### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there team mvb,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Out for a few caches this afternoon. Took a few attempts to find the best place to park the car, before finding the cut through on Mongan Court. Got my bag ready and off i walked. Up the hill and i eventually arrived at GZ. I looked and i looked and i looked for this cache, with no luck. How had people been able to find this so quickly. I keep returning to the obvious spot, eventually i decided to start digging at this spot. And sure enough, i found the completely ruined log book in a ruined bag. No sign of an container. I put it back, but this needs urgent maintenance. This cache is not in good shape. Beautiful view though!!
Desperately need replacing. All that is left is a rotting plastic ziplock bag and the shaggy remains of a log book.
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Out with Team ozcat for a few caches. Good company, good caches and a nice cool morning. TFTC
Greetings from TeamOZCAT, formerly catnap777 and OZREG, out and about with TeamJLBL stretching our legs and enjoying the sunshine. Thanks to Team MVB and Poozlebear for providing and maintaining these caches which were found in good condition
Our first time geocaching and loved it! Kids had a blast. Going back out again tomorrow
With a find needed today and a visit to see Mrs Wright who is new to caching, who dragged me up the hill for a not so easy walk to locate the cache. Thanks the Team MVB for placing the cache
Thankfully the walking was a lot more horizontal now after coming up and over the front of the hill, but the last little pull up to GZ still had us huffing and puffing as we had worked out by this stage that we had definitely lost a lot of fitness in Nepal recently.
So we huffed and puffed our way to GZ where the Queen spotted the cache and we signed the log book...and rested...
Now, onto the land of the never ending up....

A bit harder than we thought, got a bit worried I saw the fence and thought it was private property but it was all good. FF
Parked in echidna Court for this one and a quick stroll up the hill. Quick find and now to really test the ankle on Poozelbear’s caches / TFTC
sure is dry up here. saw a big mob of roos en route to the cache, all looking like they coud do with a decent feed! Found the cache pretty quickly and enjoyed the walk home with the pooch.
#13872. Out walking the doggies on this awkward hillside and gathered up a couple of caches along the way. I guess we are here at the wrong time of year as there was an abundance of prickly thistles that were an annoyance to both doggies and myself. The walk between #1 and #2 was much more pleasant once we cleared them and reached a shadier and grassier type of landscape. Found and signed them both and made our way down to the proper track and back to the car. That is enough caching for oe day.
Thanks team mvb
Thanks team mvb
A lovely day for a walk, so BettyBoo3747 and I bundled up the dogs and headed off to the Baranduda Reserve. We parked as directed and headed off along the track.
Be interested to know if anyone knows what the strange collection of tanks is just off the track.
We inspected these then crossed at the bridge and headed up hill.
The dry grass made a slippery surface when ascending, but we soon got to GZ in the trees.
Got some water out for the dogs and signed our names.
Thanks, Robmc.

Shelley0 and I decided to take advantage of a nice afternoon to take Tessie the geodog for a walk, and grab a few caches along the way.
This was the last of the day, and thankfully an easy find. The roos were in abundance here, distracting us from the aching thighs we had from the steep steep descent from an earlier cache. Our thanks to MVB for your caches in this beautiful area

Great spot although we went back and forth with the compass! Kangaroos a plenty! Thanks
Out for a stroll this afternoon to get a few caches up. Thanks MVB for the adventure..
Find #900!!!! Woo hoo!
This was our last find for the day with TheClazzas. Another section of Baranduda conquered! Thanks for the great series of caches across this amazing range. I think we have 3 left to find up this end. Was great to meet you Tony and your pooch as well. We were all pretty exhausted by this one. 5kms round trip from the car parked at Mongans ct. Tftc

Not sure if the name of this one needs to be changed to "Not so easy walk". What a hike. Finally got to gz and this was find number 900 for Wackyweedos. Yay for them. Time to head back to the car.
After dropping one of the kids off at school I decided to stay in the area of Wodonga and surrounds for the day and attempt a few caches that had been on the horizon for some time.
"Easywalk #1" was the first of the day and in attacking this one and then eventually the others I decided to park at the fire track access point on Howards Road which left me with about 800m to GZ.
A glorious day to be out too. A cloudless blue sky and the ground was surprisingly dry considering.
At about 150m out I had to leave the fire trail and head up the hill. There were a few kangaroos looking down at me, and they kept their distance as I climbed toward GZ.
Amazing views from this spot too, looking out toward Maher's Hill which had its crest covered in cloud.
A likely looking spot for a cache soon appeared once I got close, and the container was quickly located.
SL at 9am. All good with the hide.
A great start to a nice set of caches up the side of Mt. Baranduda. TFTC team mvb.

Found today while breaking in my new Zamberlan Vioz.
This was number 1 for the day. Taking the hard way too all the other "easy walk" cache's on to the next gave the boots a good work out, this was no exception.
Many thanks for the neat cache, in a cool location.

Nice day for an easy walk! TFTC. Guarded by Roos and a pair of Wedge Tails!
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

After getting the notifications for this series last week and being annoyed that I was away when new caches were published I decided on this glorious afternoon that I'd take the GeoDog for an "easy walk". I parked the car at 4pm and headed off.
This was the first on the list and it's not an easy walk to get to, in fact it's quite steep and there's a barbed wire fence in the way. At GZ I spotted the container quickly and made my mark. Now onward to #2 following the mob of Roos.

Last find for us in the 'easy walk' series today with lillieb05. Earned at least 3 beers finding these hill caches. thanks for putting these out team mvb. This hill is a favourite of mine: great walking, beautiful views. TPB.
Do you know when you get to the end of an 'easy walk' series and you are absolutely stuffed and you realise the people that put this out either have a great sense of humour or are a lot fitter than me. Whatever the reason thanks for this series and I will be back.
