Cache under maintenance....will be back soon - bigger and better than before!!
Quick find today with the kids - they were looking for a cache that had ‘toys’ and ‘treasures’ haha. Swapped a few things. Cache and log are wet and would benefit from a bit of TLC and drying out. TFTC
Came by after netball and found the cache quickly enough, which was great because I was a little dubious about going in there by myself. The caches lid was off and sitting nearby and all the contents look like they've had a fair amount of previous moisture (they were all dry tonight). Replaced with lid back on, tftc
Out and about for one of my semi-regular caching days with geomum, Doctor Owl (and the first one under a new name - something I almost forgot a few times while signing logs). Thankfully there was a lot less time between the previous one and this one as I wasn't stuck in Victoria, as I was this time last year. As is often the case, we didn't really have a plan rather that meadering to a vague area where some caches Doctor Owl was interested in getting, while detouring and stopping for any that we passed which I hadn't got (which to be honest) is a lot of caches).
An easy find (once we found somewhere safe to park) but in my mind the cache was going to be bigger but a suspicious container wrapped in tape is a dead giveaway no matter the size. TFTC.

I still needed a cache for today and having a few around home helps out just a bit, set off and made my way past this one, the cache was a nice and easy find and is all good

The kids absolutely loved it!! Took a couple items and replaced with some new stuff
I’d DNF’d this one ages ago when it was MIA. Returned today and made a nice quick find. Always good to get a horrible frownie off the map.
Thanks for the cache TheExplorers2.

Thanks to the explorers for this kid friendly cache. Passed some ducks on the way
We came home from our long weekend, unpacked the 'wobble box' and started work again, with a little play thrown in.

Found while out with Team Holden.
Weirdly the sun was out, the birds were singing and the GPS had a fit.
Thankfully pure determination found the cache

Out with Magic on Int Geocaching Day hunting yellow smilies. Gps was dropping in and out of reception and when it did lock in it had an accuracy of 78 metres.
Therefore the hunt was made and found BFE style.

An impromptu caching session while waiting for my car to be serviced. I set out on foot grabbing a couple within walking distance.

Got it! Was a bit apprehensive when I saw no one had found it for four months - but the sign of a hearty, simple, solid and well maintained cache is that .... well! there she was like someone found her just hours before me! Buckets of fun should be the hint I reckon. TFTC I liked the hunt for this - simple and sweet
Found this with CherryRose on our way home. TFTC Left Minion Game. Dropped TB
Quick easy find after trip to Campbells Cash & Carry. TFTC SL DROPPED TB & RETRIEVED TB
It was not good weather for being outside at all today, so I opted for a cache that could be done quickly, not too far from the shelter of the car. Fortunately it was a quick find.
Thanks TheExplorers2 for the cache.
Thanks TheExplorers2 for the cache.
Quickly found this well-stocked-with-swaps-cache on the way home from work. TFTC
Yey! Happy dance. Found treasures. Grabbed TB.. My most favorite flat red torch is there now too.. Next to look might find it on ground near cache... Bother but congrats!! Geopup didn't like all that green stuff on his belly and couldn't wait to get back to car!! TYFTC SL
Dnf last time but found now. Thanks for the new coordinators. Found with superman_22
Found it Thanks. Put two trackables in it we brought back from the Hawaiian Islands from our holiday at the beginning of May. Hope they continue well on their journey's. First Photo is of an American Flag, and the second is of a Disc "MAGIC"
TFTC TheExplorers2! Our first find for this afternoon’s caching expedition. What a bonus, a Lego trackable to pick up and take on some new adventures
Closest unfound trad to work in amongst the sea of blue ?. After a really unhealthy lunch nearby I continued on up the road, parked up in the side street. Dismissed the cache initially but then that seemed the only place it should be. Nicely hidden and well filled with trinkets. Dropped in a Lego TB. TFTC
Finally found this one! Don't know why we didn't see it before as it was an easy straight to it this time. Oh well must be getting old and need the eyes checked. TFTC TheExplorers2!
I actually spotted the hide immediately but it took a good five minutes of looking elsewhere before I had a closer look. A nice little find on a hot day
Thanks to TheExplorers2

Finally found! Did not believe the GPSr coordinates at first but all good. Just not looking for the obvious. Dropped off a couple of travel bugs picked up in Europe. TFTC.
A most cool hide with lots of goodies within for the GeoKids [^]. SL at 09:04 on Sat 25 Nov 2017. All within the cache is good and dry [^] TNLN TFTC TheExplorers2

Looked for a while but couldn't find it. A lot of muggles around watching so I will come back later.

Buckets of fun ..with gypsydawg13 .. and granddaughter karlia ... its good to have young eyes ...
Ok, so Geokids went to location this morning and cache is still there and intact. It seems that it has been placed on the ground again by a previous finder however it is cammoed well and poses a good challenge for those who are willing to do some hunting. We would appreciate a co-ord update if anyone can post these - not sure if this is why there are so many DNFs however cache is there an still loaded with swaps! Get down and dirty and you won't be disappointed!
No finds for 6 months and a bunch of DNFs - could the CO please check to see if this one still exists?
Came with sir_spectre and getnict. Four of us searching. Had a look at both the old coordinates and the new ones in Bob's log. Couldn't see the container at either.
I just couldn't find this one. I have cuts to prove it. Did find empty containers in the area where it could have been. Maybe someone should just check to see if still there. Out with superman_22
Returned to the location where previously I had a dnf with the previous incarnation of a cache. Used the new co-ords and found the said container a bit in the open. Placed it in slightly more "covered" area within about a metre where I found it. Thanks TheExplorers2.
Day 293 of "consecutive days with finds". Cache #1401.
This morning, I went to Mawson Lakes to attend an appointment, and tried this cache after the appointment.
Parked on the road and start searching, no luck.
Went back to car, and start to read previous logs. Then I noticed I need to walk further East.
After a couple of minutes, cache has been found.
Good size container, and it seals well. Took nothing, left nothing, and signed the log book. Hung it back.
Thanks for the cache, TheExplorers2.

I was out and about on the bike today
It's been too long !!
But with a new drive train,
the bike is a pleasure to ride again [^]
Here was the first cache find of the day
Though not an easy one [:o]
I actually read the cache notes this time,
and followed the squashed sour sobs to find a rather large cache
TFTC,
it was buckets of fun to find

We have replaced this cache with something larger. It is no longer on the ground to avoid the water issues. The co-ords at this stage are off - you will need to venture east through the trees to spot it. Once found, if you have the technology, can you log new co-ords and we will update the info. Enjoy!
TFTC! Make sure you bring a pencil : )
It is wet from the rainy weather, should probably be moved or the container changed.

Found on the way to book tickets for a ski trip! Is wet, may need a better container in order to survive the elements. TFTC
Sorry to all Geocachers - our poor cache seems to be destined to struggle. It has been muggled twice and replaced by a fellow cacher, now it is water logged and without a pencil. So we have taken it away and are in the process of building a new, improved cache with extra cammo. This will be a fun find for those who have found it before - we will be relocating it a little to help keep it safe. Won't be long before we are back on line with our cache #2.
Thanks for your patience!
