A simple little multi here that took us to a cache which we found added our names and returned as foundTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
Cache found after a bit of a stroll.Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. Another find with the correct criteria. It is in Victoria and we have not accumalated twenty finds in this local government area.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Woden's day the sixteenth day of the octavus month of the Roman calendar in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a bit windy today. It was so windy today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Slowly catching up on some logs, because I am quite lazy and have been ignoring them for a while. Todays focus was once again Sandringham. With a planned dinner for my Dad's Birthday just around the corner I thought to myself why not cross this one off before I head in. Standing around for a while I was unable to spot what I was looking for...... until it hit me....... oh, that is the map. After this realisation I was able to quickly collect the required information, ut with the dinner slowly closing I decided to instead find the final afterwards. So with the dinner finished, I headed on over to GZ in the darkness, and in classic Geocaching style selected the worst possible way to access this one... ah well, after finding and signing the log, I found away easier way of accessing the cache.....Anyways, thanks for the cache and the little adventure.
Looking for caches to help with challenges today and this one helped with two of them. However I'd looked at least a year ago and didn't find what I needed at WP1. I decided to approach it from a different angle today and got figures the checker liked. Hopped on 2 trains and a bus, followed by a quick walk and the log was signed, many thanks to the very clear guidance in the checker. Then being unorthodox, I stolled back to WP 1 and found what I should have.
I calculated the coordinates for GZ back in April but ran out of time to collect the cache. Today I was the weird lady venturing into the bushes to sign the log! Like many others, it took me a while to see the information I needed at WP1...
I was done this way yesterday chasing a different Multi and stopped by to start this cache. After eventually finding the name that was needed I set about working out the location of GZ... and failed. *Oh well, back to the original Multi and I can work this one out later.* And so this morning, knowing I would be heading down this way later one, I set about solving it again... and came up with same wrong answer. I was beginning to doubt my sanity when I spotted my problem... a transliteration error that I kept repeating! With that sorted I soon had a GZ that was confirmed to be correct... and this afternoon it was the relatively straight forward task of finding the cache and signing the log. Thanks **gmj3191** for the mental challenge... which I almost failed... and placing a Large cache in an urban area.
Heading to the bay today and wanted a multi for a challenge underway, I took a look at google map and guesstimated the town/suburb in question.Check checked out and then I made the fateful decision to fight my way straight in from the road definitely earned the 2.5 terrain stars!! TFTC.
Not generally a fan of multis, as I usually have difficulty getting all stages completed successfully. Today I made my way to stage one and looked around for the map. I searched high and low to no avail .. What! Not again! .. then I spied something out of the corner of my eye .. LOL .. I gathered the required information and calculated the numbers. The GZ wasnt too far away where I found the nice large cache. Nice work gm)3191!
An RDO saw us here in the big smoke enjoying a fun if not sometimes frustrating (due to parking) day caching, seeking out multis and labcaches. One minute the sun was shining, the next we would get a shower but that didnt deter us exploring Melbourne via caching. We had solved this multi on our last trip down along the bay but did not have to time to retrieve the final. However, today while in the area attacking the local labcaches we made our way to GZ to find the good cache container exactly as the checker showed us.Thanks gmj3191 for the multi placement.
Hooley dooley...there's something about this cache that means two plus two does not equal four! I'm thinking for starters that earlier failures to find the map might have been avoided if it hadn't been dark as that sweet bingo moment was quite nice and memorable as I sat on the benches to ponder PAF when the light house shone brightly. Suffice to say, headed off and definitely approached the wrong way through the urban jungle. But would I prefer it any other way..no..we like those mildly frustrating fun memories! TFTC and the FUN. A fave for never forgetting.
With the markets on here it was a great time to gather the info for this multi (while listening to the DJ set up underneath). It might have been a bit of a distraction because I couldn't get the green tick but my partner took one look and saw my basic error and we were on our way.Grabbed some chilli sauce then a short drive to the cache (and a bit of bush bashing!). TFTC!
Off for another Friday evening geocaching run. Tonight I selected the Sandringham area with the nice weather and the bay views. This was the primary geocache target for tonight's adventure. Once near the posted coordinates, I stopped to enjoy the view first and then quickly spotted the map. Using the nearby seats, I worked out the finals and double checked the solution twice. The checker was then used for a triple check. Didn't expect the final to be in the location it was.Once at my GZ, it was far enough away from everyone, that no one noticed me looking and this large container was soon found. Thanks for the cache GMJ 3191Hunter
Have had the coordinates figured out for this one for a while and today we needed a place to take the dog for a walk so ended up at GZ. The geo-kids were right in there and the cache was quickly found, TFTC!
100m away as the crow flies, however we were locked in. So did the long walk around and stopped at the playground. A ripper of a park vy the looks of it too. A nice touch with the history of the rivergum here too. Nice to finally grab this multi.
When I first looked at this cache a while ago I made an assumption that it would start at the bay and finish in the You Yangs.
Only recently o read the description properly and discovered I realised it wasn’t that far, and with the information collected I found it wasn’t too far from work
Cache found in great condition

