Looked for a little bit but nothing, should remove geocache location because there is nothing there.
Cache definitely gone even a previous finder was walking by and said it was On a pole but it's gone
If Davidwazza's photo is anything to go by, I think this cache is gone. could CO please check.
24C lovely day and loving this walk. Stopped here for a while and checked far and wide. Couldn't see in grassed area where GPS indicated, no trees, checked the fence, but couldn't find anything. Thanx
Checked and put lid back on properly. Just slide the cache out of it's holder and replace, easy.
Still working through this series, managed to grab just 1 today. I was surprised it was exposed yet not
Thanks to 3LG from mogni

On a day of scattered showers, gridge98 and I decided to grab our bikes and do some of the December OTD series from Noarlunga.
Another interesting fact for this OTD cache. I remember Pokémon and this specific episode also, that was banned here in Australia. Like mischievous kids we were, I seem to recall us getting a copy of this illegal tv episode off the internet, but thankfully we didn’t suffer any medical dramas. Cache quickly found here, thanks 3LG.

Last night after the vent Davidwazza and I decided that we would come and tackle this OTD December today. Majority were fairly easy finds others took a few minutes and a bit of searching. Only one DNF along the way.
A very enjoyable ride and some nice views of the vineyards makes it that little bit special.

For some reason this one was all alone on my map unattempted until now. Knew where it was going to be so put the phone away and made a quick find TFTC 3LG
Last find for the day, found pretty easily as there was only one real hiding spot nearby. TFTC, and for a lovely walk through this beautiful area.
Found during a very pleasant day cycling along part of the Coast to Vines Rail Trail, enjoying the exercise, searches and scenery. Thanks for the cache 3LG!
Only one spot to look really... . It's amazing the power the video game has in our time... TFTC.
Headed out for a walk along the rail trail to continue this series in reverse. Not many muggles around today and was much easier on foot than on bike. Started at 26 December and continued back to 12 December. Will be back to complete the series another day.

I joined fellow members of the Puzzled Puzzlers Group (S.A. Sewer Rats, doctor owl and blackadders) for a day with a mission.[8)] - Get S.A. Sewer rats to a find totaol of 4999 so that she could go and find SFE - 5000 finds for her magical 5000 th find. . Should be a piece of cake. But finding a group of caches that we all hadn't already had at least one find on was near impossible. [xx(] So we ventured down south and when I joined the others we still needed almost 30 finds.
After lunch it was time for some more walking along the December OTD trail. [8)] We probably made this a further walk than it should have been but we wanted this and another trad before another relocation to finish getting the magical number! Only once place it could be. It was.
Thanks 3LG for this cache.

Thanks 3LG for this cache.
It was organised by the wise Owl Starfish and Snake to help Mrs Rat get to 5000 finds.
So the Snake picked Mrs Rat up and we met up with Dr Owl.
We then met up with the starfish at another cache.
We had a mammoth task to find 30 caches, before a dash to the 5000th cache.
This was a quick find.

Generic Log :
At an recent event there was a whisper that a particular Rat was nearing her 5000th find and that she only needed 30 to reach the goal. Mr. Blackadder, hearing this thought Hmm what an opportunity to get out on such a wonderful day with a small but fun group of fellow cachers and to witness the big 5000 finds he would invite himself along. Picking up Mrs SA Sewer Rat, meeting an Owl and then meeting up with a Starfish would make for a good day out. With a few minor disagreements on the navigation aspect we finally made a number of finds including of course this one. Many were easy and a few were not so obvious however smileys were eventually gained. TFTC and the series, some of which will need to be completed at a later date.

Beautiful day to be out cycling and geocaching with most of December found and 3 of the October series. Thanks 3LG
Continuing to do the OTD series in date order (well, as much as possible) and finally we've made it to December . Out on the bikes on a cool, clear morning was invigorating , but at least it wasn't raining .
Our first find on the suburban half of this series .
TNLNSL.
Thanks for one more 3LG.

Jumped on the mountain bikes with the geowife and grabbed the caches along the Coast to Vines rail trail. Riding up to this one, there was only one spot it could be Found and signed log.
With beautiful weather for the whole Easter weekend there was of course plenty of caching to be done. Today was time to made a start on the OTD Series down at McLaren Vale. Given the late start it was doubtful that I would be able to complete the whole trail so I set my self a manageable task of doing roughly half and thankfully I was able to just complete this and getting back to the car just as night was falling. An enjoyable walk was had in doing this series and hopefully I can complete the rest in the next few weeks.

Day Thirty One of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I are still at Semaphore in Adelaide.
Today we headed South again with the deadly treadlies and tackled one and a half OTD trails (and ancillary caches).
Lunch at a winery in McLaren Vale. A cool overcast day, just perfect for caching.
On This Day (after lunch) we then moved onto the December edition.
We parked near #15 at a really nice little picnic area, and unloaded the bikes.
Then we went east first, then back North.
This series seemed to be a bit further off the track, a bit more walking on the first 15.
The second part was messy. Of the six we did only one was in its correct position, one was completely gone (found the tie still in the tree), and most were on the ground. We stopped at this stage.
A really nice ride and cache (particularly the first 15) through lovely countryside.
Thanks for this series.
Thanks, Robmc.

