GeoHubby (Slotheryn) and I find ourselves with no children today, so off we go for more Geocaching. Our target today was View Hill and Coopers Creek. A quick find. Thanks for another smiley.

Yesterday, ThatDarnBear and I celebrated out 6th wedding anniversary. Through the kindness of two of our older GeoKids, we were able to go out caching without any children. By pure chance and luck, and a pre-arranged Outing for UnicornLex that I had completely forgotten about, we were able to go out Mad Caching two days in a row!!TFTC

On our way to Oxford on business, so decided to make it a leisurely drive and get some caches along the way. It was getting towards dusk as we completed our business and I checked the Geocaching app just in case, ah - a couple of caches very close by. Quick find. TFTC.

Jess.daphne and I decided to go on another caching mission in order to get 50 caches to get the final Hidden Creature souvenir. I also wanted to take my new car on her maiden caching mission. We all had a fantastic day in the sunshine and howling wind, getting dusty and windswept; team Jeje riding in Gigi. Sorry for the generic logs but TFTC.

21-Jul-18
Found today with injeanious, we got around 50 caches today in order to find all of the hidden creatures. We signed the logs as JeJe to save time and space. Tftc!

21-Apr-18
We are heading over to attend the CITO tomorrow at Woodend and it had been quite awhile since we were up this way so we headed out to hopefully clean things up again. Apart from a jaunt on the Tinker trail in Jan 2015 we hadnt been this way since July 2013. A quick find on Mum's side - what a thin thin mint tin! Thanks for placing the cache and adding to our smilies

03-Apr-18
Well this one sure did take a bit longer than it should have... Amazing to think how many little old bridges there are like this around the country, yet for each council they would still make up a considerable asset value. GLB1721 TFTC (4313)

31-Mar-18
Well and truly muggled at this one - people out walking a dog, stopping to chat with someone.... have to return another day.

Thanks cameronz for placing the cache.

A beautiful day, and a baby that needed to be sleeping, so I decided to head off for a drive to try get her off to sleep, and find some caches too. Multi tasking!! - Leaving the house is easier to get her to sleep - either by walking with her or driving, so perfect excuse to give hubby for all my caching now! Haha!

Managed to get 17 in the end - not too bad! Most were pretty easy too! Plus baby had 2 sleeps! A 45 min one, and then slept the whole way home from the last cache, and is still sleeping as I'm doing the logging! Whooo!

Luckily noone about for a quick find!

TFTC!! Smile

19-Dec-16
Out on a mad mission with TG. TG came and grabbed me at 7.30pm and we headed out towards the sunset. Grabbed a few caches, drove a few kms, talked heaps, had a few laughs, downed the road juice (coke). Did I mention grabbing a few caches. My biggest day in ages. I scored 15 for the night. Did a big loop up Westmoreland, up Old West Coast Road, across the Waimak, up around View Hill, through Oxford and down the Tram Road home. Good fun.

Thanks for the cache cameronz.

#13502. We found good parking half way between the two bridges. Quick find. TFTC.

17-Dec-16
Today I had two missions: to increase my finds count for the 17th Dec from a sub par 7 to at least double figures and to inch my way to 3,000 finds for 2016. We had been nibbling away at the Lolly Scramble series for a few years now, so decided today was the day to finally scoff the lot, then carry on to find some caches around Oxford. Many thanks to the COs for contributing to an enjoyable day with some fabulous and inventive hides.
I parked in the wee triangle in between the twins, then I set off for bridge #1 while StreetWalker headed for the further away bridge #2. My bridge had a dead hedgehog [xx(] which I tried to avert my eyes from. Luckily not near GZ. Quick find, but took a little longer to extricate the log book. TFTC.

16-Oct-16
OK, lets go and find some bridges. Norwester definitely picking up. TFTC

20-Aug-16
Well you don't see two magnets stuck to a bridge with no cache attached everyday. I have repaired it with a new container covered in grey tape hope that's ok. TFTH

08-Aug-16
Quick find in good condition after snow.

07-Aug-16
Quick stop while doing the back roads. The nearby published cache and recent snow is what got us heading this way. Thanks

Found it. Nice wee creek. Tftc

12-Jun-16
Rain and snow was forecast for today. James my eldest was keen for a long scenic drive. So off we drove.
Sadly we could not see the foothills. Never mind he enjoyed driving his mad mother around. We parked between the two bridges and I walked between the two caches. The cattle in the paddocks cheered me on.
Another nice and easy on a cold wet day. Just what the doctor ordered. Thanks.

11-Jun-16
Quick easy find on my way through on an Oxford and Lolly clean up. Cool that these could be placed so close. Thanks for the cache.

07-May-16

03-May-16
Last find for the night, quickly done. NOw for the trek back home and my bed. Cheers.

I was just settling in for the night, after a dinner and movie date with Ms KR. Got a text from Team Gaters to see if I was free for a mission and well, yes I was. So off we went into the night up to Kowai Bush, Oxford and home again. A great way to pass the time!

Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

03-May-16
Out and about on a mad Tuesday night caching mission with KarmaReprint. The end of the night and heading home...and past this cache (and it's friend just back up the road a bit more)....rude not to stop, so we did! Quick find and sign before carrying on. One more then we better make tracks for home! Cheers.