OMG the map! It took me an embarrassing amount of time to find it. I even wandered over to the war memorial across the road. Perhaps I should've looked a little harder when visiting the Rotunda. Oh well, it was an adventure, to say the least, and I secretly love the aha (or head slap) moments when you work it out.
After grabbing the necessary info, I knew I was in for a bit of a walk. But, it was on the way back to my car. However, I was about to be thwarted by a phone sitting on 4%. I walked fast and couldn't take my usual happy snaps. I was fully prepared to go off memory to make the find. Luckily, the battery held out (it's so first world problems), and it allowed me to make the find.
You've gotta love an urban ammo can - these things are like turquoise unicorns (which are rarer than the standard golden unicorns).

It is often sad to come home from a holiday and especially so after being in Europe and leaving behind my cute little 15 month old niece who learnt to say “Aunty” the day I flew out…
Today is my last day of leave to get over this awful jet lag and to cheer myself up, I headed out to find a cache in the best part of Melbourne and remind myself why I live and love it here - Bayside!
This multi was solved sometime ago and fitted the brief completely.
The sun was semi shining and in sandals I set out, as lovely as the warmth was, I got a little nervous not knowing if wiggly stick season had finished. 30m towards GZ to the bush … hmmmm I messaged a friend for confidence.. Fleabag wrote back and was on the fence but I really wanted a smiley.
In I went.. under and over with scratchy branches across my face and then retreated - too much scrub! Hmm I spotted another entrance. Second time ended up similar. Well it was third time lucky and I found a much easier almost rabbit trail path in and great big ammo can, yay!!!
It’s nice to be home to find your cache gmj3191 thanks for the welcome back.

A beautiful day to be caching in Bayside. A large size cache is always appealing and although we have a tendency to muck up multis, this cache was quickly put on our To Do List for today.
I'm surprised by how quickly we were able to find the sign. By "we," I mean Steve, I had walked straight past it:) Once we got close to GZ, I decided that there was no need in both of us navigating this terrain, so I chose Steve to tackle it. He did a good job at it as well. (I really could have stayed home for this cache)
Thank you gmj3191 for a terrific multi.

We spent some time in Melbourne today and decided to check out some caches we particularly wanted to add to our list of smileys.
Large caches are always high on our list of wants, as there is not a massive range of them to be found.
So a couple of large Multicaches in close proximity is very attractive.
We parked nearby and made our way to the posted coordinates. We looked for the map and were not having much luck until we changed our perspective.
We soon had the required information and made our calculations. A short car trip later, we were near those coordinates and pleased that it was not too warm today as they wandered into the cache through such thick, longish grass.
We made a quick find, and the cache is in excellent condition.
Thank you, gmj3191, for this Multicache.

Couldn't find the map at GZ last week so solved it on Google Earth and made the find today. I have never seen an ammo box hide in the metro area before, usually found out in the bush. Gets a favorite.
Out caching in the Sandringham area with xambo4u, we had a successful day and managed to avoid the rain that deluged other parts of Melbourne.
Having been here before and not finding what was required, today we moved on with ease. At GZ we found the well maintained cache. Thanks gmj3191.

