On a day trip with the aim of finding as many Matamata caches as possible and see more of the area than a visitor might notice if just passing through. This was a quick and easy start to the day. TFTC

Ive been wanting to start finding these, and this was perfect for me as its only a 2 min walk from my house, and it was pretty easy for my first find, thank you

Up from the deep South for a wedding, so out exploring the area. Nicely timed for the Cosmic Quest. A quick find here, but didn't do the walk as we were yelled at by a truck driver entering the developing subdivision for parking too close to the driveway for his liking. Yeah, maybe we were, but we were legally parked and he should be able to drive in without needing thise spaces, or should arrange for no parking cones. Never mind. Another random night mission with Reschedule. This time we decided to head to Matamata where we had a few new caches, and some older ones we had missed.Its always funny how some hides, actually make the cache more obvious. A very quick find. TFTC

Out and about around Matamata today with a brand new geocacher (insert new geocache handle here).... He's so shiny and new!Our eighth and final find of the day. After the bitter disappointment of our failure at Let there be light (Matamata) GCAD1Q3 we decided we needed to finish on a positive.So we parked up nice and close to GZ (which currently looks a lot different to the Google satellite view) and strolled over for a very quick easy find. Day trip to the wet Waikato to nab some finds towards a challenge and attend an event later in the day. No problem with the find TFTC.

It was good to get out of Rotorua today and over the hill into the Waikato area for a bit of geocaching. The weather was a lot nicer than in Rotorua. We went via Matamata, Morrinsville and on to Hamilton then home through Cambridge. Thanks to the CO for hiding.

Down at McLaren Falls for an event and on the way home, I decided to take the scenic route back. This brought me through Matamata and Morrinsville since I don't often go that way.

Parked across the road from the park and made my way over to GZ, didn't take too long with the hint to locate the cache.

Ms_KR and I cruised over to Tauranga today. The tarffic was pretty good and we visited some places that we had not stopped at before.

What a lovely quiet little spot. There was only a farming muggle and his doggie assistant, in a near by paddock when I arrived.

Found with FMZ just as it was getting dark, and a bit cold. Taking advantage of being in Matamata for an FTF, so might as well find some more here. TYFTC!

Found this with Jagersmum while in the area this evening. The hint item was not unique as we found, but it wasn't hard to find. It's now a pill container instead of sistema. TFTC!!!

Day 13 on our holiday in New Zealand. Today we are in the area and surrounding area of Rotorua. We also visited this tradi, found it, and signed the logbook.
