Hi there 88andy88,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is some sort of issue. The recent logs may contain more details about what sort of issues are evident.
The cache has been [**temporarily disabled**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235), so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location, until the issues/s can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.
#What you need to do:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.
- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored.
- **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.
Full details for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned.
It would be far better if you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,

Cache has no container and log is just weighed into the presumed hiding spot, where it is exposed to weather, etc. and needs replacing. Will send photo to CO.
The second of three caches I found in the area this evening, after dropping Geoson the Eldest off at Caribbean Rollerama for a scout's activity.
This was possibly an easier find than it should have been, owning to the container being missing and the log stuffed into where presumably the container would have otherwise been, which means it's not exactly invisible or really hidden.
Signed it anyway, visited some trackables and replaced as found.
Thanks for the hide, 88andy88.

I think this cache has been muggled, pretty sure there is a part missing, log was hard to pry out, as its to big for the cavity, log also full,
Very cool container. Log is pretty full. Thank you 88andy88 for placing and maintaining High or Dry? for us to find today.
This one challenged Cybergran V and I for a while today. Used PAF to help us out. We had considered the location but were wary of engaging with it. Loved it. TFTC
Round and around we went, TanSaf and I, searching high and low, discounting the obvious, for obvious reasons.
In the end we resorted to a PAF. So glad we did.
It ended my trip down south to find caches in the Knox LGA on a very high note.
Very definitely worthy of yet another well earned favourite point for the sheer audacity of the hide.
There is only a slip of paper in the spot which we both signed, wish I’d had a container and proper log to leave there.
But thanks for the adventure.
My journey south is now complete, for the time being, time now to begin the long train journeys home - train, train, train, bus.,

Due to unforeseen circumstances Mr Smokey Bear will no longer be a part of Team Smokey Bear and will continue his adventures as "SmokeyBearOG".
So I'm relogging all previous finds under my new account.
Unfortunately this log will not show the original logging date.
**Thanks to 88andy88 for this adventure, looking forward to many more.**

Found the Iogbook, but no container? Not sure if that was it but it certainly matched the hint so I’m counting as a find anyway.

I found this cache during a week in Melbourne with a mate.
It didn't take too long to locate the camouflaged/concealed hide.
Thanks For The Cache!

Among many other challenges and goals which i am working toward on this trip is the LGA challenge. Having got this little ripper i think i have collected all the LGAs in this region and south. I just have five to get further north in order to have the metro areas completed. This is a delightful cache and well deserved its nominations, very clever.
Work arranged itself rather nicely this week giving me a period of six days off. I spent a bit of time working out which direction i wanted to head for caching fun and decided to have another go at Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. I then took quite a while coming up with a list of caches to target, there are just so many possibilities! I packed, had accommodation sorted, and even had a muggle caching buddy lined up to do the driving. Perfect!
Too perfect... . Plans changed at the last minute and i came down to the city solo and without the accommodation option. I wasnt sure if i would keep the rest of the plan or head for the hills instead.
Well i have been here four days so far and im still here. Caching the peninsula was fun interspersed with visits to various beaches. Then i spent a day in the hills to the east and now i am wandering in the eastern suburbs. Im glad i decided to persist with the plan and stay down here, its been a blast.

Found this cache in the afternoon after a trip to bunnings. I found the Cache container alright but when I opened it up it was missing a logbook. I looked on the ground in the area to no avail. Left a note in place of the logbook and replaced as found. Tftc and good luck others.
Cache was an easy find as the container was lying in pieces on the ground. Log is wet, however still signable.
We have replaced the cache into its location.

Found on an enjoyable afternoon out caching with ilukaperi. Sorry for the delay in logging, it’s been a busy December. TFTC.
Day1976 was in the area today and invited me along caching for the afternoon. I'd just gotten home from work so I scoffed down some lunch and raced out to meet him.
Day1976 tested this first but wasn't sure about it, but we had a brief wander and came back. He managed to get it but couldn't work out where the log was until I used my superior strength to open it. Log was very wet but it's rite in the rain paper so got out names on.

Almost needs a new log and maybe a plastic sleeve to keep it dry good quick find under 30 seconds
Seemed like a nice day for caching until Melbourne lived up to its reputation.
Luckily I didnt need an umbrella here but later.....
Great first cache andy, will look forward to more of your caches as I come across them.

Thought this would take me longer, although 10 minutes wandering around a tank is long enough. Great hide and smart hint.
This was quite a clever placement and I inspected a couple of other similar things before settling on this one. I would never have considered this in my early caching days. I will say no more but a favourite is on its way.
Thanks 88andy88 for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

What a great cache! Had fun finding it! 2nd pen I’ve lost. Today, so made a mark! QA89
This was a super fun cache to find, especially given that GZ is very relevant for my job! I won't say too much about it cause I don't want to give anything away but well done on such a great hide! Definitely deserving of all the fave points!
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
I found this with Sirius months ago but didn't log it. Awesome Camo. Definitely had to be a bit cautious that we weren't messing with something we shouldn't be. Geopup had a brilliant time frolicking in the mud and smells. TFTC
Had this one on the radar for a while just never got around to it until today! surprisingly found it really quickly. Tam screamed, alia ran… TFTC
Absolutely loved this hide!, found a similar one a few days ago so it was in one of the first places i looked. Impressive job getting that into place. TFTC!!
I was out this way looking for camp chairs with 2 of my kids on board. Lets say we sat in a lot of chairs and didn't find any that suited our needs. To mitigate the disappointment, we decided to stop and find some caches on the way home. This one looked interesting and we were lucky to find a parking spot nearby.
When I first read the cache page I thought that perhaps this one would present a challenge. Standing at GZ I had a look and feel of what I thought was the obvious things but nothing presented itself. And then just like that my geo senses kicked in and I found the nicely and cleverly hidden cache.
It had 3 logbooks. One was totally squashed soggy inside which I removed. The other two were in ok condition and good to sign on. 95% dry. The outer plastic bag was torn to shreds. Not bringing my caching bag today I had to make do with what I found in my car and handbag. I found an oversized plastic bag which still fits snugly into the cache to hopefully keep this one going until the CO can come out and put in a new waterproof log sheet. If I had one with me I would have done so.
Thank you for the cache here 88andy88