Admittedly I had trouble finding the info at the posted coordinates. The presentation of the info was far from what I thought I was looking for. After a gentle nudge from the CO I got the clues and worked out the coordinates. Duh! That’s going back a while ago now. Today I came out and found the cache. TFTC
Had the coordinates for this from a previous excursion, with the market on and those greens traitors handing out cards I snuck off into the bush to grab this one

I needed 2 finds today and set off to my nearest unfound. The only problem was that it was dark now and I’m not good in the dark.
Parking the car nearby, I dreaded the thought of having to leave the safety of the road and path and into the wild.
OMG the night noises. I thought for sure something or someone was going to jump out of the bushes at me!!!
Nearly walked into a big spider too!!!!!
I grabbed the cache and signed the log as quickly as I could before running back to the car.
Thank you for the multi and cache here gmj3191

I did the calculations a couple of days ago - but it was a warm day and we felt not suitably attired to get to GZ. Today we put on our long pants and wore shoes to retrieve the cache. Thanks for the hide.
Working on my multi month challenge Bit of journey on this one, took a bit to figure out the best route to GZ but once arrived the cache was quickly found. TFTC
Finally put a day aside to just cache. Dropped 1 geokid off at a course and away we go.
Had a quick look at WP1 then off for a burger and beer for lunch. GZ worked out I was off for an easy find geographical but a but a prickly find environmentally. TFTC

We had the final coordinates for a while but today we tackled the cache location. Emandel got a bit scratch on his way but the cache was soon found.
A bit of unnecessary bushwhacking at GZ due to a poor choice of approach, but got there eventually. Thank you for the nice cache!
Trying to catch up on our logging. Please accept our apologies for not getting to it sooner. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
Sorry it has taken so long for us to get our logs done. I think we set a few tongues wagging as we exited from this find. Thanks for the cache.
Accompanied with silence49
Bit searched for answers.
Finally got it, so went to GZ. Been searching for about 15 mins at last
fav from me.
Found it

One sunny afternoon, a long time ago, I was walking along the beach track and decided to give this a crack. It took quite a while to find the map, but when I did it all became clear. Puzzle solved at home to find on another day.
That day came today as part of my iso walk in the late afternoon. It was quite busy in the area, but luckily we had a dog that 'unfortunately' went running into the bushes, so we just had to go in too. Following the GPS, unseen by the passersby we found the prize quite easily.
Thanks gmj3131, I really enjoyed both parts to this cache.

Following the previous log, I called by this morning to check the cache.
Everything is perfectly fine here, and the logbook has not been signed by Isobelle235.
She only has 4 finds, and probably doesn't understand how a multi works, so I won't delete her log as I don't want to discourage her.

Whilst the sun wasn’t out the weather was holding off so I set about some more multi challenges today around the southern suburbs.
Having grabbed the necessary info on a previous trip while solving other caches at the first WP, I was able to return today to complete the final. After finding the right way into GZ it was a quick find of the good sized cache.
Thanks gmj3191 for the cache.

I was a bit mystified by step one and then I saw the necessary object. It was a bit of a hike to the cache and I was retracing this morning’s steps. Muggle husband decided I could do this one on my own while he had coffee, so I did. I love a nice big cache.
We found this cache today on our Archibald's and More Bayside Afternoon. A nice first and final spot. All was correct for a quick pick up and our fourth cache find in this park. Thanks from D & H B-A.
This helps me with at least three separate challenges, so I’m very grateful. Also grateful for the checker - bit of a hike to GZ on a warm humid day, but when you’re certain of your coords it’s all good. Thanks so much gmj3191.
Out and about with echidna44 for another enjoyable day. Things did not start well and continued that way. Always find this area the same. Parking is tricky and road busy. We searched for 1/2 each going in different directions even going down to the beach. Asked locals even and still no mark. I feel there should be better direction with this
TFTC! This is the second attempt as this one as we got stuck at the start! Have to admit the day over night made the difference! Although we Nearly didn’t get it again! Found the large stash! Loving these larger caches in the suburbs than the smaller ones in the city. Managed to find it in the dark as the last cache of the night!
As we can now wander up to 25km, and can have up to 2 hours of recreational activity, I'll re-enable my caches.
Melbourne is currently in a Stay At Home situation.

