How on earth did you circumnavigate the fence!!!!!!??? Think I can see it but no ah can get it!
Hmmm, had to navigate through temporary fencing to get to this one was I wan NOT to be denied,,,,, smelly but no mozzies!!!
Today was a massive day of caching for Kagers17!! We walked from Perth to Fremantle which took 9.5 hours (after all the stopping to hunt for caches)! We even managed to knock over our 400th find along the way!! Unfortunately being Australia Day a lot of caches remained unattempted as the muggle population was extremely high everywhere! But a great day was had!!
after a quick water break nearby we headed to the smelly area and made a quick find... well Mr Kager17 made the find, apparently I am vertically challenged sometimes haha. The TB was not here though.

duck 43, I found your cache Lucky Bay dry and healthy . SL TFTH. Image shows: Lucky Bay – GZ!
Continuing our geodrive along the river on this beautiful New Years Eve, cleaning up recently published caches. I have great memories of the previous cache, indeed bringing an overseas visitor here once, to show them the cream of Perth caches.
Anyway, this cache eluded us for a while..... Until I investigated... and found! TFTC duck 43, another good one in this spot!

All these new duck ones looked like we had been here before, and yes again we had. This one was a bit smelly and I was relieved to hear her claim of "found it".
Another darstadly hide Mr Duck 43

Ok out for an evening stroll by the river. Another clever duck hide our first for these holidays. TFTC
Cruising along the river with PommieParkin2 and Maccasreps we continued on our duck hunt. It was quite smelly here for some reason but this did not deter us. Not many hiding places but that did not mean it was easy. Finally I found the tricky little thing by feel, having the right attribute did help though.
I can't believe we found 24ducks! Certainly my record duck hunt and not a single Ducky DNF. Made a good dent in them but still have plenty more to do. We had 37 that neither of us had done but duck hunting is not a quick game and the rest will wait for another day.
The only down side was somewhere along the river on the hunt I lost my wonderful lucky 'leki' walking stick. Would love it returned if anyone finds it as its took me ages to find one that goes up to my height.
TFTC Duck43 tricky one this one.

Not fair. Uncle Tom refused to hoist ME up on his shoulders so I really did not have a chance at this one. TFTC
With the bicycle on tour. Slowly we know that the caches from duck 43 are really special. This was a great hidden. You make supercaches - we are happy. Here we look very long and nearly we want to give up, but we have luck, at least we find it. Phantastic!!!! We give a big favourite point.
Thank you for those caches the Moorhelmis

After finding a recent challenge cache nearby I couldn't resist the urge to keep wandering and find a few more caches. I decided to head towards the river and follow the bike trail south west. Being a newbie to W.A caches (I'm from Adelaide and have yet to cache hear) I was unsure as to the W.A. style of hiding. Soon enough though I was into my grove and had a few caches under my belt. However, given the late nature of the afternoon I had to head home for tea. Hopefully though, there will be plenty more find to be had on this trip.

One of three Duck caches I couldn't find yesterday afternoon. Will be back for another attempt.
Out for a morning run but not having too much luck with caches this morning. I arrived at this one expecting another DNF. I stood back and had a look for anything out of the ordinary and spotted it.
I am not sure if this one is hidden in the original location because it looks as thought it has been designed to fit somewhere else and it was a bit too easy for a duck43 hide but I'll take the smiley anyway.

As is so normal for duck43 caches, it's just worth looking for something outstanding. Great little hide Sir Duck.
Thank you for the cache, it was a nice find during a beautiful day in Perth.
Greetings from Finland!

As always another great Duck cache:) catching up on ones I haven't found while I'm in town. TFTC Duck 43, and as always another FP
A great little find while babysitting geo teens uninterested in the footy final, niceone for taller kids.
TFTC had some spare time so headed out with cravo10 to grab a couple of the newly published duck43 hides, which are always good exercise for the mind. Both were incredibly well made camo jobs, which would fool many a geocacher. One nearly did but we had the old phone a friend to help get us on the right track. Thanks duck for some good camo, add two more favs to the pile and I look, forward to finding your 100th hide which I'm sure is nit too far from the reviewers doorstep.
After visiting this sight on many occasions I was always focusing my attention to the wrong area and had the wrong idea of what I was expecting here. Truth is never expect you know what your looking for with the duck caches and you will then get lucky with cache in hand or at least u hope you do. Thanks again Duck another fav point.
On a big day out with McFonz and the Spatial One, South of the River, to pick up some puzzles we'd solved and then complete the day with another Duck run.
Whole mixture of great hides throughout the day with Duck excelling himself as we have all come to expect. We also got a little sidetracked, co-existing with other fun Geo location games. It all made for a great day out.
Thanks for all the Caches. Have a FAV point

