After days of the flu or whatever, it was lovely to be out. A FTF had popped up nearby which finally enticed me over this way. Only in Australia, this kangaroo would not get off the road and escorted me all the way to the cache. Thanks for your cache NoonaBRegards kbucky
Thanks. I live and work in the area, but have never stopped on this corner. A lovely view.
Out and about on a rainy windy Sunday doing some local caches, what a great spot with a great view tftc
Beautiful weekend weather calls for a day of geocaching trying to reach our goal of 200 finds with 30 left to find before we reach that goal this was our 7th find for the day this one was well worth the drive for these gorgeous views TFTC
We were up here last year after it snowed. Two of our grandkids and their mum and dad were living with us so we could help with child minding and remote learning. The school work went out the window when we realised it had snowed overnight in the Jeeralangs. The kids had a ball throwing snowballs and building snowmen. Far better than readn’, writn’ and arithmetic!
Out and about with Rebel Acts again, so many of the caches will be signed RASP.
For the first 6 years of our married life Mr SKI was the head teacher at Budgeree Primary School so this is an area we used to know quite well. It is also of the prettiest areas in Gippsland, full of productive farms that used to mainly be dairy. Now a lot of them have diversified and you can see beef cattle, alpacas and goats as well the large dairy herds. And of course the spuds! There are also pockets of native forest and plantation forest tucked away as you drive the mainly winding and hilly roads. Good for the soul.

I got a Message from Skipair with a suggestion of heading to the Mirboo North and Boolarra area to tackle the GRT trail, I had been looking at those for some time but My driving is very limited at the moment so its great to have friends to drive you around and chat with. We also did several other caches in the area, most of the trail was walked as I am unable to ride a bike after being hit by a truck. This is a beautiful area to visit with several great view locations and we certainly took a few roads that are less traveled today.
This is one of the caches we found on our travels. Some great views along the way to this one.
Logs signed as RASP
Thanks NoonaB for the cache.

ahomburg and I headed out this way today to see if we could find some previously solved puzzles and other trads between. Overall it was a successful day with no DNF’s. The variety of hides was great. Thanks for placing the cache NoonaB
A quick easy find with a panorama that would please anyone. When I first arrived in Churchill, Genghicat and I took a drive up here. Back then we had no caches stored and we ended up chatting with a local farmer. Today I return by myself but even with the summer heat the panorama is spectacular. Yellow seeds now top the green grass and in the distance smoke masks the land. Such a beautiful scene. I parked on the roadside and quickly located the cache. It is in good condition. Tftc
There were great views here, even though it was very cold and the rain could be seen in the distance. Thanks for the cache and for bringing us here.

Magnificent views from here! The rain stopped just long enough to make for a quick find and a photo.
Cheers NoonaB

Yeah... Found this one ages ago... Probably shoukd have logged it then what a view
Out for a day of caching and sightseeing with Biggles of Oz and Mrs Biggles. This was the seventh find of 16 for the day. This was a quick easy find by Mrs Pooky. Although it was a little misty the views were still sensational. TFTC and bringing us to this area as we probably would not have come up here had it not been for the cache.
The views are certainly rewarding although the Baw Baws were a bit obscured today due to the low cloud or fog that lingered in the valley. None-the-less it was still spectacular views which, like to CO, I would never tire of. (Incidentally the cache was found by my Pooky companions who were hell-bent on redeeming themselves after their, ahem, embarrassment with finding the "1,2,3,A,B,C Budgeree" cache.)

Favourite view of the day. The wind was blowing a gale and it felt like it was going to blown straight of the ridge. In this moment I don't think I would have particularly cared. Words can not give this place justice. I had to take a moment and suck in the fresh air. I never knew what geocaching was 3 months ago, but I sure glad I do now. Without it, I wouldn't have experienced surreal moments like this. I'm sure I could hear Jack Dawson's voice roll over the hills.. 'I'm the king of the world'... )) Thank you so much for bringing me here.
I have replaced the cache and log with a new, different container. This one should be a little more robust
# Congratulations#

On a drive wirh shane280 to introduce him to this game. A nice spring afternoon. This was our second cache, we parked a bit away and had a little walk. Found it quick as we rached GZ.
Found with taurus1955 and BentleyTB. Oh my. What a marvellous view of the area! TFTC
Following along from the last cache we read the description but, couldn't envisage walking that amount of distance between the two. Found with misschief18 and Bentley TB

Well if we thought the last view was anything then we were blown away by this spot... figuratively and almost literally by the wind. What a vista! I quickly plucked the container from its spot and MSL asked if that was ask there was to it. My response was that with a view like this, why would we need anything more?! Lovely spot. Thank you so much for the placement of this little hide NoonaB!
Kato Potato and I were out on a caching afternoon, child-free and quite buzzy about that fact. This cache was on our route back into Boolarra for lunch at the cafe there, and we thoroughly enjoyed cruising along the ridgeline because of that view! Worth bringing visitors out here for the drive....until you see the sad, bloodied wombat who'd chosen the wrong time to cross the road. In the end, we pulled up at a clear spot for hiding a cache and found the little fellow easily. This spot isn't about the cache, it's about that lookout. Thank you so much for bringing us here NoonaB.
Found it retrieved it signed it and replaced it. needed a cache to fill in a gap for the month.
A reasonable view today just a little bit hazey, I think it could get a bit breezy up here.
Thanks NoonaB FTC.

14/05/2016 - 4.10pm - No. 594 - 6th for the day - with dgfb33. Ok ... we drove past this one & had to double back ... I didn't remember what the name of if was so didn't realise we were on the correct road ... doh!!! Cache brought us to the view I wanted to take photos of but didn't ask the driver to stop. Another chance to sign directly under the first to find place. Thanks for the cache & to be able to sign such a new log.
200km trip for six caches this afternoon (yeah we managed to do some double backs because we altered our planned route a couple of times ). We even managed to catch up with a family member while we were out (about 100 km from home), she only lives about a km away but caught up with us on her way to a party hahaha.
