First of two finds after work. Had to work a bit extra before getting CIH. A bit elsewhere. Blank log, thus a note & photo sent to CO. Actual replacement hide since Oct 23 or yet another throw-down one? Hmmm, TFTC Gatherer Hade
Couldnt find it looked around all the bases of the trees and couldnt see any rock looking thing! My gps threw me around between trees also which wasnt helping
Checked here to find both old and new caches - as mentioned by a recent finder. Where was it when I checked it recently?Removed the old one and cleaned up the new.All good here.Cache on.
nice cache! so nice that we found two hidden in the same place, not sure if that was meant to happen but we left a note in both - the luckyduckies
Another DNF. 5th in a row. I think this series is being systematically removed? Searched for 20 minutes around every tree in the area. Few rocks and only natural ones.
First Cache of the day went over to this one and found it within less than two minutes! I picked the rock up and thought it was a real rock then put it back down on the ground to realise it was the cache. TFTC
Great find! bag has been ripped, but so far ok, may need replacing, sealed it up best I could.
Hoped to find this one during a New Years Day session. Earlier it had only been sprinkling but it began to pour so I was soaked by the time I got there. Disappointed not to locate it considering how specific the hint is but my enthusiasm waned the wetter I became! Trust it is still there for another try. Thanks anyway!
Found It!
A quick find here. Whoever makes these fake rocks has certainly done well out of geocachers!

Still in place. The proper log was a short distance from GZ in the leaf litter. It was wet but in good condition as it's water resistant nd in a ziplock bag.
Replaced it in the cache - which I relocated to its proper position.
All good here.

I found the cache but it had been opened and left open on the ground, I think muggles have got to it. I replaced with new paper.

On my way to the Dundas Dig for International Earth Cache Day, I stopped by at this ubiquitous hide. Easy find obviously.

Thanks guys for a great find! My doggo loves coming out looking for them with me.
Grateful for a quick find while I wait for Zed to finish up at a mandatory activity. TFTC!
Found this morning while it was raining. If i ever needed a ubiquitous find it was today when i had both little time and no desire for a drawn out search while getting progressively wetter.
I located the cache quickly and took it back to my car to sign.
The cache is in good condition and the log is dry.
Thanks.

Refreshed after previous MN log.
Container was fine - but the log was pulp. I suspect because it had been moved to the lower, eastern, more boggy side of the tree. It's now back where it belongs.
Both replaced - the log with a supposedly more waterproof variety.
Cache on!

Companions: None
Muggles: None
Weather: Grey spring morning
Cache condition: Log wet and unwritable
I was jogging around the area, and passed by this point. I spotted the container on approach, sadly like a turtle on its back, which means that the recess and therefore log was soaked (no bison tube?). I wrote my name as much as I could, although it may not be that legible, and then replaced the camo in the correct orientation. TFTC

Found GZ. Look around but was a bit lost. Then I read the cache name. Easy then. TNLNTCO
Great park and grab, lucky the bus turned up and collected the muggles at the bus stop just before i got out of the car. TFTC
Some caching North of the Parramatta River today. Rarely I come this far as there are to many caches between home and here! Today I did the Parramatta park run and enjoyed some caching in the area afterwards.

For some reason I thought it was a broken tailgate light from a bike at first, but turned out to be inside it. The piece of paper is a bit soggy. TFTC!
Accurate description. And once you have seen one of these they are fairly easy to spot. SL. TNLN TFTC.
Cache 2 of 6 for today. Having completed "Another Ubiquitous Hide - 02", it was time for another ubiquitous hide! Again all about younger Geosons learning today so this took longer than it would have usually but they got there in end if somewhat covered in spiders webs from wandering around! SL, TFTC!
brianmobile pulled up here and worried that the SES might stop the find but fortunately the cache was able to be located quickly. Surprisingly dry and easy to sign.
Thanks Gather Hade.
Thanks Gather Hade.
Stopped off after leaving the Amateur Radio NSW (HAM Radio) bi-monthly Trash & Treasure sale, at Quarry Road Dural, for this one. It had been a fun filled morning of HAM radio junk scrounging, and a nice BBQ lunch with lots of friendly chit chat, but now it was time to grab some caches while on the homeward journey. This was the 7th of 14 finds, and 3 DNFs, for the day.
Parked the geomobile on Alexander Street and then headed over to GZ for a quick find of an extremely popular type of cache camo. Signed the log and then replaced as found. Yet another classic hide type from the CO. TFTC Gatherer Hade.

