I had to wait out a muggle and when she finally departed I made an extensive search. Nada! REsorted to reading previous logs. Oh, bother! Look at all the DNFs! How did this cache pass through my 2 succesive DNF filter? This cache needs archiving.
This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Second visit, and second DNF. Time for this one to go I think: a string of DNFs over several months + CO no longer seems to be active.

Should have known better... I've had 3 DNF'S for 3 different caches and a TB go missing from this park!! Sigh!
Whoops, logged very late. Found with Geo jessie. Memorable for the 2 lovely dogs that came to "help" us. Easy cache find. TFTH
This one confused me a little I really couldn't find it! Busy Paws and I searched for ages whilst it was trying to rain. Just after we'd found it and were signing the log a few people came past with two gorgeous dogs who seemed to be excited to have some company! Once back on track we finished signing and placed it back where it was found. Found with Busy Paws
TFTC!

Was introduced to geocaching years ago 5m from this cache when I found the old cache here with odgersaj. Still one of my favourite parks in the city. TFTC
The park is looking lovely at the moment with the rhododendrons in full bloom. We enjoyed looking for this cache and smelling all the herbs nearby. Then it was off to the playground for junior cacher. Thanks for placing a cache in this lovely park and giving us another excuse to visit again.
Spent some time in the nearby marae and had the opportunity to pop out for a wander and grab this cache. The flowers in bloom are splendid. Such a beautiful park. Found cache without any problem. TFTC.
I've been working night shift so its nice to get outside in the sunshine today. GZ was quiet and I made the find quickly. I remember playing in this playground as a child. TFTC!
Great park, had to wait for some muggles to leave with their dogs, but then made the find! Sat on one of the seats in the sun to sign the log, very pleasant TFTC
We have a large number of Christchurch caches programmed into the car GPSr (pretty-much as many as will fit) so while driving through the area decided to head for this one. A group of muggles followed us into the park but headed off in a different direction so we were able to make a quick find. TFTC NatRocks.

FITW ambertron9000 and another muggle plus a tiny muggle
Took a dog, a friend and her kid out for a wee walk and found the cache in the nearby park.
Totally eviscerated the thinking out of the circle here and voila!
Thanks for the cache!

After an appointment in town, I decided to get some caches on the way home, clear out a little bit of a trail so that my map can finally look a little more smiley faced!!
I had originally planned for more caches, and to tick off a bunch of unsolved puzzles, but phone dying halfway meant I decided I should head home and charge it up before needing to pop out to Rangiora after!!
This one was a nice quick find
Consec caching day # 1415

Found it! I've been here before with the 3y old boy that I look after. It's a very nice park and cool paddling pool! TFTC I left a pencil there.. And something else!
7458. Had an hour or so after our church walking group walked in the approximate area so did a few caches before going home. This was a very easy find as the GPS was bang on! Thanks for the cache. Rodney.
Lucky enough to have a few days spare to spend caching in the Christchurch district. Also keen to see how re-build activities are going. Can see lots of progress. The city of the future?
Picked a dreadful day to be out and about today. Dodging the sleety rain showers and hail! But we wrapped up warmly. We come from Wellington, how bad could it get?
One of those sleepy neighbourhood parks that you probably wouldn't otherwise visit. I've visited hundreds of them in the time of my geocaching career (can you call this a career?).
A pretty straightforward find once we got into position. Then we got well and truly smuggled by the guy join the mobility scooter! Ha! Who would choose to be out and about on the mobility scooter on a day like today I wondered.
All in order; log signed, cache then safely re-hidden, just as found.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

I was on my way to my parents' house for lunch and took a wee detour. A nice hide and a nice park. It was worth the detour.
With power in my GPS just about gone I went to the general area before turning it on. Thankfully it was a quick find. TFTC
Cache number 84. Last cache for the day before heading to Uni for class. Nice garden and stonework. TFTC
Last time I was here was a warm winters da and it was populated by so many people!. Today @ 8:330am and I 2 degree day and I am all alone. Made for a quick find! Thanks.
Ms KR had a training day, so I went for a cruise around Christchurch, catching up on the new caches. Pretty cold to start withbut it did get warmer (relatively) during the day.
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

Quick find for a few years I kept looking for a different cache nearby that got archived in the recent cull. Nice to have a yellow smile here now
A quick nice find thanks to the hint and the cache being abit exposed. We sat in here and had a muffin for morning tea in the shade. I tucked the cache in and added some natural camo to the top. Thanks for the cache
I've found a cache near here before... and failed to find the most recent one. I hope this one is able to avoid the prying eyes of muggles better than previous caches here (but didn't drop any TBs just in case it doesn't).
In the end it was a nice easy find in the second place I looked. I soon had the log signed and tucked the cache away again. I then removed the nearby beer bottle and dropped it in a bin.

A nice quick find but had to use a bit of kiwi ingenuity to sign the log as the pen was left in the car. Soon made some charcoal to dign yhe log. This cache will hold memories as a result so gets a fav. Tftc
After odgersaj 's assurance it is there finally had the cache in hand today, not very well hidden today
What a nice and beautiful park. Thanks t geocaching, otherwise we would not have found this. The cache is a bonus, but we will be back in spring, summer, .... TFTC
TFTC... Found it because geegeefromfiji couldn't, so I was looking for a challenge
This one had me literally going in circles for quite some time as the phone GPS bounced all over the place. DNF today hopefully better luck next time
Thanks for the cache! A beautiful park to take a breath at while doing some odd city jobs
Abberley Park was Womble Terry's old Childhood stamping ground Nice to have found the sweet smelling Cache..This must be our 3rd time Caching in this Park over the years. Thanks for bringing us back..TFTH
Remember a DNF here over the last couple of years. Good to find a replacement in this picturesque suburban park with wonderful mature trees. Will have to return for a wander in the Spring....Tftc
Had to pick up the mother in law from Hospital for her to stay with us so whilst others were packing came and grabbed a cache it what used to be one of our local parks. Have found two or three other itterations of caches close to this. Thanks for the hide.
Lunchtime on wet afternoons are usually good times to ensure parks are empty. Turned out this was the cache here today too. Quickly cornered the cache. Thanks for the hide.
By light of day, that was so easy!!! I did come the night it was published and repeatedly combed the place by starlight and phone light!! Funny:-). Thanks for planting a cache in my favourite park!!!
Found. Sat in judys seat to complete paperwork. Used to run through this park very often but nev er saw the circle
TFTC. Just enough time before work started to have a quick look for this cache. There were several workmen performing maintainence in the park which had me slightly concerned. Luckily they were not near GZ and I made a speedy locate and log sign.
Thanks NatRocks for placing the cache in this cool park.

Beautiful smell retrieving the cache. First time I have been here. Lovely we park. Tftc
Must be the third time in here!!! Just a lovely space. Many folk around but a straight walk to the cache saw me annoy no one!! Thanks.
Quick find after work and before going out for dinner. I have found two other (now archived) caches in this park, both of them FTFs, I was at the event last night when this one came out... so didn't try for a third . TFTC (2893)
Quick find and sign on a wee detour to the Margaret Mahy playground this afternoon. Had guessed the rough gz as come here quite a bit as Mrs TGs folks live a very short walk away. Good coords. Cheers.
Arrived to quite a dark spooky park. Luckily I had my trusty torch. Spotted some folk with torches at GZ.
Intrigued to find the FastFrames in this neck of the woods. To a background commentary of junior FastFrames "what I did on camp" we started our search. Took a bit of hunting, but eventually located for a Joint FTF.
