Staying for a week at this fabulous camp ground while we check out the area. Got chatting to another camper about hobbies so we went to pick up this one. All in good condition TFTC
Apologies for the late log to the CO, found with Its_Dozzie,Everest High, Brewmaker, Team Canary, &ziggiau exploring an amazing area. Out finding joshwa27 hides was fun, great company and the weather turned out great too.
Out caching on the JLWE with aubeasty, Its Dozzie, Brewmaker, Team Canary, Martin Cousins, and Everest High from a base in Mudgee, which is why we signed logs as Mudgee Madness. Spent the day around Sofala finding caches and discovering many of the nooks and crannies of the town and surrounds. Thanks rogpol for bringing us here.
#13854 Three days on the road from Sydney to Mudgee, with the main objective of finding and logging the TRLT-North. It was an enjoyable drive, across dirt roads and some beautiful scenery. Day 1 we camped overnight at Hill End and day 2 we pitched out tent in Mudgee. The caches were easily found so the focus was fully on the journey through our Mid Western region of NSW.TFTC to all cache owners for maintaining this great series.
My work in this area is done. Now for a couple of caches on the trip back to Melbourne.
Quick find. Great spot, great view but the logbook is a bit yucky and needs to be replaced
80 finds, 5 dnf's on his trail today, starting at Andromeda, and finishing at Sofala with Geoian. Thanks to all the CO's for your efforts. I enjoyed this trail.
Out on the TRLT this fine, hot Saturday. We started at GC617ZY an ended in Sofala, then grabbed some more as we made our way back to Mudgee. Appreciate the efforts of all the CO's who have contributed. We found a total of 80 today. TFTC.

Driving home to Armidale from Orange - the long way to pick up some caches. Quick find here, but sadly I didn't have time to follow the road to Hill End, where I'd had a couple of great camping trips as a kid. That nostalgia hit will have to wait till next trip! TFTC.

#7181 Day 7 of our "Dayboro Plan B" trip. mtrax & myself, having decided to ditch the mega came up with a last minute re-route using some of the accommodation we'd already booked and find some interesting caches. To this end we were very selective and only chose caches with sufficient FPs along the route. Today we are in leaving Tamworth and heading down to Bathurst for the night. Not a lot of time for caching today. Weather is warm but good. Looking forward to Burning Mountain on the way.
Thanks rogpol
Thanks rogpol
Nice view!
Last cacher didn’t close lid properly, very wet.
I dried it and closed lid properly.

Back out this way again today to check out a few more caches. It has be a wonderfully busy weekend in the Bathurst Region as we pushed ourselves to get 25 different D/Ts in a day. The things we will do for a challenge cache!! Very hot out here this afternoon but totally work it for the history of this cute little town. Thanks for the cache.
This was a bonus for today. I wasn't expecting to get to Sofala. Such a very interesting town. TFTC.
Found with Key_Tat and Tatt2squared on our Christmas holidays visiting family for Xmas... found on the way home from Nan and Pop’s...TFTC
Caching with Tatt2squared and Viper_101, while visiting for Christmas... after visiting Nan and Pop in Gulgong, we found this on the way home... thanks for the cache.
Caching with Key_Tat and Viper_101 during our Xmas break in Bathurst... on the way home from Gulgong, stopped for a few to help with fatigue... what a great view from GZ... thanks for placing. TFTC
We came for a drive out to Sofala however pouring rain put us off stopping for many of the roadside caches on the trip out. The rain had stopped while we were in town so I scuttled up the hill to grab this one. TFTC
Headed to Hill End for camping during the October long weekend. Of course, some caches were to be found. This was one of them.
Found tyftc. Heading home from Bathurst trting to complete some of tge TRLT series. Sorry but will be generic logs today. Find #2343
Visiting Sofala for the first time. I saw a TRLT series one. I shall not being doing the others as it drives my wife crazy stopping all the time. I have done many of them before in Oberon area and Sunny Corner. I loved this spot. TFTC.
Day 2
With the COVID19 restrictions lifting, we decided to head to the Bathurst area this long weekend on a Geomission with Rapidlywild. Our intention was to attack the TRLT trail and others around the area.
We had a great four days, only a few DNF’s but mostly smiley's, and have left plenty for another adventure. Lovely area to cache in and we look forward to coming back for some more fun and laughs.
Thanks for the hide rogpol and thanks Rapidlywild for another great weekend away.
Apologies for the generic log, thank you to all the cache owners for their efforts.

With COVID19 locking everyone down for so long, a MUCH overdue geocaching mission was welcomed. FurfacesLL #1 and myself decided to head towards Bathurst and attack some of the TRLT caches and see how far we can go. Spoke to a few of the CO's prior to heading up to see if we could assist with any maintenance that was required, so we went prepared with some camo containers and some fresh log books. We had a wonderful weekend stretching the legs and enjoying the country side.
Thanks for the hide rogpol And thanks to the FFLL ladies for another fun weekend out and about the TRLT trails and others

We love a toad less traveled. Would never have driven up here if not for the cache. TFTC
Day 3 in Mudgee and our last. Today was for picking up the middle sectioon of the TRLT series before moving on to Bathurst. A more enjoyable day as the wind had eased and this section of the road has been graded. A long day as we had to get to Sofala as this will be the end point from Bathurst.

This was our third day of searching for caches on this trail, having started late in the afternoon two days again. The first afternoon the weather had been cold and wet, and yesterday dry but very chilly. Today the weather was perfect - beautiful sunshine, warmer and only a gentle breeze. The scenery was simply stunning along the roads the series took us along and so once again we had another great day out geocaching. This one was a nice quick find once at Ground Zero. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache at this great viewpoint and greetings from Zimbabwe
Travelling from Bathurst to Mudgee and caching along the way. Thanks to all the COs for placing the caches and showing us around your region.
Travelling from Bathurst to Mudgee . Finding many different caches in many differenTCt locations. To the CO's thank you for placing these caches there throughout the countryside and towns. TFTC
On a lovely Autumn day on the way to White Rock for a family birthday, frazeydaze and I took a slight detour through Sunny Corner, Palmers Oaky, Limekilns, Wattle Flat and Sofala. Meandering through pretty mountain ranges and densely wooded gum forests we found a few caches, including this one, along the way. TFTC
Out caching with oldmorty - a further 33 of TRLT caches found. Quick park and grab. Thanks rogpol for placing this cache here for us to find.
Great view from here! A good end to a great Easter break!! Our dinosaurs love it
Quick find before checking out the historic town of Sofala after visiting Hill End for the End Festival. TFTC

Spending a couple of days in Bathurst to fill in some in TRLT series.
Again, most were easy finds today.
Some nice views on this section.
More bitumen and cars than I’ve had on other days.
