Je profite de ce moment de détente pour faire une série de cache autour de Olinda
With the sun warming the day, parents were happy to let the kids get this one and take the time to sit in the shade.

10401 and 16th of 19 found today.
A bit of back and forwards here as the GPSr decided to give me random spots to check. Eventually I just used the elimination technique and soon the cache was in hand.
Thanks for the cache Mincka and the got?

A quick and easy find while we were in the area today filling some holes in our 10 km zone. I have had this series on my to do list for well over a year, and today I finally got off my backside and got to work. It was a beautiful day for a stroll around Olinda, and the views were excellent. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
With 2peasinapod2012 we did this Series7, with an early start before it got to hot.
Thanks Minka
Thanks Minka
Out with Gis+Ger on this very warm morning and we quickly had the cache in hand.

No luck here. Looked in every tree, even the non wattles and on the ground and under logs. Probably just me being blind.
We have searched high and low - pretty sure we're at the right spot. Better luck next time
Found with tassie expat while exploring this beautiful area. Thanks for placing these caches. The rhodos were out too.
Still battling the wet long grass. At least it had stopped raining. Now wet up to the top of thigh. Thankfully, there was a complete change of clothes in the car. A quick find. TFTC
Erin & I, decided to take our little puppy for a walk, why not grab some caches ))) TFTF
Out with waffkes, ssliver and bajayo. Fun in the Dandenong sun doing this series of caches by Mincka. Thanks for the series!
I needed to get my kids out of the house and into the beautiful spring sunshine today on the school holidays before they drove me crazy. I let Miss 6 find while we rested in the shade. I have actually been able to teach the kids various things from Golf to Nature and even spelling. Signed log. Thanks for the cache series, Mincka.
A cache outing with Spiffy- and GT02 was originally planned for some ladder climbing caches near Berwick but the rain put doubt over being able to do what we wanted so up the mountain we went. Spotted this one on arrival to GZ. Thanks Mincka for the cache.
It had been a little while since Fleabag-, GT02 and I had gone for a caching so today was the day and the weather was magnificent so we headed up into the Dandenongs after lunch around Olinda for a few hours and explored the area including the whole of the abandoned golf course which was interesting to walk around.
I was on a roll and found this one as well, Two in a row...go me.
Thanks Mincka for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

We walked on from the last cache, little Ruverbug in the toddler carrier on my back, admiring the view.
Cache was found easily.
Signed log. Took doll, by request of little Ruverbug, and left plane, under instruction by little Ruverbug.

Found with the Ruverbug Jam duo. I'd actually found two from this series in January, while dashing across the course to enter the arboretum and forest. To be honest, this is not the sort of series I tend to be attracted to as a part of a solo outing. But it made perfect sense with such delightful company. Thanks Mincka!
We had a nice chat with a lady that had 2 dogs that were very similar to our Geodog who was currently off walking with muggle hubby not far away. Then onwards at a brisk pace as the weather had started to close in and we knew we didn't have long until the rain came. This was thankfully a nice quick find, now off to find our dog, oh and hubby/Dad! TFTC
Continuing our walk around the park with the entire clan + dog.
Kids were starting to drag their heels a bit by now - and even the dog was taking breaks! TFTC Mincka.

Trip around the golf course with Gunks. All new ones for me. He had all except the recent additions. Tftc
A Zig zag across the course trying to stay out of the wind but in the sunshine. Not so tasty 'shrooms' distracted me before Cracka1 spotted the hide. TFTC
The series was well worth the drive out to Olinda, it's unfortunate the golf course is no longer in use, the views are impressive!
Good hiding place, but it seems Parks are getting the chainsaws out. Keep an eye on this site.₽
My second time here to find this series, and this time I was here with my dog who galloped through the fields with joy. Last time I had my son and niece who raged through the fields with petulance. A nice easy find here, and fantastic views. Thanks Mincka.
Nice easy one tftc out today introducing nephew to the joys of caching hes found them all so far . I'm the navigator hes the grabber . Tftc on to the next
A few guys had setup quadcopters nearby and they were screaming up and down, we hid under cover of trees and quickly grabbed the cache
Whoop! Nice spot. Loving all the geocaches here. Good jorb. With sneakyninjaxv and rynos
Found with itsahoughthing and friends. Another quick find, on to the next one. Thanks for the cache.
Today we thought that we would take the geo-dog up into the hills to get some exercise and at the same time grab a few caches. It was quite misty but still a lovely day for wandering around the old Olinda Golf Course. A quick find. TFTC.
Found it pretty quickly, accidentally touched a big hairy caterpillar who was sitting on top of it. Watch out, it's guarded haha
Went to the wrong one to start with! The geobabe found this one first. Great little cache with lots of swaps. Took the skunk TB, will move on to Melbs.
At the moment Pfote and me are on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. After I've spent a full year in Australia Pfote joined me for my second year down here. We will definitely try to collect a lot of boxes and all the special things in every state all around and through the middle.
After an amazing walk through the rhododendron gardens I made another walk around the golf course. Some boxes were found, unfortunately some weren't
But this one was a quick and easy find.
TFTC and greetings from Germany.

Found while having a getaway in the dandenongs with sezzaprice. Great caching weather and great spot. Tftc
On a mini getaway in the Dandenongs with jitterj. Out for a walk on a beautiful day. Tftc. Dropped off trackable 'Sophie the Skunk'.
Great sunny day, lots of fun, took the dog along for the trip too! Thanks for the cache!
Nicely played round of golf......that's the last of the caches for me. Thanks for the series. No sign of the TB that is logged in here.
This cache was guarded by a big hairy caterpillar that one of the geokids was shocked to discover. Nothing too surprising otherwise - we were still enjoying the romp through the golf course.
#1694 Made the connection between the name and gz quickly and the cache was on a perfect lie for a quick grab. Tftc Mincka.
The weather looked promising today, so myself and Mudbrick headed out to Dandy ranges, rain, hail or shine. Sun was out most of the day and it was warm and humid amongst the mountain ashes and gigantic ferns. A great day all up and love this area!
A nice walk around this area and great views. Thanks for taking me here - enjoyed the wander round.

A nice quick find in a nice location, very different than my home stretch of Werribee or Lerderderg gorges....thank you for the cache.
Beautiful day. Had a picnic amongst the blooming azaleas and rhododendrons next door then made our way around this series. GPS had us going in circles around this one.

A leisurely afternoon walk with some great views. Remained careful of dog-walking muggles. TFTC

Continuing on with OzHockeyChick walking the old unused golf course and this was a great little hide.....Loved the flowering trees nearby and the scenery is awesome...

Good views from around here. Must have been tough to keep the golf balls from the forces of gravity though.
Off to the Dandenong's with Howjen567. Cleaned up several mysteries we have been sitting on for a while, and did a lot of lovely walks in the parks.
We lost our muggles cutting through to this hole. (otherwise we might of had to use the 4 wood!)
Another reasonable height cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

With muggles holding up play I was forced to play through and come back to this cache later.

Continued our walk around the old golf course and this was 4evatinks and my second find. A quick and straight forward find in the tree at GZ. This was a significant milestone for me as I hit 1200 finds! Yahoo! Appreciate the cache Mincka.
Another caching day with ribinyang. Much cooler and wet today but enjoying tbe Dandenongs. Great spot. Love the yellow of the wattle. Tftc.
