Quick park and grab... very tempted to drive right up to the spot however my geo-vehicle is not designed for such journeys. Cache was not where expected.. was also not hidden very well (this was quickly amended).
Jcgirl1992 found the box while getting distracted and found it when going back.
My daughter knew it was here somewhere and she was correct. Rock on baby! Forgot pen - but logged it anyway. Tftf.
I headed out in the geo-car for a few caches today.
Decided to hit a few around Redbank Plains while visiting my family down this way.
I found your cache, “Redbank Plains SES” today. This is my 2288 find.
Found after a bit of a search.

This neighbourhood must be on watch on anyone who isn't a local, as I had parked my car and made my way on to the oval, when I saw the resident from the adjacent house open their door and watch every move that I made. At least I was able to disappear into the bushes, and make a quick cache find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks guddink for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Today with an early morning start, I commenced with a hike in the southern area of Flinders-Goolman Conservation Park. Three targeted summits from Mt Elliott Road were ascended, and it was a mixture of steep terrain, lantana and other spiky vegetation, and a few rock scrambles; a tough walk, but also enjoyable under perfect hiking weather that wasn't too hot.
Following the walk, I started to make my way towards home, stopping in Redbank Plains, and a few areas in Springfield and Brookwater. In addition, I walked around the new Brisbane Lions' new training ground at Springfield Central Stadium / Brighton Homes Arena, and finally stopped and made a circuit of Spring Lake in Springfield Lakes.
I was able to participate in / complete three Adventure Labs during my outing today:
• [Brisbane Lions in Springfield](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/52ec5b27-1076-4417-a161-3e53fd947ca4);

After finding Ms Maddy’s tribute cache on the other side of the park, I thought it would be nice to come and find the other couple of guddink caches in the area. This one took a little bit to find as it was very hidden in the leaves. I signed the log and replaced the cache and its covering of leaves.
Thanks guddink!
Thanks guddink!
TFTH and thanks to beard man for the replacement. Nice easy find with GeoBaby.
Back in Ipswich for medical appointments and waiting for other campgrounds to dry out after the recent rain events.
A very cold start to a fantastic winters day. Great to be able to get out and about tackling some caches.

As the CO is sadly no longer with us, I left a replacement log and container inside the original container. Thanks for the cache
When we pulled up there were some people in the house across the road having a great time. We thought we would have triggered their curiosity but they must be used to people pulling up and walking into the park.
Unfortunately the cache was full of water and the log is no longer a thing of beauty. TNLNSP

This caches needs some serious love because it is cracked, full of water and the log can no longer be signed
Definitely needs some TLC but still was great fun to find! Tha is for the cache!
Log is saturated and so is the single sheet someone added Nice spot for a wander. One plover doing its thing! Thank uou
Log book is saturated but we managed to make our mark. Unfortunately I don't have a spare book on me.
Nice easy one for international geocaching day. None of the geobrats wanted to grab it thanks to the blanket of spiderweb. Once geohubby had it the youngest promptly shoved the damp & moldy log in her brothers face with the instruction to "eat it", ah sibling love.
This was my second visit. The first time I came by here there was a group of council workers mingling just beside the hide, so technically not a DNF, more like a did not look. Found easily this time, although the log is soaked and my pen wouldn't write properly. So my log is more of a gouged CT.
Nice find. Does require maintenance though as it is damp from the rain.

Nice quick find, even if the nearby dogs were puzzled by my reappearance - TFTC!
I appeared to be the only person in this whole park today... added my mark to the log and replaced the snap lock bag... tftc...
Mr muggle sent me out to get lunch today, so I grabbed the opportunity to find my cache for the day. I parked near gz and trotted off in the direction of the cache. A well worn geotrail took me straight to the container. Log signed and off to buy lunch like I'd never been there tftc!
My youngest was very excited to find his first cache! Very long grass, but we found it took the moustache and replaced it with an earring
Too much long grass!!! Grrr
On the plus side met a nice rock named him Bob and gave him a new home with a view

Find #2299 at 14:27. Logging months later.
Finally, a find today, after three MIAs.
Cache found in good condition in an obvious spot with a creative log bag.
My thanks to the bionic carrots for all that they do.
Thanks for the cache, guddink.

There were a number of dogs enjoying a free romp in the off leash enclosure and we thought that their muggles may have been a problem. Fortunately a few trees and long grass saved the day towards another smiley.
Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch. This was a quick easy find to start the day. TFTC
I swear Lokipagan and I visited this area years ago for another cache. Will have to look it up...
I neared GZ and outwaited a muggle walking by. It took a couple of attempts at an approach - but I soon found the elusive beast. It's hard to believe this area was burnt out 4 months ago - the growth has certainly not suffered!
I signed the log and re-hid the cache as found. TFTC and Vale Guddink.

Took the wrong way to this cache and got my shoes wet. I wasted far too much time looking for an easy find. Cache finally located as grass very long amongst the charred remains of trees in area. Cache all good. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
T-Tech had to go up to Mt Flinders for work today, and I kept him company on the drive from Brisbane, then had quite a few hours to do some solo caching Ipswich became my target area [^]
Last find for the day. An easy wander to GZ and after circling the hide I found the easy way which led me straight to the cache. TFTC, guddink.

I was in the area to clear a few of the newer caches which had been placed since I was here last.
There was a muggle and hound in the off leash area and I was a bit concerned until I found that the GPS was taking me away from that area.
I walked around the search area first and then headed in for a quick find.

Definitely want to bring along a walking pole/stick on this one to poke around for any angry noodles or cob webs. Exactly where I thought it would be too, TFTC
Returning from a ride this morning, I decided to stop in and grab this one on the way home. Nice to finally stop and grab one of those caches you pass so many times and never find. TFTC
Out on a caching day with Roddy C and his wife today Picking up some caches down this way on our hitlists. Nice quick easy find
Some caching time today with RhoBoCacher once again around the outer suburbs of Ipswich, despite the hot (sometimes 34 degree) weather!
ice walk across the park - was tempted to drive the GeoFalcon in, but thought a photo of the nearby Comms Tower was more important! [xx(]
Nice quick find by RoddyC
Log signed & replaced again. Found at pm on 20th November, 2016. TFTC

I decided to finish off some caches in this area. My phone had me going back and forth. I ended up getting really sticky grass seeds all over me. My phone eventually settled and I could see something obvious and found the cache. TFTC!
We were driving past and couldn't resist the lure of this one. .
Coords were spot on which made for a quick find. All in good condition.
Thanks guddink.
