Wir sind heute von Australien nach Neuseeland gekommen und haben gleich unseren ersten Cache in NZL hier gefunden.
It is sad to see this cache go
But well, old things must go for new ones to rise.

All means by which this was hidden has been removed, freeing the spot for someone else to put something clever in
Stopped of at the station to have a look around and some morning tea and a cache or two, love all the ferry lights cool area managed to find a quite spot to get the cache sign and return, logs rather wet but manage to place my mark on it
Today the wife and I joined the 'Auckland Hiking Group' at 'meetup.com' to do the Coast to coast walk (50 people!). I did knot know about the targeted cache series, and anyway the group did not follow the exact path so I ended up with just a subset of the series - but also some other caches, 11 all in all, including the One Three Hill virtual.
This was one of the caches I found; Paper is thoroughly wet; My signature is som red blotches
Thanks very much for this great hide.
Tftc!

Finally nabbed this popular cache. In the city early so waited for an opportune moment to grab it. TFTC
First find on a NZ trip before a lovely dinner a a nearby Vietnamese. Log was a bit damp but managed to successfully sign it none the less. Last trip to NZ a few years back knew nothing of caching. What a different tri it could have been. Looking forward to finding some great new spots. TFTC

Found this Cache during the wmg. Quick and easy with help of the hint. Thx and greetings from Germany
Aha! It feels good to find one, we've been having a bit of trouble retrieving any recently. We recommend visiting Milse, a dessert restaurant around the corner if you feel like a sweet treat! It took some serious stealth for this one, and still the muggles looked at us funny. Silly muggles. We popped in a replacement for the damp log. TFTC Lily + Oli, Team LOPHB
During our far away from home holidays in new zealand we tried to find as many Caches as possible along our way from north to south this is were we started in the buzzing city of auckland as this one was were we started off to visit mt. Eden we found it quickly tftc
Very busy with muggles today but we were able to find the log book (replacement cache??).
It's fun trying to be sneaky in busy places [:p]

Bereits am 1. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes gingen wir auf Dosenjagd. Hier sind wir schnell fündig geworden. TFTC
Saw and get what I would guess used to hold cache. It couldn't find anything that matches description. For the cache.
OCW GeoWench78 exploring the area from the Radiance of the Seas at our second port of call...nice and quick, not a gadget cache anymore...TFTC!
In the area today, tons of muggles everywhere. Saw something suspicious, but it wasn't the cache. Too busy to carry out a thorough search.
No longer a gadget hide. Found with AF BEE while on a great geocaching vacation. Thanks for placing this cache.
Have tried and tried since arriving in Auckland and absolutely cannot find any mechanism; this in spite of crawling on hand and knee, and looking in all the obvious places higher up. No sign of a logbook either? Going to give it one more go if I'm down this way during the evening but not holding my breath.
We decided to do a walk about while waiting for our rooms to be come available.
we noticed this one close by and as we were looking a landscape guy told us it was gone but then the voucher had the cache in hand. We signed the log Team VPMH. TFTC

[^] Found mechanism but no log while on our Epic trip from England touring Australia and New Zealand. TFTC.
Found what is probably left of the original system, and then the replacement cache. Logged in that. Thanks for the cache!
Auf unserer NZ-Rundreise wurden wir auch hier fündig, einen Log konnten wir leider nicht eintragen !
Danke fürs Verstecken und Grüße aus Germany.

Unfortunately our holidays in Newzealand are over soon. We had two unforgettable month here and had a lot of time to explor this beautiful country. We saw many different landscapes, climed a few mountains and had some lovely people. Our last destination is the big city of Auckland. There are many things to do here, including geocaching...
We found this one the day we arrived. It was the first cache of this series that we could find. We had to give up on another multi due to many muggles. Its a great cache, but we couldn't find the "real" cache but found the backup cache instead. We don't really know if the real cache still works. It's hard with all these muggels around.
Thank you very much for this great cache and for the whole series.
Greetings from Switzerland , Team Fludia

Came across this cache during a stroll around the harbour area on the first day of our adventure to New Zealand. Waited for a break in what seemed like a constant stream of muggles and then dived in for a quick retrieval. Signed the log and replaced as found.
Found black gaffer tape back of tub, if thats where the replacement was its gone now
Not keen on these high mugger locations but the good hint made searching painless. Thanks CO and TFTC
Went on an adventure with Wafflekitties had a blast thanks for the memories! TFTC.
Found the pieces parts of the original design... and then found the replacement. Thanks for the fun. It's good to be back in New Zealand. Greetings from the US - Pennsylvania to be exact!
Off the Golden Princess, we were walking around town and picking up more caches. A lot of new ones since we were here last 5 years ago.
This was our 1st find for the day. Not sure how the cache was supposed to be held, but we were able to find the log and sign it.
Thanks for the fun

Number 1 of 6 found around the area today whilst on a day trip caching off the beautiful Golden Princess and number 70 of 76 found in our 6 days caching around NZ.
Found the metal part with the log inside but didn't the contraption isn't working.
Thanks for the cache.
G'day from Australia!

