Definitely gone ... considering the occupants of the nearby houses I have decided to archive this cache especially as it is missing
Council has done a lot of work around here trees have been cut down new signage installed about uxo's. knocked off the remaining lids. Touch down the holes no cache can the owner please check and not have a rant about it if I missed it.
A DNF for us last time but heeding the advice of a previous finder, we took matters in hand and found this cache. We did a little CITO in the area and filled 2 bags with rubbish. We left to find a nearby and on the way back past spotted bac2bay6 in the area. We stopped for a chat and to see if they needed any assistance. You don't often find fellow cachers in the wild so it was nice to catch up and be of some help. TFTC
Easy find. Not giving away but it is probably around where u think it is TFTC SL
Clever little hide- thought we found it but there was nothing. Another look in the same area and it was right there TFTC!
Gee wiz, just because you can't find it, isn't an indication that it isn't there.
The cache IS THERE. I saw it today. The hint says it all, no maintenance was required, you just need to open your eyes and read the hint.
Sorry if this sounds angry to you, but caches are getting archived because people ASSume that it is missing, when it is there all along

just visiting and enjoying your amazing reserves of native bush. Really enjoyed this series around Pooh corner. Thanks to you all for your efforts. I think I know what i was looking for having seen a similar cache before, but the prize eluded me today
Last day in Brisbane so I drove over to Wacol to finish this series, have found a few like this before so was able to locate the cache quickly. Thanks an old hag.
While searching for this cache, I had actually looked over where it was and didn't lift the lid hard enough for it to produce the goods. It was only when kdawg92 tried again later that it yielded the prize we were after!

Find #1878 at 15:03 with the whole family plus 1MinnieMoo, 1MinnieMooJnr, 1GiantPanda and ScattsMadhouse and MadScatts.
I got this one after 1MinnieMooJnr had the right idea but missed it.
Didn't get the reference at first, but once I pulled the cache all the way out, it made sense.
Thanks for the cache, an old hag & the cache maker.

A quick park and grab, with half the geokids wanting to stay in the car for these last couple. We were careful of barbed wire around here, and as we grabbed the cache we wondered why it was called what it was - only after signing did we actually pull the cache out properly and see exactly why. Thanks for the cache an old hag.

Having finished the main trail it was now after 1.00pm and much too hot for any more walking so I decided to see how many of the ones along the road here I could get as park'n'grabs.
The gps took me a ways off before suddenly deciding that it was actually back the way I'd just come. Once at ground zero I knew immediately what to do and and just kept checking until I found the right one. Quickly signed and replaced and back in the airconditioned car.

Found with stairman1 and geodog. Had some time spare this afternoon and decided to continue on where we finished a while ago. All good here. TFTC
Found with Goldielover today on our way past heading to the RSPCA. Zac is getting quite hungry and needs food.

Needing some numbers so that I can achieve a milestone at a suitable time for me, I headed out to this trail. After finding all the caches along the trail, I drove around to this one. I parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. For some reason, my phone did not want to cooperate here, so I put it in my pocket and used my geosenses. The hint led me to look at a certain item. Some of the lids were easy to remove but others were stuck. OF course, the one where the cache was located was one of the ones that was stuck. I sed a nearby natural tool to help unstick the lid. The noise of this apparently attracted the attention of the prisoners housed across the road as I was confronted by a security guard asking what I was up to. I eplained about geocaching. He said, "That treasure hunt game? We know about that. No problem." I signed the log and returned the cache to its hiding spot before heading to the next one. Perhaps the CO might consider moving the cache to a similar but different spot nearby where the lid doesnt jam and attract unwanted attention when trying to remove it. TFTC
Why walk when you can drive [:0] Getting a little frantic at work so my daily walk turned into a bit of a park and grab . At least the detour was enough to clear my mind.
Thanks for another fun cache old hag!

We had a free day on our long weekend in Brisbane so decided to head out to find the Pooh Corner caches. We saw three kangaroos and a goanna on our 4km walk.
Reading the logs helped us look at the hide a little closer and put a bit of muscle into retrieving the log. TFTC

I took a drive to get the roadside caches in Pooh's corner and started at this one lifted a few lids and then found one which need assistance and that is where I located the cache.

I love micros, especially in bushland!
Had to use a helpful tool here, as the thing wasn't occupied, but somebody had managed to lock the door.
Signed the log, and shut the door, hopefully without locking it! TFTC.

Found the dunny and thankfully it had a door. Seen this type of hide a few times now.
Out for a Sunday morning of caching with Richmond Lad to finally visit Pooh's Corner. Very quiet area today and only spotted a muggle family near the beginning of our walk. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk, searching for the caches and recalling some of these famous book characters. Thanks to the old hag and moo73 for bringing us to this interesting area of Brisbane.
Still chuckling about our meet up with the CO!!!! Read Richmond Lad's log.

What can I say! We looked without success, it has to be here somewhere. While looking a car pulled up and questioned (or should I say interrogated) what we were doing. I tried to do my best explaining to her what geocaching is, and how we go about it. She asked so many questionssssssssssssssss and I did my best to answer them. Next she told me she was the Cache Owner - an old hag. I was taken in hook, line and sinker. It was great to meet up with you and thank you for placing all the caches here and in Pooh Corner. I give you a favourite not for the cache but for the meet up at this cache. TFTC
TFTC!
Note: This was found by Neversaydi on the above date. NeverSayDi & E(: are combining accounts and are now TeamDIEL just consolidating. Thanks.