Finally, a day for geocaching and not being one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I decided it shall be Multi Friday.
Took me a while to find the map, walked right by the first time.
Took me a while to decode with one recalc.
Took me a while to avoid the dogs at GZ.
Cache container a little bit sanitised after use.
**Thanks for placing this cache gmj3191**

Disabled for the duration of the Covid-19 crisis.
Although exercise is ok, beaches, parks etc are gradually being closed, and we are being asked to stay home.
The possibility to transmit the virus by surface contact exists, so why take chances?
At the end of the day, geocaching is a game, and we are dealing with a serious Public Health issue.
We need to get our priorities in order.
I believe the responsible thing is to disable all my caches, until the crisis passes.
Thanks.

Out caching with beckNmonts on a post cache run on a pleasant summers evening. The main target tonight is solved puzzles and Multi caches.
Gotta Love an ammo can. My favourite container type. Not too much muggle traffic made searching a pretty easy task.
Many thanks to gmj3191 for the cache. TNLN.

Realising this one was both a large and a multi, ahomburg was keen to find it! “Got to love an ammo can in the suburbs” he exclaimed upon unearthing the hide! Thanks for placing the cache gmj3191 and for making it a multi.
Caching on foot and after locating the initial clue set out and found a few other hides before calculating GZ. Turned out I wasn't far away so signed off on this sandy multi. TFTC
Gee it’s good to find an ammo tin in the suburbs. Nice early morning walk in Sandringham gardens where is spent a year working in the that foreshore park. The cache wasn’t too difficult to find once I punched the correct numbers. I dropped off a bunch of swag in this kid friendly cache. Thanks for hiding and maintaining.

Now I know why several cachers mentioned a double take in finding the map. That band rotunda is quite something, but I wonder if a brass band ever plays in it now.
It reminds me of when I was travelling alone near the Murray River many years ago. I made a wrong turn in a country town and stopped to consult my map. When I looked up I noticed a brass band crammed into a modest rotunda. After a few tuning notes they launched into the bourree from Handel's Music for the Royal Fireworks and I was their only audience. Tftc.

Found with LetThemEatCache (which will be our shared caching name, once I retire this one). Really, she does all the work & I drive her to GZ but often I make the actual find. We had fun solving this one once map was located. A great find of a decent sized cache. Thanks gmj3191 for showing us this view.
Like the previous geocacher (Riddell) we were wandering around looking for a sign map. Found the lovely artists trail signs (which we have agreed to do one day!) but took us a few minutes to find the map. D'OH! There it is. This was our first puzzle to work out today, but the last find as the final GZ was on the way home. So it was pre-coffee & the noggin was a bit foggin... I felt like the characters in that wonderful old movie "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" when they are all wandering around looking for the big W, when IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. Anyway, I digress. This was a great puzzle to sit down & figure out, whilst watching a local fun-run (what's fun about running though, I ask) being held along Beach Rd, before heading off & finding other caches that we had figured out. Thanks gmj3191 for placing & maintaining this cache for our enjoyment. FP awarded.

A quick solve once I looked down!
I kept looking for a signboard map, der!
Anyway, it was a good afternoon for a walk in the park and play with everyone else's dogs! LOL
After too much chitter chat the cache was calling, so off I went.
A quick find and the large cache was returned to its hide once the log was signed.

I've been sidetracked recently, but was free today to start the new promotion. This cache provided the detective that I needed to start it all.
At the published co-ordinates, it took a few minutes to discover the obvious, then it was back to car and out of the cold to calculate GZ.
Once at GZ it was a nice quick find. Now all I need to do is work out where to go next. Thanks to GMJ3191 for the cache.

Had a calendar gap today and had had my eyes on this one as within a 10 km radius. So after work went to GZ. Could not admire the view as it was dark but have been in this area before. Looking for the map in the dark was challenging but got there in the end. Jumped back in car did the necessary calculations and headed where the green check sent me. Yes , in the dark needed to get to a certain area but blocked by some vegetation. Able to get clear and head towards final where a cache was soon found. Thanks gmj3191 for the romp around Sandy in the dark. Looks like I can start the Mystery but with limited caches close to home not sure if I’ll finish it.
We found the map and did the calculations.
We would finish this off on the way back.
Later that day we found the item of interest as described in the hint.
Thanks again gmj3191.

