The Guidelines and Help Centre articles are very clear on the maintenance expectations and this cache has had issues for over a year.
Unfortunately, it would seem the cache owner is unable to maintain this cache and no one in the community is willing to assist the CO in the maintenance requirements.
The cache is being de-listed (Archived) on the basis it has been abandoned.

Hi All, this cache is proving difficult for me to renew. We have left the area and the cacher I had arranged for maintenance has not been available. It would be a shame to have this cache archived as the likelihood of another going here is very remote and it is a great piece of history. Please be patient with us and we will renew as soon as possible.
commitments have not allowed me to replace this as yet. thanks for being patient
Looks like someone found it even when disabled. This cache will still be replaced
Thanks for your patience.

With a string of DNFs dating from October, this cache needs to have CO action. A note from the CO 5 months ago still appears to be in actioned.
We didn’t find the cache, the hint was kind of confusing. We didn’t figure out the hint and so we didn’t find it.
Lots of broken glass and nearly got hurt by a syringe. Not a place for children.
Adding my name to the long list of DNF'S. The CO definitely needs to check it out.

Mmn didn't read the logs before we looked for this one .... very unsavoury here, didn't stay to look, broken glass human excrement and rolls of toilet paper, fortunately no one else there made a quick exit.
Hi,
I have not had a chance to check this one out as yet. it is on the to do list

Was a bit too nervous to look around here with the kids.
Plenty of yucky stuff around.
I’ll be back?

12:20 Quite easy find on our way back to Adelaide on our great SE Australia trip
Greetings from the Czech Republic!

Careful of broken glass and there were two needles on the ground, tread carefully. Great find
Like Beetles2 things didn't quite add up here but we signed a log which had signatures that matched the logs on this page.
Thanks for the hide Team Zener.

I've never been lucky enough to have this happen to me before
A work trip, driving to and from Dubbo in NSW
For OHS reasons we all know that fatigue kills and so it is vitally important to stop and take a break, have a stretch of the legs and another coffee or fluid intake session [^]
Over the 3 days I made 14 finds and a couple of those were an EC and a Virtual that I was ever so pleased to find [^]
There were 5 DNFs all up and the 1st DNF was at the very 1st cache stop, although as soon as I saw what the cache was I didn't have much of a look at all as I couldn't keep my colleague waiting! She was fantastic company for the whole trip and ever so generously patient when I needed to stretch my legs [:X]
We Googled why there are little green roofed cages on the side of the highway in NSW[?], we sang songs , we walked righta round a disused gold mine where my 'not too long arrived from England' colleague saw her 1st Lace Monitor (Goanna) and we saw 'The Dish' too [^]
DNF! My 3nd DNF for the day and my 2nd in Dubbo
I'm not saying that the cache is not here at all as I am only short and I didn't have my caching tools with me as this isn't a caching trip.... hence anything that might be 1.5*T for a 6feet person is beyond me and I'm betting that's exactly where this cache is hidden

Not in the most obvious of spots. Helps if you're tall! And aren't afraid you get your hands dirty.
In town to take the kids to the zoo.
A quick one is a good one! Coords were good and the hint helped. Soooo much broken glass at GZ. TNLN TFTC

Just took a couple of monutes. YAY!..TFTC from a couple of former Dubboites now living in NZ
I'm going to claim this one as a find but the CO may choose to remove my find log if my name isn't on the log sheet when checked. We were confused by the container which wasn't what we expected and even though it was close to GZ a few things didn't add up. We did sign a cache log here though.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I passed this area on my last visit to Dubbo about 10 months back, but didn't get a chance to look for the cache. The area was messy back then but looks like it has been cleaned up recently.
The cache was an easy find today - too easy as it was lying open on the ground. Clearly muggled as it is not a container that would open from a fall. Luckily I found the log sheet in good, dry condition a metre or so away. I put it all back together and returned the cache to where the hint suggested it should be. TFTC

**# 16758** Found on the start of our 2017 winter escape trip.
A top day for a drive around Dubbo for a few caches.
I missed this one last trip but it was a very quick find today.
Thanks for the cache Team Zener,

Heading north for the Alice Springs Event at Easter we picked this one up on our way past. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Came for a walk along the river this morning found with Helibear60 travelling around Australia TFTC
There are wasps here. I am not looking for a nano with my fingers if I'm going to poke wasp nests!
Hopefully I was looking in the wrong place!

We searched for this cache when we arrived to Dubbo a few days ago, but only found needles and broken glass around the area. Today we noticed that it had been replaced and we gave it another chance. Cache was found without any problems and we signed and replaced in the same spot.
No find for us either but this being our 4th DNF in a row we mightn't be the most reliable source!
Nada! We looked around, noting recent DNF and a 'long' find.... we ended up being interrupted by some grubby local kids who had been swimming in the river, so we left. I doubt we were on the cusp of a find though.....
A bit high for me but I am not sure it was there.
Used a tool to scrap along.
Need help from Geopartner who was not with me on this trip

After looking at the map for this area, we noticed a few missing smilies and after checking back through our notes have found we failed to log a few of our finds. We do remember our visit to this cache after having looked through the nearby Visitor Information Centre.
It took a little time for the GPS to settle and after a short appraisal of the area, a likely ground zero was quickly spied by Mr Just a Trifle. With our name added to the log, we returned to the car and headed on our way toward Canberra.
Thank you Team Zener for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy.

Whilst doing a bush bash with the Forensic Police Services, raising money for the Flying Doctor Service for 2 weeks, found some at Hervey Bay. Then went on to Cania Gorge. And back to Dubbo. Took a while to find, put back in same position, ie not on outside H section. TFTC
Found while having a look around town this afternoon and also taking an opportunity to grab a few smilies, this one was a little tricky to locate even with a specific hint. The i-phone camera made it a little easier to find, thanks Team Zener for the cache.
In Dubbo whilst waiting for son. Having a wander around. This was close so thought I would try my luck. Made a semi quick find. Glad I have height on my side.

Found by Mary & David at 0850. We love facts, figures and social history, and the cache notes gave this to us. David found the cache after a short systematic search (Mary could never have reached it!). Our thanks to Team Zener.
No luck for me today, and a previous finder could not find it either.
I did find all the needles and a drug pack box so the locals visit here often !
Not a nice place at all, and no good for kids.

This will be a T5 soon. River is about to go over the Serisier Bridge. See photo.
Roads close to the river are blocked and it is advised not to enter the area tonight, Saturday 03/09/16.

We certainly would not want to be here at night. After searching the more likely spots finally felt something among the grime and it was a cache. TFTC.
Hard to find....be very cautious there as theres lots of needles and broken bottles. Definitely do not do this one at night. Couldnt find anything this time
FLOODING IN AREA.
Attempt at own risk and proceed with MUCH caution. 20th July 2016.

Using the hint for this cache made it a very limited area to search, but it needed the taller team member to be able to retrieve it. Our name was soon added to the log and the cache was carefully replaced before we returned to the geo vehicle and continued the hunt for the other caches on the list for the day. Thank you Team Zener for placing this cache.
nice easy find today, found while in dubbo for a break. a very easy nano to spot when you're nice and tall. thanks for the cache.
