disable it till you can and here's how; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235

If your still not sure what I'm on about, check out this Blog: http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/

Please respond to this situation by 17th January to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.

And don't forget, once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log see here; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 and an "Enable Listing" log see here; https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 to get your cache up and running again..[/navy]

Had a real good look for this but no luck today, as it is not far away from my sons home will be back, was watching the galahs start debarking a tree so that weather can start making a hollow for later generations of galahs and other birdlife thanks for bringing me to this nice little park

05-Sep-15
Found this one with Se No Find, took a while before we spotted this one but we got it. Probably needs a waterproof log, and maybe some holes drilled in the bottom of the container. Nice park. TFTC

Suscoe was out and about in this area today.
It was a cool and overcast day with low cloud and the occasional drizzle patch here and there.
This was our 7th find of the day, a quick find and a completely empty area.
An enjoyable quick puzzle and we were impressed with the little parks around this area.
Thanks to Jacimarble for this cache.

21-Jul-15
As others have mentioned, the log book is saturated. Emptied the water out of the container and tried to dry it off a little. In the end left a piece of paper for others to use as a log.

Find #5233

After a drizzly morning CITO on the Yarra, I decided to try and qualify for the sharkiefan Mystery Cache Monthly Challenge and get 31 Mystery caches this month. I had made a good start at the mega, now to continue.

I managed to solve this one without too much trouble, so headed to GZ where after waiting for a neighboring muggle to go back inside before pouncing. A nice quick find here. Sorry to say, this one needs maintenance, the log book was saturated.

Thanks to Jacimarble for the cache. TNLN

We found this cache today at 11:45am as number 2 of 9 on our Angels Lunchtime Caching Expedition. We first found the butterfly on the ground before spotting the cache above. Tried to wedge the butterfly in a similar place but we do not think that it will stay. Thanks from D, H & A B-A.

5:05 pm #233
Solved this one (and the rest of this series) ages ago. 88andy88 and I took my muggle son on a caching adventure this afternoon. Log was a little damp... Condensation maybe? Spent 5 mins waving about like a butterfly, drying it out. Tftc.

03-Apr-15
Nice little park with butterfly near the location of this cache.... Nice little hide here .

20-Mar-15
Woo another puzzle i can solve. Cache was found after a search in the wrong area. The cache is fine but the butterfly was on its back on the ground.

18-Mar-15

Found @ 9:15 am, find # 4192.

While on my way to the Pi event, I decided to stop off at this one to get the Mystery cache find out of the way.
I headed of to GZ and I was searching in the wrong spot at first, I moved to another tree and the cache was found.

Thanks to Jacimarble for placing this cache.

A nice quick find and a bonus sournior for today being the magical PI day. Bumped into some fellow cachers too while at GZ. Good stuff. Cool Nice hide.

With the Pi day packup completed it was time to head home - But with another souvenir looming and this cache virtually on the way home it seemed too appropriate not to make a quick detour.

As half expected, I pulled up to spot a number of cars, and a bundle of cachers huddling in the bushes... Said hello to some now familiar faces and together the cache was quickly located. Very friendly, eventful find this one as we continued to chat pi and geocaching. Brilliant stuff.

TFTC Jacimarble.

14-Mar-15
After attending a nearby Pi day event, The_Fiddlers and I headed off to find this puzzle cache to claim the second souvenir for the day. After working out coordinates, we arrived at GZ and met sedgwickdave, happy chappies and one half of the double A's. After a merry party of catching up, we started seeking the cache. The_Fidlers and I had already seen the cache being signed when we pulled up so let the others find it. In the end played the "hot cold" game to help them zero in on the cache. Haha..

Appreciate this series and have truly made my day! TFTC Jacimarble.

14-Mar-15
Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch. After attending the nearby Pi-day event we headed for this one to get the second souvenir for the day. Looked for a while unsuccessfully then saw another cacher turn up, headed back for a second look and spotted the nicely hidden cache fairly quickly, amazing what a bit of competition does for your eyesight. TFTC

I really would have love to attend a nearby event but work would not let me. But after work I had to go to my nephews 2nd birthday. Knowing that I needed a mystery cache for Pi day I searched all the caches on the way to where I was going to see what was there. This was an easy solve, to me it was great. Nice to finally get a puzzle that I can handle.

Thanks for the cache Jacimarble.