Chauffeuring a friend to a memorial service on a beach meant I was in range of some caches with time on my hands...
I'd visited the nearby trigonometric point and decided this was close enough for a detour on foot before heading back to the car. In a fine illustration of the cycle of life, wedding photos were being taken in and around the nearby pavilion, and right at the cache waypoint. Patience paid dividends, though, and I found the information I needed.
A short drive and an even shorter walk later, the lovely big container was in my mitts.
Thanks, gmj3191 for another large multi. For the second cache in a row, a friendly member of the local pooch population wandered over to investigate while I was signing the log.

This would be one of the slowest multi's I have ever done. I recall taking a ride down to GZ one Summer's day. Couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. Rode about 50 m each way but the GPS was definitely pointing to the same area each time. I finally twigged. The sands had been falling through the hourglass and covered the clues. I was then on the right track and I see from my notes that I actually got the green tick from the co-ord checker on 11/1/17. (yes I know, over 2 years ago) Since then, I have had this one sitting on the backburner keeping it up my sleeve for a blank P366 day and preferably a travel bug or similar to send on its way since these sized caches are relatively few and far between. Have had a couple of travel bugs pass through my hands, including at the mega last year but they have all since been sent on their way elsewhere. I had come to a dilemma, I didn't have a TB to offload but I did have a blank P366 day staring me in the face, it was lunchtime and I would be shortly heading off to work, Geo-son was not answering me on messenger as to if he could do one today whilst he is travelling in Japan. I decided that today was the day I just had to complete this multi. Despite it being lunchtime there was only one worker quite some distance away having their lunch. In I went and after a min or so I spotted the cache. TNLNSL. TFTC gmj3191, I'm pretty sure I have another of your multi's half done... will keep that for another day when I am running out of options...
Heading to cafe nearby for lunch after found it. Thanks for bring me here & cache.
TFTC GMJ, loved doing your multi! Great place for a ride& surprisingly quiet. All within eye sight of Bob Jelly!!

Last time along here, i had trouble locating the map as there were heaps of muggles around. Today no problems at all. Working the GZ coords needed a bit of concentration. Checked the Geo checker and that said congratulations. Off on the bike and soon was at a good entry point not far from the landmark. Straight up to it. Log signed and all back safe again.
Cache is in good order.
thanks gmj.

I looked for the map twice. Maybe 30 minutes all up. Then tried another approach... looks likely. Bingo. Great cache! Thanks to gmj3191 for the placement and fun.
I looked at the wrong spot for the map and was a bit puzzled. But found it quickly enough. Not sure if I would have noticed this without this cache as it seems to be something that would be easily overlooked. The Cache was a pretty easy find. When I got to the location I had to wait for some muggles and looking at where the GZ is, I noticed something I thought thats where it's probably hidden. Nice big cache and not much in it. Unfortunately I was on the bike, so only had my pen otherwise I would have dropped some goodies. TFTC.
Find #4021. Found @ 18:41 with j-bean.
My self-appointed challenge for the year is to get 1000 finds for the year, and I've fallen behind in that. To get me closer, I took j-bean out with me for a couple of finds while The Good Lady Wife and skirrel were at Christmas Carols.
This one has been on my radar as the closest large cache unfound from home. I was nearby with the scouts a few nights ago and decided that we'd come back. It took me an embarrassingly long time to locate the map, then I got j-bean to work through the numbers with me.
The numbers seemed plausible so we drove to the location, and I'd like to say we made a quick find, but we did not. It took me a while to locate, and once I did, I managed to get red berry juice all over my nice white mega hat.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache gmj3191

I went and hunted for the first clue for this in the dark. After a little wondering around it became clear. Back at our Airbnb I did the calculations and came up with a sensible spot. In the morning I went out with the children. They enjoyed the explore and the big cache. Had to go back to the car to find some more swaps.
A perfect cache for me. A multi and a large cache and in the city.
Nice job. A favourite for me.

