Hi there -Mountain Goat-,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

Cache appears gone -- I am pretty sure I found the attachment point, but no cache.
Nope. It's gone, and we have an identical picture of that fixture that sucitram took (from the same level) in my gallery to prove it.
I will put this one on a watch list cos I do intend to come back to this magnificent place one day. [^]

Dalerious and I also saw that the cache container was absent from it's holding fixture.
Climbed, found the fixture, checked in the hole and on the ground nearby. Could not find the cache today.
Found a hook and ring, didn’t seem to have anything attached. Couldn’t look in the hole though. Legs a bit shaky after today’s adventures.
Our time in Taggerty is coming to a close and since I had a free afternoon, I decided to come out and grab a few more caches before we left the area. I'd been eyeing off the Goat Track series ever since we arrived and today was the day! I had to park at Cooks Mill and walk from there as the bridge at Ned's Gully is closed at the moment but that just added on some more lovely scenery.
I was momentarily concerned about my ability to retrieve this cache but having improved my chimneying skills recently when walking the Wells Cave track at the other end of the park, I soon had the cache in hand. I had a moment of concern when one foot got wedged but all good eventually
Thanks for find #1494

Time for another adventure. It's been some time since I did any significant walking in the Cathedral Ranges and it was time to change that. DAB and I took off for two days of hiking and need way more time to be able to do it all. We set off with all the things we needed to make ourselves comfortable hiking and camping.
After a big day yesterday, we relaxed at our camp, packed up early after a great cooked breakfast to take off for the morning doing another hike. We looked quickly in the right place but the retrieval was still tricky to finally get the cache in hand.
**Thanks to -Mountain Goat- for placing this cache for us to find and enjoy**

Day 2 of our Cathedral Ranges adventure and Na'wal and myself started our adventures early. We had to leave around midday to avoid the traffic, so it was an early start. Another sunny day, which had us wearing the appropriate gear for protection.
Another clever hide, that was retrieved easier than expected. The terrain is slowly climbing up and up and up...... TFTC -Mountain Goat-

Out with Trailstevo on a last minute unplanned trip to the cathedral ranges, probably should have red up on the area and types of cache. Anyway off we trott in the dark up the hill for a couple of finds and a couple of DNF'S. Not a great adventure for stats but still a good adventure. Thanks for the fun.
Night caching with Gunks. City or country was the question. Country was preferred but when the hills happened there was a tinge of regret. Big climb to look for these goat track ones 50% success rate. Found this one. Tftc
Found this on the way down from Cathedral Peak.
It was easily spotted, but not quite so easy to get.
I then stopped a moment to think - either I needed to lift my body up so my arms could reach, or I could just grow my arms. The latter course was (surprisingly) the easier, and I signed and returned the cache before letting my arms shrink back to normal.
Thanks for the cache.

Find # 628
5th find for the day as we hike the Nth Circuit today.
Unfortunately I left my group (and my back pack) at the track when 50m away from GZ.
Pretty annoyed with myself when I heard them coming down the track as I cut them off at GZ.
Nice quick find and retrieval but getting it back was interesting.
Visited some TB's. TFTC

I’m unsure if this is a DNF or write note. I guess it may come down to how much effort you put into finding it
GPS was off by a few metres and took and sent me barking up the wrong tree. However, decided to use my geosenses and went to the more suspect, (and easier to climb) tree where I made a quick find. TFTC
Owwwwwwee. Why did dad fall twice while reaching for the cache? And is that a proper strain on his hamstring or just a tweak? Ahh well I guess we’ll find out soon. TFTC
Spent longer searching than I'd like to admit, but retrieved after a brief climb. TFTC!
Out hiking with C. Symes and geo groomsmen, found it.
Great spot. Loved it. Very nice hiding spot indeed.
Wonderful day in an wonderful place.

Had to hoist Mrs A into position to grab this one while the rest of us watched her exploits. Signed log at 11:55am with Eudes and slacas before Eudes provided those sturdy shoulders to help our climber down.

Next on the way up to the top today. It took a bit of manoeuvring of the lightest member of the three teams but we got there and were signing the log at 11:55 before continuing to try and catch up with the others. We couldn't help thinking that the terrain rating for this one could be upped a notch but there you have it.
TNLNSL, although our Happy New Year to the cache geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks -Mountain Goat-.

First find with Roanne Maxwell!!! A great day for a hike and a great cache - challenging but achievable!! Tftc
Easily spotted and Theatralis did the honors of retrieval. Log book signed, some photos taken from the ground and we were on our way.
Have had an amazing couple of days hiking in the Cathedrals with Jaminappleford. Excellent scenery has made up for the many thorns and cuts I've acquired. Every track covered was unique and challenging. I particularly enjoyed the climb to Well's Cave. Thanks to all those Cachers who put in the hard yards to place challenging caches in this great location.
So for our first summer caravan adventure Emma and I thought we'd spend a few days in Taggerty which was close enough to explore the Cathedral Ranges, something I've wanted to do for ages.
We decided to tackle the northern end today and arrived at a relaxing time of 9.30am to get started. After a lot of fun we arrived back at the car at 7pm, a bit weary but with a feeling of accomplishment. I've added some personal notes below for each cache we tackled today.
With phones in pockets 'Screma' stopped to check how far to go and was surprised to see the gps say 2m!
I arrived shortly after and spotted the cache quickly, and enjoyed the climb to retrieve it.
Nicely placed!

[green]No Goat burn here ... [/green]
... I just fell out of the tree and tumbled a bit over the ground. Mental note to self: Trees can be slippery in the wet. It definitely wasn't the last tumble for the day.

It is these types of caches that in no doubt help build the caching vernacular. Today I learned a new phrase. Goat Burn. It's like rope burn only worse. Clearly losing you footing in this environment is not a good idea. So it took a second attempt with a very sore arm to achieve the goal. Ouchs all round. An interesting challenge that will test a few. Left a Captain Risky PT
If you want to hide, hide in a tree.
Even when announcing to the bush walkers below, they were not aware there was a banana above them.
But they were preoccupied with other activities while this treasure was being sort.
Not sure why such a challenge is put here
But
That is just -Mountain Goat- raising the bar.