#12262. Day 31 of our SA holiday. Starting to feel very sad as we only have two more days left in Adelaide and we have had such a marvellous time with wonderful weather and many days of fairly concentrated caching. Today we loaded the bikes and went to McLaren Vale to do two more months of the OTD series. Although the weather was so much cooler it was very good for riding and I think this is one of the best days we have had - caching by bike amongst the vines with gorgeous scenery. We also picked up several caches that were also on the trail, or nearby.
Thanks 3LG
Thanks 3LG
We had a lovely day out on the trails in the southern wine area. This was one of the caches that we targetted and were able to find. Thanks to 3LG for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Thanks for this series 3LG. It got quite hot out here today and the terrain wasn't always hugely attractive for cleated road bike shoes but I had a great day. Thanks for the cache.
Captain's log. Day 16.
Mutiny!!
Thirsty and Hunger have knock out Stubbornness and locked them in the basement.
Apparently while the next treasure was easily found Hunger and Thirsty worked out the time and how long it would take to get back. They've commandeered the vessel and turned it homeward bound.
With hope, when they have been sated and we can get aid to Stubbornness, we shall return to complete our mission.
Until then, thanks 3LG

I took pics for this cache but I can't see anywhere to upload it.
Anyway, the cache seems missing, logs paper shattered everywhere. Can't see any plastic bag which Wal & Ol kindly placed before, cable tie nth there.

Container has been destroyed by the lawnmower - log has been placed temporarily in the original location in a plastic bag.
Found what was left of it - has either been muggled, or fell out... then got run over by the lawnmower
Found fragments of the container, and the snail eaten log which has been out in the weather for a while and put them back in place in a plastic bag and adjusted the cable tie to keep it all in place.
Found on a leisurely ride with Pony 1966. TFTC

Tricky find as it was spread far and wide but now mostly back in place - see log from Wal & Ol. TFTC
Out with geodad to finish the December series. I had completed some of this series previously on foot but this time returned on bike. A nice pleasant day for a bike ride in the south. TFTC 3LG.
Out with Shigiggles continuing our quest to complete this power trail on bicycles this time. Shigiggles had already found some previously while there were one or two "side" caches that I had found in the past. Enjoyable day out with my daughter. Thanks 3LG.
This was one of the easiest finds in the series.
If you come from the correct direction the container is easily visible from a great distance.
I was supprised and happy it hat not been vadalised.
Thanks for the cache.

Haha I remember 16 Dec 1980 very well. 7 years old, on a hot day at school, I had just started with a nose bleed when Dad came and collected me early from school... but not to rescue me! My mum had woken up with labor pains, decided to go Christmas shopping, and came back in quite a state. My brother was nearly born in the car on the way to hospital... was born with 10 mins of getting there, even before Mum's doctor could arrive! And one of the smartest people I know was born

Viewed a water-spout out at sea from this location... first time I have seen one of these!
Found along time ago with my dad, I enjoyed riding my bike along here and finding treasure
When Mrs y'stassie reached this cache, Mr y'stassie returned from the few caches that we had found at the northern end of the series so that we could look for the remaining caches in the series together. Accurate coordinates and a familiar type of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 3LG for the cache and the series.
## A nice, cool day for a lengthy walk along the McLaren Vale share trail.
We had an interesting variety of terrain difficulties and I developed a need to constantly look over my shoulder as the track was very busy with cyclists [:0]
hevwalker & I even surprised a couple on bikes as we walked out of the vegetation.
A great opportunity to get some exercise in on a nice, flat surface, thanks for the series 3LG ##[^]

Myself, clare007 and hevwalker tackled this series today! Perfect weather for a wander although this weather meant that the track was like Rundle Street ….. with what seemed like every bike in South Australia wizzing by us!!! We found every cache!! All were in good condition and a number of them living up to their higher terrain ratings!! …………………………….. this was particularly true of #22 and #29 ……. On which hevwalker scored her 2000th. Find. Thanks 3LG for a very enjoyable series!!!
Looks like a runway here...where else is there to place this one...
Out for the day with CPwanderer & clare007 tackling the December OTD series...it was a lovely day for a walk along the rail trail...& ride apparently as there were a lot more cyclists than walkers...we managed to find each & everyone which was an achievement in itself considering some of the terrain ratings...TFTC & the series 3LG

After completing October I continued onto December and I was happy to find all 62. It was a great day of bike riding and geocaching! 46km later I'm a bit tired!!

Decided to take the dog for a walk from Mclaren Vale and see how many we could get.
Got 17 of the OTD series and 1 extra one near the car park.
Took 3 hours in all.
Had 3 dnfs on the walk out but found them all on the way back.
Nearly got run over by Freddo as he went riding past.

I could win an award for most caches found but not logged online. Please forgive this very generic log. But you see, its SAGA nomination/voting season and my votes won't count if I don't log my 2015 finds... If I admired your cache you'll get a favourite point from me and I'll likely come back and edit this log once I've caught up. If this generic log makes you unhappy - delete it. Life's too short to worry over it, I had fun finding your cache either way. Cheers!