14-Mar-15
Many cachers who attended the event had the same idea, and that was to grab the nearest puzzle cache to complete our pi day souvenir. Rode down from the event to run into scifirulz and hubby searching for the cache, my presence must have inspired scifirulz as she quickly found it soon after. Log signed and cache replaced for the next cacher who I saw driving up as I rode off , thanks for the puzzle Smile

Find #: 3459
Time: 10:11 am
Date: Sat 14 Mar 2015
After the Pi event, Muzza and I searched for this mystery.
It was not going well, so I suggested that I ri9ng a previous finder in order to flush out the cache. It worked as Muzza found it just as I reached for my phone in the car.
Loved the themed cache container and the fact that it was well away from the playground.
Thanks for placing this cache Jacimarble

14-Mar-15
I wanted to grab a mystery cache for the day as did many others including GMJ3191. We were both at the nearby Pi Day Event and this was the closest (and easiest) puzzle cache around, so we hooked up and went in convoy to GZ.

We looked around for a while without any success. GMJ headed back to his car to get his phone to call the last finder. As he left, he predicted that as soon as he got to the car, the cache would be found. And it turned out to be correct - he reached the car, and I found it.

Thanks to Jacimarble for a nice, easy puzzle and a nicely hidden cache.

14-Mar-15
After making the nearby Pi Event by the skin of my teeth, it was a given that this easy nearby mystery needed to be found to earn the second souvenir for Pi Day. I drove to the park and met Robin_Yang, The Happy Chappies and The_Fiddler just as Sedgwick Dave was leaving the site. We played hot/cold and then the cache was spotted and log (damp) signed. TFTC

14-Mar-15
I needed a puzzle for Pi day, and had a look in at Ants 6, but the tennis court was packed with players waiting to go onto the court, with nothing else to do but stare towards GZ (well, that is what it felt like!) So I came down to Butterfly 2. Sat in the car and worked out the puzzle, then entered the park.
Luckily at this hour of the morning there was no one here.
Took a while to locate, even though it was right in front of my nose!
Thanks for the cute puzzle and cache, Robmc.

13-Mar-15
Found with Pi lovers Happy Chappies, RobinYang, The Double A's. Nice to see you all. TFTC

A quick cache on the way past on my way home from work.
Had to search high and low for this one but finally spotted hiding in there.
Thanks for placing this cache Jacimarble

18-Feb-15
While eating some lunch at the nearby subway I quickly worked out the required co-ord's and made our way to the gz. This was our first find in this series and we managed a nice quick find in a quiet area this afternoon. Tftc Jacimarble.

01-Feb-15
Took a while to find as wasn't in bushes we were first looking great cache, had previously DNF but got it this time tftc

30-Jan-15
Found it. My first mystery solved and successfully found. Took TB.

19-Jan-15
Goodness gracious. We were just about to give up until it become so obvious it hurt us physically, mentally and emotionally XD

12-Jan-15
Found at 11:51 AM GAFF3. Even with spot on co-ords and knowing more or less what we were looking for we still had a few moments of staring into the bushes wondering where it was. When it was finally sighted it was so clear and simple Red Face
Another one where we were pleased that it was not actually in the playground.
Thanks Jacimarble.

08-Jan-15
There was a slight drizzle which meant that there were no mini muggles. A look about and I was able to spot it, a nice little container.
Thanks Jacimarble for the cache.

01-Jan-15
Trying to keep the streak going from christmas for as long as we can. Ryanofoz and I Couldn't find butterfly 4 but with this one not too far away it was the next on the list. We quickly solved the puzzle and worked out where G.Z. was and soon after Ryanofoz had spotted the cache. Log signed. TFTC Smile

Found with Fuzzej on a hot summers day. The cache almost gave me a fright haha!

30-Oct-14
I was needing a cache for the day to keep my run going and had failed on the Butterfly 3 cache so solved this on the run. It was now 8:30pm and thanks to great Coords and a super charged torch I made a quick find. Thanks Jacimarble for the cache.

28-Oct-14
Nice quick find. Love this butterfly series! Thanks a lot

25-Oct-14
I also spotted this butterfly cache - an easy find if looking from the right angle. Here in the company of quiet1_au, on bikes. TFTC

Our normal Sunday run was not possible so a little plan change had a few hours available today so out we went around an area I have not really been to before.
After I finished my run with my buddy on the way home I picked up 3 of these these newish Butterfly caches. Number 1 was actually published 1 hour AFTER I left the park it was published in but still have not been back to get it yet. 2, 3 & 4 though are in my 10km zone so wanted to get the numbers back down a bit.
As I arrived a muggle mum and here kids were playing so I sat in the car for a few minutes and played with my phone after which they luckily left and into the park I went. Once again the iPhone 6 read less than a metre to the cache so I peered in and there it was again.
Thanks Jacimarble for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