G'day from Australia!
Cruising around NZ on the Golden Princess and caching at each port .Loved Auckland and the city green spots. Left a Travel Coin here we brought from home in Merbein Vic . Nice hide TFTC Thanks to fellow NZ cachers for putting out these caches
TFTC- metal pipe and blowing device had separated. Needs replacement or maintainance. Not sure how it was originally set up.
Hier bekamen wir völlig unerwartet Hilfe von vorbeikommenden Cachern, denn die Koordinaten führten uns erst an eine andere Hausseite. Eine schöne Idee und toll umgesetzt, tausend Dank und einen FP!
Found it but unfortunately it has been broken. Didn't have anything with us to help repair. It gets a favorite anyway for the concept.
I arrived early for lunch nearby so of course it meant geocaching! I located the apparatus quickly due to a very clear hint, but I couldn't quite get the cache out no matter how hard or gentle I tried... I may come again, with a sidekick and better technique.
Day 50 of a 50 day caching streak done as part of my current geolicence!!! Woo hoo I'm done streaking This was a very cool cache to finish with. There were plenty of muggles around as it was Auckland Anniversary but luckily having the kids with me tends to divert attention This took a few puffs to get the cache out but I got there in the end! The log sheet was full so I added another piece of paper. TFTC! I hope to finish off the rest of the series at some point
What a cool cache so many muggers but easy to do subtly with two people. Tftc log full needs replacing. Emzyme and the doctor..
This series of caches are so inventive. This one was another great one for my 50th find. Tftc Emzyme
Overblow!! Fired way to hard and lost the container under the building. Replaced as before- many thanks!
Today a Tour through the city. This series was great and we like them. First we think a little bit wrong to catch the cache. But at least it was really funny.
We give a blue ribbon and say thank you for the nice work.

Been meaning to get this one! Like others we were giggling so much and it's a cache i won't forget, thanks for placing!!
Brilliant design and execution. In Auckland for a couple of nights to see our daughter-in-law off on the Spirit of Zealand tall ship.

WOW simply a great cache and yes a fav point from us. We think this is the best cache we have found to date, despite being in the public eye it is very possible to do this without being muggled, definitely best to have two or more in the team !

Well what can I say! My first geocache in New Zealand and it's absolutely remarkable! TFTC! FP from me.
So cool ! We did it as a team, i blew and she picked the cache ! Thanks you so much for hiding
Wandering around at twilight, when I checked the app.

SisterCorny travelling Asia and Oceania for four month, now in New Zealand.
Today it is sightseeing in Auckland, from our Backpackers close to Mt. Eden all the way to the harbourfront. What a great day out!
Our #16 and last one for today and maybe one of the best caches we ever found. Great idea and even though hundrets muggles around, possible to do without being too obvious. Definitely worth a FP. TFTC

Attending an event in Viaduct Bason in evening, so made a day of it.
Bussed in early on and spent the day caching my way around Westhaven, Posonby, Welesly St, Albert park, down to waterfront and along Quay street to Wynyard Quarter.
Wow, these caches are fun. Stealth needed just to be able to find and retrieve, how on earth did you manage to put them in? TFTC

Quick find this afternoon with eltee291! That was awesome, really cool! I was given the task of the deep breaths but quite enjoyed it. Signed the log and replaced as found. Visiting from Canada. Thanks for the cool cache!
Quick find today with hingis20 as we continue with caching in Auckland. Left the blowing to hingis20 as I waited to catch the container. Fun cache and a favourite for me. Have come to NZ from Victoria, BC, Canada for three weeks of vacation, visiting family, and caching. Having a great time in this beautiful country. TFTC
Going to Devonport, we found this one on our way from the bus stop to the ferry terminal. Great contraption! Maybe we will copy it at home, in France. TFTC!
What a brilliant cache, and right in the heart of the city. Chermione had more puff than me, so I did the catching. No-one took any notice of us. Really enjoyable. Many thanks and greetings from the Isle of Man. Favourite point awarded.
I remember when this area was synonymous with urban decay and was certainly not somewhere safe to wander after dark. It's changed so much for the better! Found the tool and was bemused by the speedy and sudden emergence of the cache. A fantastic and innovative cache in the heart of the city. Very nicely done! TFTC
After a brilliant day on tiritiri matangi island seeing all sorts of birds, we decided to do a bit of caching in Auckland before heading back to the hotel. Both of us tried but the cache did not come. I then blew really hard and the cache came shooting out! Brilliant! Have a favourite point. Now to find more of your caches.
Hooray, my first cache in NZ!
At my arrival few people were present and due to the hint and description (my GPS reception was quite bad) I was able to find and retrieve the box quickly.
Thanks a lot for this splendid idea, which caused a big smile on my face!

Kath and I arrived in Auckland today and found this one easily but it really seems messed up, I'll leave it for someone else to figure out. TFTC no sign
Our second day in Auckland which we are using as a place to recover from the travelling from the UK and Hong Kong.
After a morning checking out Ponsonby road we descended into the town for a spot of lunch and some more cacheing. We quickly found the place and while I tied my shoelace Mrs Agedboy made the retrieval. A step or two away, a seat taken while the log was signed and then replaced we think without coming to notice. Great cache. TFTC

Last free days at New Zealand we spend in Auckland. Found wandering across the harbor.
TFTC and FP from Slovakia.

Found the spot straight away and what to use. However nothing happened...then we realised it had come apart which seemed strange when it was found two days ago! So we pretty much had to try and hold it together and do the required action (therefore needing more than one person), and we eventually got the cache.
Awesome idea - but I think some maintenance is in order - I don't think we managed to sustainably fix it as the bits had come apart! (sorry this sounds kind of vague, but trying not to give too much away!)

Found on a quiet Christmas Day in Central Auckland. Loved the mechanism! Merry Christmas & TFTC!
Very calm today on Boxing Day, even around the GZ, so my girlfriend and I could take our time to log this one.
Mechanism works better when someone is assisting. Nice idea!
Thanks for hiding! Merry Christmas

Found, signed & replaced without any unwanted attention in spite of all the commuters rushing by. Loved the hide. Easily earns a favourite from me. TFTC