Found with +Wife, on our way home from Braeside.
Having glanced at this listing many times, today we decided to make the trek up the bush.
As the sun has already set we only had views of the night sky.
Navigating by the stars seems to be a lost art these days.
As we approached ground zero my desire to follow the shortest "path" was set aside.
Even so I did manage to increase the terrain rating including an impromptu limbo en route.
After the cache was found and the log book signed, a quick return to the GeoPrado, via the formed trail, was a much more pleasant, if not adventurous walk.
Thank you for placing larger caches in unexpected areas for us to find, gmj3191.
A favorite for sure. [^]

Fun find! Our third multi and fifth overall for this Father’s Day. Off home for a coffee... need some cafes along this stretch of the cliff! TFTC
Running some errands around the area this morning, it was time for Ana the geodog and I to grab a few caches. Having stopped for bit of lunch with a clear view of the landscape way across the bay, I soon realised that we were very close to something I had read about in a cache description this morning. So out with the phone and sure enough we had parked ourselves right next to a valuable clue. As lunch was in progress, I quickly opened the note pad and began to do the math for this cache. With some new numbers in hand we now had a new cache to find so with a quick clean up we headed off to find our prize. With the terrain getting thicker, Ana was not happy as she had tried to hurdle a bush but landed on it with her legs dropping through the branches. Unable to use her legs she was beached, and gave me a bewildered look that I took as "what do I do now?" With Ana free we continued on for a few more meters to find an ammo can well hidden in a very seclude spot. Great multi and good sized cache. TNLNSL. TFTC. KkAms

Very glad I happened upon this cache. Originally came down to sandy because of the puzzle I'd finished, ended up getting a fair few more caches than I expected, as well as a lovely evening out. Though at first, the hike seemed like it would be a bit of a pain, it was actually really great, plus I found a few more caches as well, including stumbling upon the poetry pouch, a place I'm sure to return to.

We were doing a meandering drive around the South East of Melbourne as an escape from the three boys and the house.
As we were reluctantly returning home, we cruised along Beach Rd to this cache.
At our first point, a man with all his belongings in tow, was carefully cleaning the information and bowing towards the CBD. After completing his ritual, he lit a fag, deeply drew in the smoke and closed his eyes. While he was distracted, I dived in a grabbed the required information. Leaving the man to his contemplations, we retired to the car to calculate our calculations.
Once we arrived near where we needed to be a slight disagreement was had on which was the best approach direction and EB99 withdrew her suggestion and followed mine.
After a lengthy walk and a far bit of bushbashing some 100 metres from the cache, we walked out into the open and spied a path nearby to where EB99 had wanted to go. With far more class than I possess, she stoically did not point it out. Not a "Told you so" passed her lips. She is indeed, wonderful and a perfect caching companion.
The cache was soon in our hands. I performed a bit of maintenance, as the lid was a bit wonky, but all good now. The log was signed, much rejoicing was done and we followed EB99's path back to the car. Took no time at all. How about that!
Thanks Geoff for yet another wonderful caching experience. Another favourite point awarded.

With a little time up my sleeve and having hopped off the train nearby for a look around, this straightforward multi made for a pleasant impromptu late arvo treasure hunt.
Once I'd located the map and seen the town in question it was off to the nearest seat in the shade to work out final co-ords, then with solution confirmed it was time to hop on Shank's Pony and head to GZ.
Thankfully this area was muggle free so it was easy to get to the hiding place without being seen. Regretted not having any swaps to leave in the decent-sized container, so if I'm back in the area anytime soon I might try and drop something in to stock it up a bit.
Signed the log, thanks for the mini-adventure, gmj3191.

I had a bit of time today so I decided to come here and try this multi. It all turned out well and not long afterwards I had a set of co-ords that checked out. On approach to GZ as the metres ticked down I noticed something that looked like it might be hiding what I came here for...yep that's the cache! Fantastic. Thanks gmj3191
This one has been a work in progress for us, we found the first part of the multi a few months ago but were time poor then and we decided to return today to look for the actual cache. It was a lovely sunny afternoon but we weren't hindered by anyone as we made our way to the fantastic sized cache and added our name to the log, another multi off the list
Thanks gmj3191 for the cache

Arrived GZ, Nice band Rotunda.. I have been looking around for a map of the region which I cant find where is.. maybe remove it . hope will give me the hint where can I find it.
After visiting friends at a small cafe nearby we decided to do a few caches in the area. Armed with a trusty phone and two bikes we managed to find our way.
Well well well. This one was especially frustrating. Arriving at GZ we quickly found the signs, but where was the map?! As we were about to ride off and look for it we found it right under our noses. Literally! Argh.
We quickly identified which town we were looking for and tried working out the coords. Wrong! We tried again. Wrong! And again. Wrong! Fourth time lucky I thought, not to be the case. At this stage I flicked a message to the CO who double checked what we already knew, and helped us out. Thank you.
Soon enough we had the cache in out hot little hands!
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache!