Maintenance run.
Wow, first time I’ve done maintenance and it’s been in the right spot!
And there appears to have been some weed clearing near GZ as well.
Replaced cache (old one somewhat bleached) & log.
All good here.

On my way to work today and needed a quick find.
Got to GZ to find the base of the rock sitting all by itself.
Its been muggled. I searched and found the rock and the log book.
It is very wet.
I cleaned it all up, we the best I could.
I completed the log entry and placed it all back to where I thing GZ was.
I gave it some Camo.
The CO needs to give this one a look at.

Now this type of cache is very familiar ;p I have had one of my own at one point (before it was muggled and I changed the container!). Nice quick find, especially after the frustrations of a DNF at #7 of this series. TFTC!
Which tree? That one of course and the ubiquitous fake rock was found easily under some ubiquitous camo. TFTC
TFTC! I got to this one with minutes to midnight...in the pouring rain...massive black spider on my leg.
Love it - this is geocaching.

Quick find with JordsAU. Just got a FTF around the corner and came here after. Cheers for the cache!

When I saw a newly published cache, 'Shy Wombat' (GC7K2CB) had popped up reasonably close by, I put the call out to see if anyone was around and morry9 was keen to join me. We car pooled over to the published co-ordinates in Dundas Valley and walked over to Ground Zero, (after realising we had picked the wrong side of the creek and having to back track). The GPSr signal was bouncing around something dreadful and all we could spot was a bunch of rubbish scattered around. The good news was persistence paid off and, once we widened our search, I spied the "sly" wombat. With the Cache In Hand, we reached inside the burrow to retrieve a blank log. We performed the signing duties to confirm a joint First To Find, and as we were about to put it back to its original hiding location, the Cache Owner came over to say hi (nice to meet you!). On the way out morry9 and I put our CITO Crusader hats on and filled up a bag of rubbish to help clean up the immediate area around this new, cute and crafty hide. The site is a good candidate for a CITO event (hint, hint). Thanks For The Cache and congratulations on your first hide, kazzacosmo.
We both had some extra time up our sleeves and decided to stay in the area a little longer to pick up a couple more unfound caches. 'Another Ubiquitous Hide - 01 Fake Rock' (GC6AB97) was the closest, so we headed over (after we were done speaking with a local who caught us cleaning up, and wanted to share her life story). Upon arrival, we were again aghast at the amount of trash near Ground Zero. We harvested the crop of plastic bags that appeared to have sprouted up from the ground and used them to collect more rubbish. In between another improptu CITO, morry9 found the cache and we signed the log. Another prime candidate for a CITO event (hint, hint). Thanks For The Cache Gatherer Hade.
Last, but certainly not least, we set our sights on the 'Pavilion' Multi Cache (GC6W4MR). We worked our way through the waypoints and the magnitude of calculations. When we calculated the third waypoint, I had to double check our answers because they seemed off, however, we trusted the numbers and reached a reasonable result. Once the final digits had been crunched, it was a quick find and we claimed another find for the day. Thanks For The Multi Cache Gatherer Hade.

Staying in Dundas with family, nice find close by as we were driving past. Lady at bus stop asked what we were looking for. I said ten dollars but we came clean and told her and she knew about geocaching. TFTC
A quick find this morning. FTF on new log ... lol. Tftc. And keep my streak alive.
