Great place where it could have been, right in the middle but was not there. Sad cos I had a trackable to leave!

Found this. Paper was all wet.

Didnt know about the flax mill! How cool! Relatively quick find, colour of the box camouflaged it a bit.

First cache, contents severely water damaged though.

A nice walk to GZ. Then a bit of search for the cache.
The log book is absolutely sodden but I somehow managed to put a legible mark in it anyway.

Nice little walk and easy find. Tin very rusty and eroded. Although logbook bagged, was very wet, very hard to sign. Sorry I didn’t have a spare logbook or bags, I tried signing as you’ll see in photo. TFTC

Cache 550 soaking wet day but still had to go for my daily cache so waited for the best chance between showers and off I went with no luck at “horse trek” I carried on, this one took a little hunting but got there in the end, cache container is a bit rusty but the inside cache is in good shape T4TC ️

After a bit of poking around begind the flax and dodging muggles on their bikes found it happy geokid with the swap tftc

nope spent to much fruitless time in these gave it a once over and left

Quick find, though not my favourite place to look.
Outer container is rusting, and I tipped out some accumulated water. Inner container and double bagging of logbook is keeping the wet stuff out of the important bits.
Couldn't see the old mill, but at least the flax around here are still healthy, unlike some in Southland following action (now stopped) by the council.

Visiting the city we stayed at the camp ground and I did a jogging loop in the morning since I wanted to log the Wherigo nearby. This Cache was good to find and amazingly big. TFTC GeckoJJ from Frankfurt Germany

Its day 14 of our journey with another week to get home. With Rakiura Walkway, my objective bagged, its around Invercargill today. Heading back towards Bluff first.
The local wherigo is bagged so now its a walk along Oreti Track to end the day. Flax mills - where are they all now? Flax hunt - not fun but snagged and bagged this one especially with a larger size to find. Cheers

08 Feb 16 Found Wow 3 new blips on the radar. Walked caches down at leisurely rate on glorious Invercargill day. I luv the container Grabbed the tag, will find something appropriate to punk it up. My first [Steampunk](https://coord.info/TB5PQCZ) that wasn't lost. TFTC

I hate cached without hints, but found this one pretty easily. A great container with some rugby greats, RIP Jonah!

A great weekend caching with ingidayna, with 41 caches done in and around Invercargill. A quick easy find. TFTC

No hints has left many cachet trails here. After looking everywhere I would hide the cache I then looked where I wouldn't.... and found it.

Easy find on a breezy afternoon walking the track.

I really hate flax bushes. With the GPS directing me all over the show took a bit to find this. If not for my goal of finding a cache over 100 days I would've given up Tftc.

After giving up on the last cache due to the area having a lot of muggles I was happy to have some protection from viewing while logging this find, normally I am not a fan of flaxbushes, but in this case it wasn't bad, Thanks for the placement and cache

A nice walk along this popular track for the three new caches. As with some of the other cachers I don't like flax bushes, however in this case the cache container made it quite easy.

Blind as a bat this morning. Walked right past this one before I realised so carried on to the next. Went sesrching on my way back. Thought this was going to be easy. But as I said blind as a bat. I really hate flax bushes. Anyway thought one more look before I head off. Pleased I did. Was one of those duh! moments when I saw the cache. So I did a little "I found the cache dances" . TFTC

After a long day travelling due to cancelled flights, and delayed flights it was nice to get out and have a walk in the fresh air grabbing some caches. I HATE looking for caches in Flax...fortunately the container made the find relatively quick. TFTC
