Went to location using compass but the hiding place seems to have had a haircut so nothing there??!!
We are slowly making our way back to HB. We drove past so stopped to find this one. TFTC
2nd find for the afternoon outing. Been awhile since we have been out caching so was great to have a quick nab to get back into the swing of things. TFTC. Out with Jeffcrazy's
2489 Today I am in Papamoa but the sunny weather has deserted me. This is the first for the day. Not a mint tin but still an easy find.
Found two! After scouting around came across one on the ground (perhaps the old one?) And one we assume in it's correct home. Filled out both logs and left one on top of the other. TFTC
There is a nice little clump of caches heareabouts that would give me a bit of exercise, like 8.1 kms. A nice little walk signing off a few caches as well.
I found this to be lying on the ground out in the open. The CO needs to put it back in it's original location.
Cheers for the cache.

Found it! Found on ground not sure where it should be you might want to double check it's the right spot.
Out on the coldest day of the year, crazy or what? Enjoyed this cache, nice find.
Was in Tauranga for work for the day, had finished up early after an early departure from Auckland so was glad that the weather cleared for a bit and I was able to stretch the legs and grab some caches before heading back home. Found GZ easily enough as we used to know people who lived 3 doors down from here, felt around the logical place, but didn't spot it until I had checked a couple of other places and then circled back to where I was sure it should be, sure enough it was soon spotted, hope I have placed it back well enough. TFTC!
On a mission today to find as many caches as I can in my area. Nice little hide, location is very out in the open though! Thanks for the cache
Quick stop here while out with Tigatat2 who had found this one previously. After a quick and unsuccessfull scout around I stepped back to think and look just as Tiga thought I was taking toooo long and there it was.
Had to step back to see it then a quick retrieval and signed the log on a bollard overlooking the scummy water in the drain.

Found cache with Tigatat2 5/31/16, but have just realized I hadn't log my find. Cheers.
Had a day off work due to showery weather and my sister (CeeVee) was up for a couple of days. Time do go geocaching. Thought it was part of the surroundings but CeeVee moved it and pulled it out. Sun was shining on Maungatawa with a black cloudy background.
Not a mint tin, but we found it anyway. As mentioned, the log was full, so we replaced it with another piece of waterproof paper.
Rushed to this spot just before my phone died...so had a little wander around wondering where the most likely place to put a cache would be. Found it - nice spot. Managed to sign my name on the very last free spot of the logbook. Tftc.
After spending the night in nearby Tauranga, I decided to visit the quite famous seaside at Bay of Plenty. And so I walked around some time and also picked up some Caches. The seaside and the beach is very beautifull, but in my opinion the area behind isn't very livable. Of cource all the houses are very good in shape and there are a lot of really nice (and large) Holiday homes, but there is no life around and the area acts like a cold satellite town. But the weather was really nice and the Caches, too.
Thanks a lot for the Caches.

A couple of spare hours this afternoon so Apache D and I came over the hill to clean up the Papamoa area as we had to many Green boxes in this area.
Nice quick find here today.

Got here in a round about way with 7 yo navigating. It took us quite a while to find by torchlight as we were looking for something a bit different. Got it in the end though, after reading previous logs. Luckily we turned the torch off when cars went past as a police car cruised by and we might have looked suspicious. I guess it would have made for a more interesting log though. Tftc
After lunch, we loaded up the car with the bikes and drove to Papamoa Beach to find a few caches in the area en bicyclette. A pleasant ride though we had to dismount and walk to the beach caches. We found 13 all together, but have only scratched the surface! Will have to return to look for more, hopefully tomorrow.
Will need to go to spec savers as looked where the cache was hidden without seeing it, but luckily StreetWalker had a better look and saw it. TFTC.
Logged with wrong date, now fixed.

Not exactly what we were expecting but this nice hide was quickly discovered at the only significant item in the area. TFTC
Had to wait for the working muggle to leave before attempting the find. Lots of wee fish in the stream. TFTC
Joined up with yorkshirekiwi83 today and headed down to Papamoa and Mount Maunganui for a long day of caching. We arrived in Papamoa early in the morning and then spent the rest of this hot summers day making our way to The Mount and finding what caches we could along the way. A quick find of the cache here, while on our travels. TFTC!

Awesome Thanks.
This was one of more than fifty Geocaches I found today in the company of HKB and 11hpg11. We signed the logs HI1, an anachronism of our handles to save on log space. We travelled over to the Mount and Papamoa from Hamilton, leaving at the end of the All Black/ South Africa test at about 5am and didn’t roll back into Hamilton until after 8pm. It was a long day, and the weather wasn’t the best but that didn’t stop us from having a great time exploring the area and enjoying the wide variety of high quality hides.
No problems locating this cache although it looks as though some overzealous searchers mights have gained access to something they shouldn't have....

Out on a numbers mission with HKCB and Iammrwalker to clear out some of the caches in Tauranga/Papamoa area. We left Hamilton at 5am and had a full day of caches, a few DNFs, a refreshing swim in a pond and a whole lot of laughs. We signed logs as 'HI1' as an acronym for our caching names to save log space. Thanks to all the cache owners for the great variety of caches, puzzles and location
A quick find here today thanks

Out for a numbers mission in and around The Mount and Papamoa with 11HPG11 and iammrwalker today. With a very early start of 5am agreed on, it was going to be a long day compounded by the All Blacks playing before we left which meant a 3am alarm being set the night before. We all had a great time and a lot of laughs were had in between some frustrating hides, a really enjoyable multi and a couple of great field puzzles. All in all a very successful day with only a handful of DNF's, the weather keeping at bay for most of the day and 86 new smiles added to the map in a little under 13 hours of caching. We signed the cache log "Hi 1" an acronym of our caching names. A big thanks to all the cache owners for placing some great caches.
No troubles here though I initially started looking in the wrong spot as I wasn't looking at where the GPS was point me.

Found back on 31/5/15 but forgot to log it! Out for the day with Delshell and this was our final cache for the day. Quick find. TFTC