Earlier in the week a plan was hatch along with McFonz and the Machman to head SoR to hunt down some puzzles we'd solved and then finish the day in Duck43 country.
After an early morning start we arrive at the first cache around 7:30am and found our last find around 4:30pm. For me it was 26 finds and 2 dnfs. Pretty good going considering the quality of hides.
A great day of geocaching (plus the odd munzee and flagstack). Thanks to the CO's for some very inventive puzzles and hides.
A very quick find here for a Duck43 cache. Lucky as the smell isn't the best. TFTC.

Was out and about with Spatialriq and Machman for a day of GeoMunStacking. After an early morning pick up (about 0700 - hey, I am on two weeks off at the moment) we set out heading south of the river to see how many we could manage.
Most of the finds today went to either Riq or Machman and I only managed to come out with two or three finds for the crew as we went. All of the caches were in good condition.
Spotted this one in its hidey spot by chance. Replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache Duck 43
Cheers

TFTC duck43 Found the cache while out caching with Lazarus and Hhheddy who made the find before me. I was only centimetres from grabbing it.
Found the cache while out caching with Lazarus and Dezzabills. This was a quick find after the last visit many thanks for the cache.
Having done some Duck caches earlier in the day we had another opportunity so headed over. A look around had us thinking and then some different thinking had us looking some more and came up with the different hide. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Back up this way today with Mr Jackylegs44 (poor Anja had to stay home and study while we came out to play in duck country, lucky us!) Didn't take too long to find this one, by me for a change, and in a spot that he was too squeamish to explore - what a whooze!! Thanks duck 43
Out for a day caching with a great team partner, happy to see the weather held off just for us.tftc, sl,tnln.
On a mission to find the duck caches that have popped up since our last visit to the area, this was another spot previously visited & although not the nicest of locations we were shocked to see that the previous hide was no longer... It was one of our all time fave duck hides
Anyway we got stuck into hunting whilst the kids took to the gym equipment not far away... Must have been there for god knows how long before I spotted something that could possibly be it Problem was that a muggle kid had decided to drive his remote control car right where we were & seemed to be happy driving the car at our feet When I called our kids to come over, he quickly left the area
TFTC duck 43 We then were able to retrieve the cache & sign the log before placing it back in it's spot (We are not too sure if it is sitting how it should be? But it will be safe in it's current position).

Finally got lucky here. I thought that might have been "it" on my last visit but didn't dare try. Turns out it was "it"!!!! Apparently there is a Pokemon gym nearby so double bonus for our family. Thanks Mr Duck, another goody.
AusLoron and I started searching the usual suspects around GZ. Then I stepped back and saw something in the corner of my eye. Thanks for the cache
A quick find if you step back and have a look (and are six feet tall...)
Elrin and I out today filling in the gaps on our duck run

Wasn't sure what I had just touched, quickly withdrew my hand and then had another gentle feel. Ah, the cache. Brilliant.
After geo-hubby had finished his visit to the dentist we decided on grabbing a few finds on our way home. A slight detour into Applecross area in search of some much anticipated duck 43 hides which are always a highlight. Another location we had visited some time ago to log another duck 43 find. This one had us going for a while before we came across the hide. Thanks duck 43
22654 found
Accompanied with iluvtrekking for the day, I am so enjoyed company with them and their geodog Sally.
Wow enjoyed challenge with "Duck43" - luck someone is tall than me to reach the cache. Fav from me. [^][^]
Thanks for organising the cache, duck 43

Found while out duck hunting with Everlasting. Thanks for a great cache duck43 this was quite a challenge and all the time we were half expecting to get accosted by some irate Muggle.
Third time back to this one. Searched everything I searched before and then thought there is one spot I haven't checked yet but was unable to get my fingers in there. Lucky for me miss 14 has two weekend jobs: netball umpiring and a paper round. Also lucky for me she is terrible at putting things away so I was able to use something of hers to assist with the retrieval. Log signed and put back as found. Can see how easily missed on my previous efforts Tftc
Took a while to find this one ... eventually resorted to PAF for a hint - something I don't often do. Had a bit of trouble replacing the cache and was accosted by a muggle just as I got it into place. Had a little bit of an altercation with the muggle before we both went our own ways.
Tricky hide this one, both to find and replace.
SL. Thanks for the hide Duck

Another tricky hide, this one was right up geohubbies alley. TFTC duck 43 this is find number 1113 for us.
This was a lucky visit for me today. There was no bad smell whatsoever, the area was largely deserted and I managed to glimpse the cache after only a few minutes. Thanks for the cache duck 43.
Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks duck 43 for placing this cache.

