This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Day 18 of our outback adventure which included QOGM 2019. Back into NSW today and really travelled further than I anticapted - St George to Dubbo. Will spend a couple of nights here and decide where to from here.
A little divergence into Lightning Ridge and ran into someone Greg wentto school with while we looked at opals

An interesting place. The cache was a tricky hide and took a bit of twisting and turning to spot. Great spot for a cache.
In Dubbo. Not going to the zoo, so what else does one doo ? Go geo-caching of course
This is one of four attempted this morning, with one DNF. Thanks for directing us to this interesting piece of local history even if it was a DNF in the caching department. Unfortunately we didn't check the previous activity logs until at GZ.TFTC Team Zener, hope you can attend to it soon.

Found after quite some searching. It was the original nano I found. Here for the ARRO rescue challenge next weekend.
Looked but without luck today.
Did find something that resembled the clue, but on closer retrieval turns out to look like stolen ID cards which were handed into the Dubbo Police Station.
Thanks anyway

Just as geoD said that the container had changed, geoP found the original NANO - still in order and room on the log sheet. It was actually a pretty quick find as we thought we were going to be there for quite some time at first.
After finding the original we decided to not worry about searching for the replacement.
If you want proof that it still exists just send us a message.

After meeting up with RoddyC and hatzoff we are collecting a few caches before heading to the Xmas event in Dubbo. Thanks to all the COs for showing us around your area. Merry Xmas and happy caching.
As we arrived at this lovely park our first coment was that a mower would be handsy here. As we were leaving the asked for mower gang arrived and got straight to work. They suggested that we could help push one as well.
It did not take us long to spot cache container number one and as we were signing the log sheet of the nano we spotted the green eclispe tin so placed our names in this one as well.
Shame we cannot claim two caches for two containers LOL.
We have logged a 'needs maintence' simply because there are two containers in place within inches of each other.

The original cache was a Nano which has been lost for some time, the current is an eclipse tin. I will collect the nano if it is still there.
This wasn’t on our list of caches to try to find here today, but a friend suggested we have a look at it. So glad we did. Another facet of local history to explore.
Muggle Hubby enjoyed the search, and the find.
Thanks for placing it here. Our first for the day, after spending the night here in Dubbo, before heading south to Parkes.

Awesome spot, wouldn’t have thought to stop otherwise! Great hiding place too!
I was drifting around the area today in search of caches
So of course I headed for Dubbo.
Maybe I should have checked the geocaching map last night at camp !!
On arrival in towne I discovered there was only one unfound cache for me to chase
And I'd already tried to find it on two or three occasions before !!
Ah well !!
Maybe I'll knock this nemesis cache off its perch today
Wandering into this very familiar,
and still fascinating spot,
I couldn't help but forget about finding the cache for a while.
The lights were on today for the first time I've visited
So I got a much better view of what lies beneath today than on previous visits [^]
A light must have come on in me head too,
and I found the cache in less than five minutes this time around
Hooray !!!
Fave dance time for the sneaky hide,
but more for the location [^]

Quick stop by after work with one of the closest remaining caches in Dubbo in order to grab the international souvenir today. Its certainly windy today. Thanks Team Zener.
Traveling home via Snowtown, Broken Hill, Cobar, Dubbo, Forbes, West Wyalong &Temora, finding a good variety of cache types and hides. I visited some interesting historical towns and bush locations, which made the round trip well worth the drive.
I did as much maintenance as I could, replacing damaged containers and full or wet logs.
Signed and replaced.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Team Zener, for us and others to find.

Out and about today with others and geograndson a quick visit and a few caches as well
In Dubbo for a quick visit , found this cache while filling the afternoon with something to do. found with kingfisher_au and my brother in law and nephew. Brother in law worked on the part of the renovation of this place and a quite a bit of history to this location. Thanks for placing this cache and for bringing us here.
We are taking a few days for a trip around Dubbo to do a bit of caching. Many thanks to the cache owners who have made our trip so much fun and sorry for the late log. Looked everywhere, perhaps confused by the clue. Then two muggles sat in their car and stared at us. One last search before we left and it was found - and out of sight of the muggles. TFTC
TFTC. We are camped at Eumungerie and being Mothers Day we decided to drive into Dubbo and let caching be a bit of a guide. Good piece of history that we would never have found out about without geocaching. Interesting site and lots of reading.
We have managed to squeeze in a short break to do a bit of touring. The weather is lovely considering the time of year but we are still hoping for rain which is so obviously and desperately needed. Apologies for the late logs - life gets in the way of caching sometimes. Looked for the wrong thing for quite a while - when close inspection failed we tried reaching and came up with it on the first try. TFTC
Clever hide although not too good for those with arachnophobia . Interesting read. TFTC
Today we revisited Dubbo and ticked off a few more caches that we had not found on our previous visit and thiis was one of them.
An easy find at GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Had another look today and i'm sure its not there. Needs checking by cache owner
Wow !!
How this place has changed since me last visit
This spot is absolutely worth a visit for the history,
and scenery alone [^]
Even if like me you can't find the damn cache

Spent about 30mins looking for the cache but if the d:t combo is anything to go by the cache seems to be missing.
I've never been lucky enough to have this happen to me before
A work trip, driving to and from Dubbo in NSW
For OHS reasons we all know that fatigue kills and so it is vitally important to stop and take a break, have a stretch of the legs and another coffee or fluid intake session [^]
Over the 3 days I made 14 finds and a couple of those were an EC and a Virtual that I was ever so pleased to find [^]
There were 5 DNFs all up and the 1st DNF was at the very 1st cache stop, although as soon as I saw what the cache was I didn't have much of a look at all as I couldn't keep my colleague waiting! She was fantastic company for the whole trip and ever so generously patient when I needed to stretch my legs [:X]
At 1.25am this is a very interesting spot to see [^]
With wells lit up and signs to read it was a piece of history that I would otherwise never have known existed! [^]
Now for the cache I'm 5' 3" and to me that hide is more like a 2*T as I sure could not get it with my feet on the ground
That's now my last cache for the night as it sure took a while to find it! [)]
