### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there holsyk,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Maintenance Required.
Cache is by the fence near the star picket. Completely soaked, damaged and needs repair before putting back online.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

Cache was found out of the drain, but was in a bee-infested bush and was also soaked.
Wasn’t too hard to find but i was misled by the name which led me to believe it had something to do with the storm great, good hide
Nice camo soon found once in the right spot and nice shade from the sun on this hot day
Happy 6th Anniversary! [^]
What a delightful day to be out and about.
Following a visit to the hardware store a few caches were the order of the day.
The Jumping Cat was quickly found on the way here.
A few muggles rolling on by, but fairly certain none of them saw me. That could have been a tad awkward.
Perhaps I should have read hunter's log first, I could have eliminated the most obvious structure. Que sera sera.
The cache was soon spotted and retrieved. All in good order here. [8)]
Thanks holsyk.

With my son starting work at 5 am, I offered to give him a lift. With it going to be a hot day, I thought I would go for an early morning geocaching run. It had been too long since the last one and I had until noon before needing to be home. Didn't get everything I had planned, but got home at 11.45 am after an enjoyable morning.
Today I thought I would tackle some oldies and some DTs that I needed and any nearby that caught my attention.
Found thus one at 9.15 am after spending too long looking at the big grate. Interesting large rubbish bin at GZ.
Thanks for the cache holsyk

Generally when seeking out particular caches I won't add in additional targets unless I have the time and energy. Given I had parked very nearby on my hunt for the old multi nearby I made an exception for this particular cache.
Cache found easily when looking a little backwards from the spot in which I found myself.

You could definitely shelter here. I am surprised that there isn’t someone camped here. The cache was found no problem.
Accompanied with silence49. we had a great time finding your cache holsyk, thank you so much for placing it.
The cache name says it all. At first I followed the GPS but eventually the geosenses kicked in and the find was made with a nice new log!
Finally getting around to check up on our caches.
The actual cache and log book has now been replaced and put in its original location!
Good luck

Find # 1093
Out for the afternoon with Physics Teacher for a walk, talk, stretch the legs and grab a few. Some unfortunate DNF's played us a bit today, but thankfully this was not one.
Well, kind of. Didn't actually find the cache, just the log book.
Definitely requiring maintenance!

Out with Cambendy,
Found the cache as previous finders described. In poor condition, just lying on the ground. Logbook not fit for signing. Needs some TLC.
TFTC.

This is missing a container. Just a wet and manky, beyond salvageable log and a lid. This needs urgent attention.
My Nav took me all over the place, but we got there in the end. Lots of Muggles to pretend we were looking for our lost ball, so timing made it lots of fun . Tftc
Upon arrival at GZ, there was one place I wasn't keen on checking, so Juzzmagic and I searched the surrounding area before I bit the bullet. I soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for the hide holsyk.
TFTC... didnt have a pen so couldn't write in the book but enjoyed finding it anyway!

*Cache find # 11486.*
My plans for today had to change so I decided to head over to the Mullum Mullum creek trail.
It wasn't really a storm but it was raining slightly by now so I climbed in under the shelter and the cache was found, the log was signed and I now had to head back out into the rain.
**Thanks to holsyk for placing this cache.**

continuing on with the bikes along the trail. Wow this one proved to be elusive for quite some time. Geowife used her geo senses to score this one.
Log signed and back safe again.

Spent a wonderful day in warrandyte and finished it off by finding this cache. Thanks for the fun.
Was a bit perplexed by this one at first -did I have to crawl into the drain? - but thought about it a bit more, and there it was! We found the lid, the log has been soaked but is dry again. TFTC!
Easy one with great tracks close by if you’re wanting to go for a nice walk in the bush.
Found! GPS was sending us around in 15 meters circles at first but eventually we found it!
Love the hiding place. Also happy I didn't have to dive my hand into the drain haha!
Sunday bike ride with one of the kids today and grabbed this cache on the way through, keeping distance from everyone and sanitizing before and after handling the cache. Fortunately an easy find and in good condition this sunny morning. Thanks.
This one had been moved from the original hiding place but has now been returned and is all in good condition good luck
