I was looking for a quick cache today to fill a gap in my calendar and this one had some attributes that I was looking for as well. So I left my snowmobile at the bottom of the hill and wandered up to check out the park. The grass was looking very brown and some of the gardens were quite bare so it wasn't really a pretty park. And what might have been a nice view over the city was blocked by the giant concrete blocks. Nevertheless it was a popular place this morning with quite a few runners and dog walkers passing through the park, and it is nice that they have managed to keep some green space in this otherwise heavily concreted area. The cache was a hide I know well and so I quickly spotted it. The cache and logbook are both still in great condition. Thanks for the sneaky hide Que Sera, and for showing me yet another place in Brisbane that I have never been to before!
Left wife at hospital for Cancer treatment and walked to this one for quite an easy find. TFTC
Watawieh from Norfolk Island South Pacific. After completing the Bowen Hills/Windsor Meander Adventure Lab and returning to the I climbed the hill here to make the find. TFTC Found & logged using Cachly for iPhone & iPad
An unfortunate change of plans had me in this area today so I made the most it by finding this cache, thanks for placing. Cheers
Excellent hide ane excellent camo!! Never would have thought to come to this park, what a nice view!! TFTC!
Great little find on our evening walk nice quiet spot with a great view for sunset
Well hasn't this area changed over the years. I remember when this use to be all houses and the road network of tunnels and busway's was just a Queensland Transport idea.Coming here today I was pleasently surprised to see how nice the area is.At GZ it didn't take long to find the cache, spot on co-ords made it easy.TFTC
9/8/2023 Find #6404
I decided on the spur of the moment to head in to my caching black hole today - the city and nearby surrounds. Now normally I don’t like being in the city at all, but today I was determined to ignore that fact and get out there and make some finds.
Having done the Adventure Labs and the Underworld caches near here, I headed back to, and past, my car to grab this one before I left.
Up I went and made a quick find before checking out the views while here.
Thanks for the cache Que Sera.

Apologies for the late log here (10.01.24) but I've had a busy time since getting back to the UK.Closest cache to my hotel, and thus I waited three days to come and find this. Standard. A nice hide in an interesting area. TNLN-TFTC!SP (UK) on an epic trek right around the world.
In the city with Barb. After completing the puzzle cache a little further away, we started making our way back towrds the busses. Saw this on the map on the way and seemed too good to pass up.

Que Sera I found your cache MANN OF STEEL on 6/6/2023, 4:15 pm. This is my find 5544 and find # 10 today. No problems locating this cache. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Nice hide. I do love to sit and sign the log while watching partner search. TFTC.
This is a really amazing little park. Have been here before. Spaghetti roads are amazing. Thanks for cache
Wow. You have to be local to know this is here. Love seeing the engineering up close and remembering what little Brisbane was like before all the spaghetti. Tftc
As a local for years I have never visited this beautiful park. My doggo had a fun time in the off leash dog park here. Such a lovely spot to spend time, I left a little bit of light reading for any cachers after me.
Greetings From Tassie - visiting on a surprise birthday trip.

After dropping son number 1 off across town, I decided to take the dog for a stroll on the way home. I pulled up under the Albion overpass and took to the cycling tracks and followed Breakfast Creek, then Enoggera Creek. I picked up an adventure lab location along the way as well.
I headed up to this park, and like others before me, found that I was the only one here today.
After a little searching, I spied the secretive hide. The log sheet was signed and it is all good with the cache here.
Thanks very much for the cache Que Sera. Another spot I have never been to before. Cheers

Nice quick find while staying in the area while the wife is having a spell in the RBWH.