Very clever cache container. Neat hiding spot too. BCF88 and I enjoyed finding several park and grab caches along this stretch today. It was a fun trip. Tftc.
I had been wanting to do these Pooh corner caches for a while, as I have always been a big fan of "Winnie the Pooh" and friends. I needed to get 3 more letters to complete the "September" challenge and coming here today allowed me to do so.
Yep know what to do here. Can tell others have been here trying the same thing. After this I had a long walk around to the parking coords so I could enter the park, as I was wary of going through the bush with all the signs warning about possible explosives . TFTC

Pooh's Perambulation Cache #23. Today I'm out caching with Eminoz04 (also known as Miss11), barbbowman, bubba89 and FastEd59. Eminoz04 has caught the caching bug, so I thought this would be a perfect place for her to get a few finds.
This was the first of the Pooh Corner drive by caches. We parked the cars in a handy safe spot and the girls were off like a rocket. We looked in the obvious spots and of course it was the last one that had the prize. Very cute container - loved the hide! TFTC

I decided to try and get the ones along the road sorted today while in the area, Made the stop here and soon had the cache sorted. Last place I checked of course (how it always works I suppose). Anyway got my name in the log and soon had things replaced and on my way.

Blacklegend, Scotty Neville, side kick Riley & I were out today looking forward to a great day caching.
This trail fitted the bill very well and it looked to be a great walk without much distance between caches so the kids would be happy and involved.
We loved a lot of these caches and I would have given more favourite points but I don't have enough to give out more.
We were now on our way out of the area on our way home and due to independent exploits from yesterday we were all tired and sore to varying degrees so BL & I chose to look turn about for these last 6 caches.
BL went for this one and took some time before came back to the car while I was still making notes from previous finds!!
He knew where it was but had some difficulty getting the Dunny Door open but when you've got to go you get it done!!!
Thanks TOH TFTC SL

I'm visiting from Canberra and want to get a bag full of caches. This series is near where I am staying so its a logical first place to begin. Thanks old hag.

Stealth was required as there was a constant flow of traffic but we still managed a quick find here.
A little difficulty revealing the cache but nothing that wasn't quickly resolved.
Signed & replaced as found.

A short search before finding this one.
Thanks for the cache.

Found it, TFTC. Lots of different containers and types of hiding spots for all the caches in this series. Well done.
Took longer then expected and a mighty good tool to nab this one. Strength certainly required, lucky I had mstrCam took photo, forgot pen. Tftc! Really enjoyed this cute series
Beautiful Day for Riding and nice and flat for riding bikes as usually other series very steep and hilly to ride!!! Nice Cute Cache and wonder why it called Pooh Corner Series. TFTC
Last time I came through I did a local search but stopped at 20 this one I missed and today I popped back, stright away I felt I was in the right spot but I widened my search but kept coming back thing no it wouldn't be in there-yes it was and TOT was at foot so I knew I had the right one. Thanks old hag TFTCSL
Joined up with Gunnie69 to tackle pooh corner! The characters that we will meet today are long time family favourites, so was looking for the adventure. I have to say, its a pleasure to see such an intact piece of bushland remaining in an urban area![^]
I would like to thanks all those who made the caches possible, including old hag, cache maker, and moo73.[^]
Thanks an old hag for the efforts of putting out the cache and making it an enjoyable day!

I figured I knew exactly where to look for this one as Ghostgums and I pulled up, but Holy Moly, did it take some persuasion to get to the container... After failing to get to it first time, we searched other options to no avail, then returned with a little more determination...
I found a suitable tool to assist in the quest and revealed the container in the place I suspected it would be... Back to the nearby car for business so we were out of muggles sight, then Ghostgums played lookout as I swooped on GZ for replacement... [^]
Cheers Old Hag.

With limited resources on the geocycle I had no luck with this one. I may have been looking in the wrong spot, but I was not able to persuade any of the lids I found to open.
Camped in Brisbane, for a couple of weeks.
We enjoyed hunting for these caches - a great series that we had a lot of fun with.
Many thanks for placing this cache, an old hag, for us and others to find.

Needed to get geodad out of the car to help with this one. using his muscles, we lifted the lid
Finally got the complete string of smileys along Wacol Station Rd. Last time I tried this one in daylight a car load of cops stopped to ask what I was doing. This time in darkness & no problems. Thanks AOH.

On our way to ride around the Pooh-trail... Easiest to pick up the first six caches alongside the road before entering the reserve as they're on the other side of the creek otherwise.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 10:01am. This is a good cache but a little hard to get at. The cache is in good condition. TFTC
Thought we had the right spot but the door seemed to be jammed so we checked some more possible doors, still nothing. Back to the first and we knocked harder. Phew, that's one place you don't want to be locked out of. TFTC an old hag.
Was right under our noses! Went down there, over there, under that! Found after about 5 mins then felt stupid! TFTC
Out caching with the Tough Mothers and their kids. This one was VERY tight to get into. We had a bit of trouble but eventually got it open. Very clever and cute cache. TFTC!