25-Oct-14
Last and 8th find of the day for me (lochb had a few more that I had previously found), I had done the maths for this one at home when the cache was published from memory, so as we were in the area today cycling we stopped to have a go at finding it. The approach to GZ wasn't clear on my GPS's map, so our first attempt failed, but trying from a different direction we got there, and were in luck as the park was free of muggles! I was momentarily distracted by a nearby vanilla or chocolate lily (I always get the two mixed up) with it's sweet scent, but was soon following lochb in to GZ to search for the cache. lochb made the find again, in a place that was only about half a metre away from where I first looked... Oh well, at least it didn't take anywhere near as log as Butterfly 4!... Wink TFTC

Lunchtime on a week day this area was very quiet,

A cute cache,

thanks Jacimarble [:x]

21-Oct-14
After being muggled out here twice a few weeks ago, today the coast was clear and a quick find was made in a logical hide. I wish all puzzles were this easy! Thanks Jacimarble.

19-Oct-14

18-Oct-14
Little hard to find, but fun

18-Oct-14
Found with Kids

18-Oct-14
Found after a short hunt, luckily the park was unoccupied. TFTC

18-Oct-14
Out nice and early this morning as I had to deliver the junk mail. Thought is was a good time to check it out before the locals get out and about. Nice easy find
Thanks Jacimarble for the lovely theme

10-Oct-14
I drove to another playground nearby and when I switched on my GPS found that I had 200m to go in the another direction. Thanks Jacimarble.

08-Oct-14
I saw this cache when it was first published and quickly solved the puzzle...it has then taken me a nearly a month to find the time to come over and hunt for the cache itself. Even though it was middle of the afternoon the park was empty...which was a good thing. It took a bit of hunting before I found the cache as there are several "butterfly friendly" locations. When I finally did find the cache it was easy enough...this is one of those caches where you have to be standing in the right place before you can see it.

Thanks Jacimarble for another of your character caches.

05-Oct-14
Solved easily enough but not surprisingly, when I got to GZ the place was occupied. Sigh...... It was still occupied when I came back about 15 minutes later. Sigh again........ I much prefer it when the cache is hidden not quite so close. Maybe next time.

01-Oct-14
Found this one today. I had previously solved this puzzle and decided to collect it today. This one had me going round in circles for a while. I am trying out c:geo on the new phone but it is not working properly yet (or I don't know how to drive it properly) and so this was found by using the gps but c:geo was useful for the previous logs which led me to the cache. Signed log.

Thanks for the cache Jacimarble.

23-Sep-14
Seeing as I have found all the "Ants" caches I felt obliged to find the two new Butterfly caches too. I solved both puzzles last night and as this one was closer to home than Butterfly 1 I decided to attempt it first.

Being kiddy dinnertime there was nobody in the playground. [^] Having seen so many of this CO's hides I had a pretty good idea of the MO for this cache. After a brief search I spotted the appropriately decorated cache when I was looking from the right direction. I retrieved the cache and signed the log at 5:50 pm. TNLN.

Thanks Jacimarble for the fun hide in a lovely little urban park. Cool It's definitely up to your usual high standard. [^]

Found with Trailrunning on another Monday night adventure, The weather was perfect today as we tackled a few DM Puzzle caches and then headed around the suburbs finding a few,
Dingley By Pass had some nice novel hides and we found plenty of others around. Thanks Jacimarble for the cache.

22-Sep-14
Rebel Acts and I spent another enjoyable few hours wandering the eastern and southeastern suburbs looking for plastic containers. With many hills conquered I was able to hang up the boots tonight with 42 finds. A few drinks later and I was fast asleep content with the experience. Thanks We had solved this one easily and the cache was spotted instantly from the other side.

The email was a welcome distraction to the morning chores and I quickly had the coords solved. The kids didn't share my sense of urgency but they finally got dressed and were in the car.
We were happy to find the park deserted when we arrived. The kids ran to the playground while I took a different route and quickly found, signed and replaced the cache. The playing took much longer.
Thanks Jacimarble for the cache and for showing us another hidden park not too far from home.

14-Sep-14
I was looking after a friend's daughter today so we went for a walk after solving the puzzle this morning. We used to bring MMelb to this playground occasionally when he was little. I had hummed and haahed about putting a cache here but had felt that hiding spots were yes - close to the playground lol. No-one here this morning tho so a fairly quick find by C-Tree.