Down from Toowoomba to attend an event in Nudgee, left early to pick up a few caches before hand.
Strangely enough I think the cache helps with a challenge…if not, it brought me to a place I’ve never been before so win-win.
No one was around this early and I made a quick find. Tftc Que Sera

This cache is hidden nearly in the garden of our vacation address. Nice place to sit with a beautiful outlook.
Thanks for placing the cache there otherwise we wouldn't have visited that spot.

came to check on my Mann of Steel and he was slipping down a bit so put him back up a bit higher. Happy caching
Today we were caching around Brisbane, mainly the northern suburbs and just targeting adventure labs, virtual's and earth caches as there seems to be an extraordinary amount of muggles around at the moment and of course picking up any others that we were close to that looked possible.
Once we found a car park we headed off to gz where we were quite surprised to find the 360 degree views, we didn't think that we were anywhere near as high to be able to do that.
The park is really well laid out and except for the fact that the lawns could do with a mow but that won't happen until they dry out it's a really nice area to sit and relax or in our case to locate a cache. Happily we were the only ones using the area today which meant the cache was a nice easy find and the log book now contains our name.
Many thanks que Sera for the cache.

Only stupid people would be out in the rain chasing caches. Mrs Woodyrothwell and I looked at each other and seeing there was no one else around, we claimed bragging rights. That was until a lady rocked up to take her dog to the dog park.
In the full pissing down rain, she stood out in the open without a rain jacket or umbrella (which we were at least armed to the teeth with) as her dog went about it’s ritual. The difference between insanity and dedication to a pet is a very fine line.
She looked over at us a couple of times and must have thought what are those crazies doing out in the rain. Well the joke was on her because we were already naturally stupid. The rain was really teeming down but at least we had some shelter to stand under. So who’s the stupid one now? Nope, it’s still us. tftc

Spare Friday time, so let's get some challenges up north.
Half my family tree on my Mother's side contains the surname Mann. I wonder.

I still need a few caches to fulfil a Challenge so joined with RoddyC, Hatsoff and GrannySmith1947 to find a few. This one was on our target list. I don't really know how they work out what caches fit this Challenge but that ok I've got a Smilie. Log signed before replacing as found. TFTC

On my way to Caloundra and met up with the usual suspects to do a few caches and pick up some pathtags.
I like these type of hides, pretty safe from muggles as they probably wouldn't notice this, thanks CO.

What a great little spot here. Awesome views all around.
Luckily for me, I have seen one of these cache types before, so this was a nice quick find.
Thanks for bringing me here.

Muggle65 really wanted this cache so after a few wrong turns, we eventually parked nearby and made the find. Was very surprised to find such a decent park here. Thank you for the fun
Touring Brissy with who made a quick find of this one. Never been here before, nicely hidden park area.
Who would’ve thought this was up here. They could do so much more with it too. Heading straight to GZ we found the cache with a log safe and dry. TFTC
What a surprise to find this area up those stairs. Certainly not what I was expecting. My arrow sent me on a wild goose chase but The Marble zeroed right in on the cache and it was quickly in hand. TFTC Que Sera
15.3.22 found it. Had to come back when there were no people but I love how normal it looks sitting there. A fun find in a lovely spot I never knew existed.
Today I had Adventure Lab as target and pickup 3 other caches. So I ended up with 8 finds today. Of course what about the DNF.

What a great little park I didn’t know about. I should have found it quickly but didn’t look high enough. Tftc
My first geocache. I can see this from my home, will be keeping an eye on others trying to find it. Thanks to someone who added extra paper. Make sure you BYO pen.
A quick bit of pre lock down caching while my wife was visiting her grandma at the RBWH. I have seen a few of these recently. Great hid. View was cool too. TFTC
Out and about in this area today, I needed a trad for the day and targeted this one. The cache was quickly found after arriving at gz, what a lovely spot for the locals to come and enjoy.
Thanks Que Sera for the cache and for bringing me here, great views.

After dropping L’DeVine off for a service in Albion I thought I’d take advantage of the time to find a cache or three... I had to backtrack slightly from Enter the Underworld because I wasn’t paying enough attention to the map... and then because I didn’t read the cache page, I thought I was at the wrong elevation... but it soon became clear, and having seen these containers before it was a nice quick spot...
I’ve only just met the CO at Dayboro where her and her companion were wearing matching yellow rain coats... memorable...
Thanks Que Sera for bringing me here today... I never knew this park existed...

