Great hide. Lots of loot to swap. We just enjoyed looking. Miss 3 jumped when we opened the container with the log! TFTC
We decided to head to Maitland for an overnight stay, left the caravan behind & booked into a local hotel.
We spent the whole day caching in the area, this proved quiet a good way to do some sightseeing.
Many great caches were found, some very tricky, in some wonderful locations.

We have headed south a few weeks early to have a little holiday prior to attending the Oz Geomuster Mega event. After spending a few days in Sydney we headed up to the Hunter Valley wine region for a a short time but today is our last day in the area, so we made the best of it while we could 
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.

Great cache, just arrived from Canada two days ago. At home we are still waiting for the birds to return. Beautiful spot for a morning hike. TFTC!!!

I enjoyed a nice quiet walk through this area while waiting for a mate to knock off work. It's great to see a decent sized cache kicking around. Tftc
A great day for a walk through this area. Found with MeAndMyMinions256 and her geokids who loved the stash took a while to decide what we were going to swap. TFTC
WOW! what a stash. we ended up swapping quite a few trades because my minions could decide. we swapped a yoda card and r2d2 hanging toy and a little frog and we picked out a pink turtle for miss minion 6 who was at school. we left an assortment of items some include a bee magnet, poker chips, shopkin. This would have to be one of the kids favorites. We might even bring Miss 6 back one day with another handful of trades. On our way home we stopped at spotlight to stock up on some more things to leave as trades. We do love a good party section!!
A quickish find after Mr C decided a container of this size would not fit in the hole where he stuck his hand and got a thorn in it. Ouch. Cache was located quick smart after that but its lucky it hasn't been used as a launching ramp by the bike riders. You would have to be there to see why. SL. Left an old penny and took a little black critter. Thanks brodie Family

Checked up on this one today. It was hidden great and no water damage. Still had a decent amount of treasure in it but I topped it up anyway. Thanks to all the Cachers for looking after it.

Found this morning while caching with nellc. Had an early start to try and beat some of the heat. Was a nice walk from Parrot Hollow and a good hide.

Off for some Father's Day caching today, we decided to do a mixed bag of caches around Maitland. We augmented the team today with Mum737, so we had *much* better rations and more eyes to search....
We ended up with 7 finds for the day, not bad considering some significant walking (carrying) with our nearly 4 year old. Great caches around here, we've awarded over 50% of them FPs....
After a nice walk along a concrete path, and a quick detour along some dirt, GZ came into view. Coords spot on, well done. A well stocked cache too, the logbook nice and dry in its sub-container also. Thanks Brodie Family.....

A little frog jumped out at me when I was uncovering the camo. This made me really jump when I saw fluffy. So much loot to swap in there. A real treasure trove. TFTC

We decided to go for an afternoon of caching around the Maitland area today to finish off the caches we needed to get in the area & to get out of the house on this sunny day before going back to work tomorrow from our long weekend. We parked on the main road & walked down the path. We grabbed the nearby cache " Parrot Hollow" then down to this one. A nice quick find was made. We are glad that "Fluffy" & her babies are not real. Nice to see some caches with some thought put into them. We signed the log & replaced. TFTC
Heading to sydney tomorrow so wanted to take a heap of trackables there but want to log them in maitland first..so your cache was ideal..many thanks for the cache ..but fluffy didn't want to shake hands lol
A nice walk through the bush although I did encounter a very large red belly on the way to GZ which made Fluffy seem all the more friendlier in comparison. The cache is full of swaps, thanks for placing this interesting little cache.
Last night council sold this land to the Catholic Church of Maitland for $6.5 million. It looks like they will be building a private school. Sad to hear this so go and enjoy the bush and bird life while it's still there.
After work I went and parked close to Parrot Hollow. Well I parked on the road and walked up. Though I could have driven closer as during my time here I saw at least five car drive past, behind the houses. After a failed search I decided to come down to this cache. I missed the turn off and had to back track a bit to get in. Looks like a busy area, but it was deserted for me, so I happily found the fun cache and was on my way.

Got cockey here and turned the the gps off thinking I could find it quickly but turns out I overshot the mark here but quickly had the cache in hand. Lots of effort has gone in here and a favourite point for me. Tftc.

This is a pleasant piece of bushland now surrounded by suburbia. I hope it stays that way for a long time and good luck to those lucky enough to live nearby.
My GPS and the well worn trail took me right there to GZ and after a few circumnavigations of the site the hiding place was discovered. But Fluffy wasn't home, must have been eaten by the arachnids which seemed plentiful. Nice one Brodies!

Tracked this one down after finding Parrots Hollow with the geo-pooch. Geocachers were out in force today as I bumped into aussieben and MrsMayers on the way! Nice little patch of bush and this should be a nice cache for the little geocachers. TFTC!
**FTF** seen this come through after i had pulled up for parrots hollow and it was closer so i decided to do it on the way. I found the cache nice and easy. I hope nobody is scared of spiders. I took the trackable and made my way to the next cache. I like this cache because it shows a little bit of effort can make a huge difference to a sistema container. Favorite point from me.