That’s a good one from a retired plumber. But it needs attention as the log is not waterproof.
Amazing spot, although it definitely feels like something you shouldn’t fiddle with.
Logbook was soaked and is in need of replacement

Found after previous clue helped a lot.
Log book needs replacing as it's quite soggy after last night's huge rains.
Good spot!

I was hunting with my dad and knew it looked sus, my dad told me not to touch it, but after a while I tried and it was there in the faucet!
Accidentally left a spoiler in my last log, I’m very new. Thank you for the awesome cache!
Very cool hide! As others have said, very wet log. Pencil still writes well on it though. TFTC
Love the camouflage- but was mildly concerned we were damaging council property. Fantastic location - easy to get to but hidden from muggles. TFTC.
Found on my lunch break at work. Very impressive use of “camo”. The log was quite damp with most of the entries faded away. Use waterproof ink people! The zip lock was completely torn but I didn’t have a spare one on me, plus adding one would have locked the moisture in, really needs a new log. Tftc!
Very creative cache, loved the camo. Logbook was absolutely soaked, signed a piece of paper and left it with the log but the waterproofing may need to be replaced.
After visiting the first time and not finding the cache. I came back with extra help. Ended up being easier to find then I first thought. Amazing camo! Defs earned the fav point
Searched for about 20 mins. No luck. Tried to solve the clues. Couldn't crack it. Will be back
We decided to spend this afternoon caching with geo niece and partner. Spotted cache but it was tricky to open. Geo husband came to the rescue and the log was signed. This was definitely a fun one to find. Lucky non of us got wet.TFTC.
Wet day yuk not used to it lol... Excellent so neat job and signed the log as EV and thanks for the cache and hide Fav from me
Staying at the CO's old place (even old room!?) for the night and was planning on tackling Fright climbs next morning however drizzle eluded me!
So scouted about for a few on the way home, and this popped up as one of the closest. Was pretty sure had found it, however took some fiddling till the log revealed itself. Ripper hide! Thanks mate - need to come back more this way.

Takes a little comittment, but worth it for a super-cool hide
Could use a little maintenance due to previous finders moving a part of the system that shouldn't be.
Great camo nonetheless and well worth a Fave

It may be wet but the paper is stone paper which is meant to be wet....Keep on writing those logs and enjoy
A quick detour on a trip to Bunnings took me off the track to search for this one. Maintenance required as it was quite waterlogged at the time. TFTC.
Brilliant brilliant brilliant brilliant loved night time was a lot of fun thank you very much
We looked at it a several times and just couldn't believe that that could be it.
Eventually we took a leap of faith and were rewarded by this beautifully crafted cache.
Worthy of a favourite point.
Thanks 88andy88 for the great cache.

This is one of the cleverest ideas for a cache I have ever seen. Echidna44 was quick to work it out, and the log was signed with both of us remaining dry. I am giving it a favorite because it is just so bold.
Out with BoabTree, we found this cache quickly, which was good as it was the last one at the end of a long day.A favourite point, thanks 88andy88
We had to visit Bunnings so after escaping with a lighter wallet we decided to look for this cache before we heading home again. Mrs B pinged this one almost immediately while I was still following the GPS which was showing the GZ some 4m further. Clever cache and will be added to my favourites!

Chasing favourites this weekend and having completed a couple of this CO’s caches in the past, we thought we would have a go at his very first. With the area deserted, we took our time before discovering the extremely well camouflaged cache.

With only another week to go to obtain the Cache Carnival souvenirs I thought that I had better get a move on and find some of the caches in my local area with lots of favourite points. [^] This was the second of two I found this afternoon.
I parked in the nearby service road and wandered around the corner to GZ. This cache had lots of faves so I knew that it would be well-camo'd and wow I sure wasn't disappointed. As I approached GZ I spotted the cache as it looked a little out of place....to a geocacher that is. I carefully got the log out of the cache and signed it at 4:10 pm. TNLN.
Thanks 88andy88 for the creatively camo'd cache that really blended in with its surroundings. Great work and much appreciated after the tons of mint tins and sistema containers that are around so it gets a fave from me too.

This cache was very clever and very well constructed. A quick walk around the construction near GZ was able to locate the cache fairly quickly. It took me a few tries to work out the right way to access the log, which was soon in my hand. My partner had a different attitude to me about how he identified the cache. However you reason why that would be the cache, it was pretty obvious that the item hiding the log was the cache. With no sport going on this afternoon we didn’t seem to arouse suspicion from any Muggles.
Found it on a caching adventure with non-caching Geo-Nephew.
Great hide. Walked past it a couple of times.
Read hint & a few previous logs. Still puzzled.
Oldest Geokid tested something that looked right, but also wrong & there it was.

Parked the car nearby and commenced the walk. GPS had us looking in another spot and this was soon discounted. Widened the search and then something caught our eye. A after a closer examination we did a test and discovered what we were looking for. Log signed and all back safe again. Love it when a CO goes to some effort and uses some creative construction skills. A favourite point added as a result.