My dog provided good cover to feel I could reasonably head to get this cache without muggle suspicion - although once on your way you are well hidden from sight, a nicely placed one. Thanks!
Lovely walk along the beach path and fun solving the coordinates. Thank you! Good idea to wear trousers/ closed shoes in case of bugs-snakes!
I collected the required information and sat to calculate the final coordinates. All seemed easy and entered details into the checker - but a fail. Rechecked letter values and calculations - same answer. Hmm ... Also checked the total of the numbers to match with the given total - 2 out - so why?? Started from scratch and discovered by first calculation was the problem. So failed simple arithmetic!! With the new set of coordinates I headed off and quickly found the ammo container and was able to sign the log. Not as straightforward as it should have been!! TFTC
Great one to find. I recommend also taking a walk along the beach to Hampton if you have some spare time.
We had got the information required for the final coords a hour earlier (thanks for the example) and after digressing for a nearby traditional we drove off getting slightly confused by the unfamiliar roads. So we parked to check our bearings and found we were only 90 metres off. We had to walk a bit to find convenient access but we homed in and avoiding canine contamination we found a landmark and the cache at 18:35. An enjoyable challenge. TFTC

A gorgeous Spring day to be out caching with Rebel Acts, picking up a mixture of solved puzzles, multis and trads.
Took a while finding the map, but TA eventually spotted it. Then we sat down to work out the gz, and headed straight there to find this well-hidden nice-sized cache.
A fun multi and cheers gmj3191.

The sun had finally turned up so it was time to do some caching, I teamed up with OzHockeyChick for a days caching around the Bayside area, It was good to pick up a few puzzles that had been sitting in the solved pile for some time. there sure is plenty of activity in this area with walkers and bike riders. We had a great day of caching with twenty six finds for the day. Like others it took us some time to spot the map. Thanks gmj3191 for the cache.
Beautiful day in Sandy today. Parked up and found the map straight up. Done the cals, confirmed with geochecker and decided to hoof it rather than drive. Cache easily located, all in good condition, signed log, retrieved the 'travel bug dog tag' and returned as found. Nice multi . Many thanx to gmj3191
I quite liked this one. I looked around for a little while for the map, and I don't think that the CO will mind if I mention that it is not in the place that is currently blocked off for repairs. In the end I sought help and was able to appreciate the cleverness of this one. An easy find at GZ, where I added some needed cover.
Map, map, map.. Is that a map? Never mind, it's an electrical box. Wandering around in the cold with Deepsky24, he fortunately found the map. I felt a little silly. I did do math though so I redeemed myself, haha. A short drive later and the cache was located, signed and put back. My first ammo can! Thanks very much. ^_^
Found this with LeviiStar. I found the description a little misleading as it confused the hell out of me at first, with it stating the map being close to GZ, where GZ would be where the cache is? Yet, the map wasn't anywhere near the cache. We had great trouble finding the map at WP1 until I spotted it right in front of me. How could we have missed that? New co-ords in hand and off we went. Found the cache pretty quickly. A nice big one and I do love these ones as they don't seem to be used too much and even better with it being a multi! TNLN.

A great find after we solved the puzzle several weeks earlier. We found this one on a very damp after school geocaching run. The log was signed and we swapped the 3 Tractables for 3 new TBs.
Thanks for the great cache. We love ammo cans.

A blue-sky caching afternoon by the bay with G' of GJMMelb we gave this one a go, one I'd spied this morning looking for targets we both hadn't found. At WP1, the required information was acquired and maths undertaken. Um... Hmm that doesn't look quite right... Double-checking by G' discovered I couldn't count properly in the field (one off - carried over to another...), but the corrected coordinates looked much more promising (no that far off). At GZ we made our way to GZ - failing to spot the easiest route by a few metres... - where after a short search G' located the cache Grabbed a travel-bug and dropped off a few I brought with me in return TFTC
Found with Quiet1_au. We got the information but our first calculation looked unlikely. Correcting the numbers gave us a better spot. A bit of bush bashing at Gz got us to Gz where I quickly found the cache. Thanks gmj3191
