Great spot, unfortunately lid was cracked so I put tape on inside of lid thats all that I had on me hope it stays dry!
Found this cold afternoon while on Colac to see X pollination exhibition. Many thanks for the cache.
Seize the Sunday! What to do on a day with nothing else planned ... Right! Grab the gear! Today we headed northwest to west. More little angels. Left a Geonickel. TFTC!
Time for Mr. Lazy aka JTreeTrack2 to catch up on some logs. Sorry to the cache owners for the lag. I have enjoyed finding every cache I have found and appreciate all the effort that has gone in to placing and maintaining the caches. Hopefully I will find more caches and give a more timely and personalized logThanks again for placing the cache.
On my last 3 weeks of my visit from the US to see family (halfmugglemum). Getting some geocaches done while I can.A lovely area for a cache. Quick and easy find
Couldn’t log as book a bit wet. Thank you for telling the stories and bring us here.
Lived at Manor Farm for a night and got this en route some morning fresh air at lake Colac. Coming from a densely populated city like Singapore, I’m always amazed to find sizeable caches like this in the middle of nowhere. Tftc!!
While out doing some shopping in Colac, I decided to drive the long way round to find this cache on the way. Another tragic story, this area can we be crazy windy at times, so sad. Hard not to think of them while signing my name.
Nice quick grab although a fair drive to get there. Traceable taken to continue its journey TFTC
Staying in Colac for a few days, been a few years since I stayed here so half the cache have slowly faces, the others need some attention. Had a little afternoon and evening excursion to collect a few. Always enjoy exploring the solute puns if areas, so diverse, lakes, craters and rain forest. Thanks for the fun!
What a sad story! Thanks for the cache and the story. An enjoyable little trip out of town.
A lovely location and a sad story. Ironically I think this would be a great place to launch our kayaks, didn't realise that this road had a public space at its end. Left a tractable.
Up with the sparrows I decided to head out and find a few caches in the western districts. I intended to have an easy day, but that soon changed as the day progressed, but that’s the joys of caching,
Such a sad lose for so many.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache H_3

Getting near the end of another souvenir period and I still have not climbed this mountain but at least we are not in lockdown this time as I did not make it for the first challenge.
The White Beast has not gone very far the last 18 months so a 250km round trip will not do it any harm. Leaving Geelong and headed for Bambra but only found one out the two I went looking for but it may be because of two trees have fallen right at GZ. But at least I found a 4x4 track into the area.
Then it was off to Beyond Colac for a hunt and then out to the far side of Lake Colac and then on to Alvie for a few and finally up to Beeac and running late found the quickest way back to Geelong but I was still very late.
This has been on the to do lit for far too lond and another sad story. Things that you do not know.
Thanks for telling us about these sad incidents.

Another one ticked off in the series, such a sad story on what happened to these boys. Thanks H_3 for bringing us here. Nice find
Those poor boys. Donald was very lucky. It’s a lovely Sunday here and very quiet. The roads are a little wet after all the recent rain. The cache is a little damp but the log is intact. TFTC
This is such a sad story. I am slowly working my way through this series. Every time I come to Colac I get a couple more . Good spot for a cache.
A nice summers day for geocaching and an enjoyable cache to find while in the area.
What a very sad story.
Thanks for placing the cache for us to find today.

Looks like this would be a great spot in summer.
Today I had a solo geo day which I haven’t done is a very long time. It was lovely to drive, listen to my audiobook, work on many multis and find some easy caches in some beautiful locations. All were found without too many issues. Many thanks for the cache.

Wow what a tragic storey I've just managed to read now.
It's a long windy trek down to the cache here.
Not to many travellers I'm sure.
The cache was a quick find.

Couldn't imagine this happening out on this lake, but no doubt she gets choppy and dangerous. Incredible that one survived.
2nd cache of the day amongst torrential rain. Not how the day was planned, such is life.

An interesting but sad tale to go with this cache [:o]
But that's the way it was back in the day !!
It was common that sailors and boaties couldn't swim [:o]
And there was no one to raise the alarm on shore ...
... the boys were on their own !!
This cache was found on its own too.
Sitting track side with a view of the countryside and lake
TFTC.

The find was easy, but I liked listening to the history of what happened to those boys. I found it interesting yet sad.
Maintanence needed! Container is cracked and had water in it. Emptied the water out but the log book is drenched and almost impossible to write on.
Took a horse, left a dog
Very cool but everything is very wet. I don’t have another container with me to replace. Left wet log book out of bag as bag is also very wet on inside