This evening, the rain had become lighter to a drizzle, and so I took the opportunity to head out to grab a geocache, as well as pick up pizza for dinner.
After having a DNF at the Clem7 traditional cache, I decided to head further away and call past this location. However unlike my previous stop, this geocache didn't take too long to find, and a cache type that I had seen before. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. There was no one about tonight in the wet weather, which at least provided a quick forum to make the find undetected. Thanks Que Sera for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

A nice day to walk in the drizzle. Getting the car serviced, so I Thought I might as well get a few caches around this region.
Found it. Number 5 for this morning. A quick find when you have seen this type before.
Nice views. Do many people come here?

Hi quick message I’m having trouble finding it can someone message me a here it is ASAP!
We found it thanks to Que Sera thanks again this was really tricky and the list was full so we put in a new one!
A pretty quick find today under the supervision of Millzorz. A nice location I'd not seen before. TFTC
Mann oh mann.... This is a lovely place to visit, especially when it is green like it is at the moment. The views were unexpected... This is so close to my work and I didn't even realize it was here. Thanks for showing me and thanks for the cache
I had decided to leave when I thought ‘why not give it one more shot’. This time I kept my head up instead of scouring low. The kids partying kept my spirits up & mine soared once I had found your MANN. TFTC
Have seen these camos online and glad to finally have found one, very cool urban find. Despite being a local, I never knew this area existed. Neat little area, nice view TFTC!
I had to work back tonight so I could only manage a couple on the way home. This one has been sitting on my map for a while and today was the day to grab. I need to continue my challenges of a trad a day and a cache a day. While I am very close to finishing my cache a day challenge, it is getting harder to find a cache close to work and also near home, while still being able to fulfil work commitments.
Tonight I had to pick something that was easy to find in the dark. I pulled up and started my walk to this one the area is very well lit up but I still took a torch. I found the cache very easily and with no one around at this time of night it was easy to grab.
With log signed and cache replaced as found it was time to head home. Thank you for bringing me to this area I never knew it was here and what a great area to spend some time , thank you.

Last cache for the day meant the park was perfectly quiet and the sky was tinted a deep burnt orange as I came upon GZ. Cache was quickly discovered and the stickers inside made me smile! Ended the caching journey on a great note. Thanks for hiding this one!
First visit today was thwarted by a personal training group. Not to worry - the Underworld series was close by. I dropped back an hour later and spotted this one quickly. Awesome design And a very cool spot to visit. TFTC
Out for a morning cache. A place I had seen whilst driving past but never explored so thanks for bringing us here. A nice quick find this morning. All is good here. TFTC
Quick find, though at first I thought it was part of the structure helped by D.D
Oh my. This is such an amazing space. Used to be a BMX track down by Breakfast Creek that I spent soooo much time at in the 80’s. Came for a little drive down memory lane to try and spot where it used to be - best just check if there is a cache nearby seeing as I am here. Woohoo. Took me way longer than everyone else to find - after crawling all under the furniture decided to read past logs and then change searching technique. Have found few of these before and LOVE this type of hide. Thanks for the cache ️. And bringing me to this park. Favourite point as well.
A quick stop in here to grab this one. Spotted this one out of the corner of my eye. Tftc
Decided to go for a little stroll before work - mostly as an avoidance strategy, because work sucks, but also because a bad walk is better than a good day in the office .
This was the third find for the morning. There was no one at GZ so I had the place to myself to search for the cache. This didn't take long - I've seen this kind of cache container before, so it was immediately recognised. I love IPS caches!
The cache and log are in great condition. It's cool how quiet this place is despite being so close to the main road and peak morning traffic.
TNLNSL - TFTC . TB visits.