Found with Maccamob and Micaparamedic. I so should have gotten this one much quicker than I did, given that I have one almost identical, after I first saw the idea in Adelaide many years ago.
Found by Mary & David, in convoy with Alansee and micaparamedic (logged as ACMPMM), at 1230. Wind surfers out on the water, and lots of people enjoying the sun. GZ was clear though. We quickly eliminated the more obvious spots , then caught a glimpse of something. Investigation revealed the cache, hidden in a way we've seen a few times now. Our thanks to duck 43.
This was my destination cache this morning on my early morning WA Day bike ride. Very few people about this morning, maybe because it's a public holiday and maybe because it was a cold morning. Made my search conditions better. Found it after a short search. I too hope the covering lasts. Replaced as found. Thanks for the cache duck_43. Only one more of your current/active caches to find: The Sump (which I have unsuccessfully searched for).
Yay! Found after stepping up a wider search effort, plus hint from previous finder; as my previous visits in vain too focused on one corner or approach. Was simple in the end, albeit unexpected precarious place; sure hope the container's covering endures elements. TFTC
Found on a rushed caching trip with miss-placed & gabs1963. Very nice hide. TFTC duck43
Just when I think I have nailed all of the current Duck_43 finds, another replacement cache pops up, not that I'm complaining. Arrived early prepared for a long search. Surveyed the scene and was immensely short of ideas. Poked and prodded for a while before finally touching something odd. The cache, what else. Thanks Duck for continuing to test our caching skills. Tftc!
I was in the area today and decided to try tackle this cache. I saw this cache published a few days/weeks ago, but I was unable to come out and try get FTF. Coordinates had me searching on both sides of the fence. I searched each side of the building, but still I found nothing. I was thinking of giving up when, I don't know why, but I decided to check a spot where no-one would put a cache... or so I thought. Wow, a very counter-intuitive hide.
duck 43, I found your cache ‘Lucky Bay’ today. It was the First find of five finds with zero DNF’s and brings my total count to 499. The cache was found in a good condition so I signed the log book and replaced it as I found it. Thanks for the hide.

Arrived with ooh yeh and straight up nearly threw up with the smell.
Unfortunately we didn't find the cache for quite some time but once found we were extremely happy to sign the log and high tail it out of there.
Turns out this cache is easy but not

Headed out once again with Skippy 46 to grab a few more caches. Well after spending ages finding the Melville Footy Club cache we headed over to this one. Im sure we spent at least 45 minutes searching and we were well and truly ready to log a DNF when we decided to check one last spot. Very sneaky hide. Another fav point from me TFTC duck 43

Came by today with chwiliwr and our granddaughter. Found yonnie33 searching GZ so joined him.
Eventually we found a well concealed cache.
Log signed and cache returned as found.

Convinced he-who-hates-geocaching to come out with me as a mother's day treat. Hunted around on both sides of the fence but no luck. One for another day.

This wasn't quite what I was expecting.....This cache took me quite some time to locate, mostly because I was expecting something else. Perseverance is required. If you think you have tried something, try again. A hide that is outside of the Duck norm, yet at the same time challenging as others. TFTC.

Saw this get published, and with it being a new month I needed an FTF to keep my monthly streak going. That was all the reason I needed to go out and get this. Arrived at GZ about 11:25 pm. Luckily there was no one else in sight, so I started my search unhindered. And my search went on, and on, and on! My GPS kept pointing me to somewhere that didn't look likely to contain a cache. After a good half an hour I was tempted to give up. Decided instead to take a break and walked towards the river to take in the wonderful night-time view. After a few minutes break I started to walk back towards GZ, when I realised that the whole area wasn't actually fenced off...duh! So I started to search again, this time on the other side of the fence. After a bit of a search I eventually had the cache in hand, some 45 minutes after starting my search! Signed the blank log (yay!) and replaced the cache.
Thank you, Sir Duck. Your caches are so incredible. Even something as simple as this was so expertly hidden, that it drove me crazy trying to find it in the darkness of the night. Fittingly enough, this is my 700th find. I am glad that it was one of your caches, as they have been such fun to find. A definite favourite due to the mini-milestone and how expertly hidden the cache was, TFTC .
