I spent many hours building this cache. It was a labour of love and attracted lots of favourite points. It was a fake tree house.

Sadly it has been taken. So I am archiving it.

It was secured quite high in a tree with a stainless steel cable so I don't believe it was washed away in the floods.

09-Jul-22
Found the padlock, no sign of any cache. Nice spot, tad muddy right now.

09-Jul-22
Found the lock on the ground at GZ, looks as though the cache itself is long gone. Lots of high, fast flowing water through here recently.

26-Apr-22
Unfortunately looks like the lock is gone. I found it with the door open and all the items sprawled in front of it. Placed everything back in the container sans lock atleast.

25-Mar-22
I grabbed this one on the way home today, incidentally it was on a list of field puzzles I had “solved” from way back. Approaching GZ I was very cautious after getting two leeches on me last week. Ground was super soggy and there is a resident huntsman that I have disturbed in the house. Giving a FP as this is a great little cache and I like the lock. I took the TB and will likely move it on to Darwin. TFTC.

A truly spectacular location, hard to believe it’s in the middle of a high priced urban jungle. Very glad I came after some rain! A great cache container too! Thanks aquaman33 for the cache

Find 464 for the tribe.

Wow what a sensational little bushwalk!! Started logically with Warrawoon starts with me and made my way down to the arch bay past two more caches. 4.2km in total. A lovely little stream and waterfall, old gum trees with burls, a cave or two, mangroves, picnic spots, a playground or two. Whqt more could you ask for on a cool summers evening? Once you're about 150m down the path feels as though you are miles away from the centre of Sydney. All caches were in good condition. This is why we love geocaching! New places, bush, paths, yes!

This one - ooh I like this kind of puzzle cache! Think a bit but not impossible. An epic cache! I know it days leave it as you found it but I couldn't help myself - there was a huntsman in amongst the swag! Goodness knows how he got there given the tight seal! I removed said huntsman from the cache and then left as I found it. Also left the TB.

Thanks for the cache aquaman33! Have another well earned FP.

We’ve been past here so many times. Loved this cache

18-Jul-20
I visited my cache today to replace the padlock (again) and add some new swaps. The cach is in great condition.

This is the third time that someone has stolen the padlock, so its becoming a little frustrating. I can only assume the locks have been stolen by Geocachers because you need the combination.

Its obvious that I have put a lot of time, effort and money into this cache, so I find it strange that a Geocacher would think its okay to steal the lock.

It seems obvious that the lock needs to stay on the cache, but I guess I will have to add a note to the description.

23-Jun-20
TFTC. Quickly found the cache however it is missing the lock. Geodog Atlas was not with us today.

15-Jun-20
Visited here on a stunning winters morning with the creek flowing. Searched around for what I thought I knew I was looking for but no luck. Turned 180 degrees and almost hit my head on the camo. After reading the previous log of a resident huntsman I was very careful when opening and when the cache came out I jumped a little. Great cache and in excellent condition. There was no locking mechanism though so I don't know if its missing by accident or purposely. TFTC!

Great hide and lovely little cache. A massive Huntsman jumped on my hand when replacing the cache. Scared me to death.

We are having a grand time sightseeing in this beautiful part of the world, caching along the way. Our group stamps logs NZGA2019, which stands for New Zealand Geocaching Adventure 2019. We represent Puerto Rico, Canada, and my home, the USA. The little natural bridge with the stream was extra nice!

Another beautiful spot, glad to find this cache, favorite for sure. We are a large group of cachers/muggle spouses from Canada, US and Puerto Rico. Calling ourselves and marking cache logs as NZGA2019 (New Zealand Geocaching Adventure 2019 group, as we started our adventure on a cruise from Auckland). Nicely done. We hired a driver to take us to some old and favored caches. TFTC

Coastblue has her eye on this one and as it has been recently re-enabled, now was the time. CB, GZed and I found the safest way to GZ and we’re pleased to find the camo. We worked out how to get to the log, but it was a popular place as the ants had decided to nest here. We did our best to cause the least amount of damage but there were a few casualties. Replaced and ready to go again. Thanks aquaman33.

16-Nov-19
I’ve had my eye on this cache for a while. I was too afraid to attempt it with GZed because of the terrain but today I had help from Ziggiau and together we were able to look after him and make the find. Great cache except for the ants nesting there. Inconveniently, they’ve stored their eggs on the cache’s lid. We did our best not to disturb them. I loved the walk in and the area here. Beautiful! TFTC!

Visited today to remove old padlock. Thanks to the Lock Picking Lawyer on Youtube for the advice on how to remove it.

Fitted a new lock, added some swag and collected a travel bug.

All good, so enameling the cache again. Apologies for the delay.

I am still trying to borrow some bolt cutters. Will get it fixed up soon. Apologies for the delay.

24-Jun-19
I visited this cache yesterday to try and sort out the combination lock.

I was unable to get the lock to open with the original code or the code that was suggested in the previous log.

Not sure what has happened, but I can't open it.

So I am going to suspend the cache until I get some bolt cutters and a new lock.

Apologies, I will get it working again as soon as I can.

Today I went for a cache trip around the foreshore of our beautiful harbour. With a large number of caches I planned the most optimal route using the website cachetur.no . But as things go, there is always an extra find or a longer than planned search for a cache that it was not long before my ambitious schedule was falling apart.

Walking along the Tamborine Track, starting off near the school I enjoyed the scenery. The tide was running out and so the mangrove trees were all exposed and I marvelled at all the new offshoots growing.
I went off trail near Warraroon House and quickly noticed the cache. I performed signing duties and I am not sure what happened when I tried to lock up. I think I accidentally changed the lock code. You now have the subtract 1 from the three-digit code in order to open the lock.

Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Warm autumn morning
Cache condition: Good

I had to drop my son off at a birthday party nearby, so decided to go for a jog 'n cache afterwards, exploring a new area of Sydney. This was my fourth stop. I had to work my way through some spiders but it wasn't too hard to get to GZ or the container. Nice work! TNLNSL, then I continued on the path, one of my favourite environments in which to run. A really nicely constructed cache.
As i was approaching the GZ along the path i was scattering skinks every few steps. There were so many of them out sunning themselves.
At first when i was trying to work out the puzzle i was checking the description for numbers, numbers of words in sentences, etc. then i read the clue and thought “oh, ok. Thats it.”
A beautiful spot.
Worth a favourite point.
Thanks.

An interesting cache in a surprisingly unspoiled area (if you discount the slight sewer odour).
The cache was inhabited by a huge huntsman spider. Fortunately I have no fear of spiders, so sent it on its way.

I’ve been working in Greenwich and driving past I’ve had my eye on this line of caches in this Park. Having finished a little early I thought I’d head on over.
What a nice bit of bushland just off the harbour.
Upon finding GZ i now see the correlation with the cache name. The puzzle wasn’t too hard to solve and soon had CIH .SLTNLN.
A very clever cache that has taken some though. A Fab point coming your way, and what a beautiful setting.
Mr Aquaman33 I am visiting a particular Little Yellow Fish TB that you brought from England via Hong Kong and deposited in Aquatic Cache. It made its way to Harold Reid Reserve,Castle Cove, where I happened upon it. It’s been on quite some adventure and it has made it to New Zealand, it’s mission, twice, by water.
Off to Hodgsoms Rock next.

I’ve had a hiatus from caching and just getting back into it again and needing to get my logs up to date.

**THE CUT & PASTE BIT:** Today I took part in the “7 Bridges Walk” and completed the full 28+ Km. It took me approx 7-and-a-half hours, and the pedometer clocked up approx 44,000 steps. My geo-plan was to ‘find’ Baktrak’s new Harbour Bridge virtual cache and maybe jag another cache or two if I could sneak away from the crowd. As it turned out I found 7 caches in total, quite a nice parity. I shouldn’t have worn my all-terrain geo-thongs for the start of the walk, my feet ACHE. Big Grin

As it was getting a lot later in the day now (partially because I have spent a bit of time geocaching...) there weren't many people at all around, especially as this cache is on an optional longer bushwalk section. A lot of people had gone the shorter route, or had just had enough and gone home by now. Plus this cache wasn't exactly on the route. Lovely setting! And a very cool cache! The puzzle was simple and understandable too. Signed the log, replaced, and locked. Thankfully, no one went by as I was messing about with the cache. The cache itself is very full, I probably should have taken something just to make things easier but didn't. I'm glad I had the geo-app as it helped me navigate back to the path I should have been following Smile TFTC!

Thank you, aquaman33 for this neat cache. You must have known I needed a gentle walk in the bush this chilly, spring Monday morning - with a puzzle at the end of it. I encountered no humans and no bugs - just one smiling drop bear and something slightly alien which might have been a mushroom in another life. I accept that these may have just been hallucinations due to coffee-deprivation (now sorted)... but one never knows.
I can report that all was in good working order... Nice one!!

We are coming up to our 1800th (unofficial milestone) find, and have one in mind to do this Sunday, but needed to get to 1799 finds before then. So today we headed over to the Greenwich area to bump up our finds count, but it ended up not being one of our better caching days with nearly as many DNF's as finds. This was the 4th of 4 finds, and 3 DNF's, for the day.

After a couple of disappointing DNF's at "North by Northwood" & "Longueville Park" we were getting desperate for a final find for today, so as to get to 1799 and be able to go home, and this was our next nearest cache. Parked the geomobile at the end of Dettmann Avenue and then headed on into Warraroon Reserve and down to GZ.

Quickly located the cache's very cute outer camo, entered the code, and then had CIH. Stamped & signed the logbook, discovered a Trackable, TNLN, then replaced (reset) as found. A simple puzzle with a really good cache camo/container in a very nice location. All together worthy of a Favourite point from us. TFTC aquaman33.

A cute cache. The main impediment to entry was removed quickly. However, I began to suspect a second when I could not get the cache open. After a bit of time it became apparent that the mechanism was jammed a little.
This proved to make securing it again a little problematic. A little brute force was needed.

Was in the vicinity and couldn't resist the lure of a question mark even a simple one. Parked nearby and headed down the quiet trail to the creek. Pleasant spot here. Nice container that was opened quickly, jumped as 10 or so cockroaches scurried out over my hand. Signed log and replaced. Thanks for a nice cache!

(709) During an early morning caching expedition I found this and two other caches in the Lane Cove area. Several cache guardians fell out of Warraroon House when I opened it. Cockroaches of various sizes fell on the ground and scampered away. Didn't faze me in the slightest. It's the legless reptile cache guardians that I worry about!
Cool little puzzle and excellent container.

Came in from Karingal Road which was an easy enough walk in though the ferns are starting to get a bit out of control across the track. Initially the phone led me to the wrong side of the creek but from there I spotted the hide. Had a bit of fun accessing the thing as while I knew what I needed to do I only had my multifocal sunnies to let me see the numbers and it was reasonably dark in here which didn't help. But got there quickly enough and managed to sign and replace before a muggle came along who I think was searching for a dog. Thanks aquaman33, it's always nice to see a well constructed and imaginative hide. Worth a favourite point. Cheers.

Another beautiful winter day with clear blue sky. Solved this puzzle in the morning and then he headed off for our daily cache - which ended up in four.
