It is time for this one to go. It has been muggled many times. Thank you all for finding my cache in the past
Muggle partner needed me to take his gear and tools to his mother's in the Corolla while he rode his bike down
That was fine by me as it meant I could tow the trailer down with a washing machine for eldest son and also get some caches down that way on a day where I needed to find 6 caches
The best laid plans of mice and men/women
Had a late start due to a relaxing morning [^] before we left and I was also chatting to oldest son who had been called in to work unexpectedly and so after delivering the washing machine and then parking the trailer at muggle partner's mother's house[^], it was 7:15pm before I found my 1st cache
I found 4 in quick succession, then got distracted by muggle partner tracking me down as he'd left his smokes in the glovebox That used up another half an hour
Had a DNF on an easy cache and then finally found the last 2 caches that I needed to make 6 finds
However the final cache that I found is in a tree that has tiny needle like fibres in its seed pods and I started scratching and itching
Had a spare top to change into[^] but the jeans had prickles in too so Rex had a ball at the O'Sullivan's dog beach under a lovely moon while I scratched and scratched, although still laughing at his antics
Then as we drove back up from the beach to get the trailer and return home[|)], the Corolla's temperature gauge went above the redline[xx(] and then dropped back down again[?][xx(][xx(] and an orange engine warning light came on in the dash[xx(][xx(]
I crawled it back to muggle partner's mother's house about 11.30pm and then had to sleep the night there before muggle partner used his mother's car to drive Rex and I and the trailer back home the next day[:X]
Moral of the story: don't try and find 6 caches in one particular day, it's time consuming and expensive
DNF! Spent a good 3/4s an hour here looking and looking but I was tired and stressed for time: 2 things which often mean that I miss caches[|)]

Nice easy find and nice walk along the creek at the start of streak week. TFTC
One of my goals for this year is to fill in and many of the 83 calendar days that I am missing having found a puzzle cache. To date I have crossed out 32 days but missed 10, so I was to eager to cross off another required day today. [^] Unfortunately none are very close to home anymore and so I found myself traveling 40 kms to grab puzzles finds. Mind you I went further because I really wanted to get a couple of recently solved ones.
Having traveled all this way I thought i may as well grab another cache that I happened to be near! I actually found the hide pretty quickly thanks to the hint. Getting it out with my big fat mitts proved problematic. I nearby natural tool (a stick) was found and employed to lever it out. Signed and hidden I was on my way home.
**Thanks Lava12 for this cache. **

Had an appointment nearby and time to kill so went for the closest unfound hide. Quick find and extraction before signing the log and replacing. TFTC.

Me and My Mum went for a walk and found it. Nice way to make a walk more enjoyable.
After a raft of dnf it was great to find this one quickly nicely hidden away TFTC
Out with earthlight finding caches and trying to uncover more Hidden Creatures.

Nice weather for a bit of exercise. All quiet on the river bed and path today. Thanks Lava12 for the cache.
Decided I needed to go for a walk. It was way too hot today. If the heat keeps up will go home soon. Too hot for a kiwi here
A nice short stroll along a dry creek bed on a hot morning down here.
Cache in good order

Out for the day with Trail06.
37 degrees isn't going to stop us, just slow us down a lot.
We were amused by the Inr=ternational School of Music nearby.

Took trackable disk HHN06F and will deposit it in another cache after learning more about it. Thank you. Kids loved something from Germany
Nice camouflage, found it with mov1. I also saw my first ever track able, did not move it tho.
I headed out for a mountain bike ride in the sunshine along Christies ck and detoured to find a few caches. Find 5 of 5.

Don't know why we decided to grab this one at night... it's a tad creepy on this walking trail in the dark. Still, a quick find and a nice night for walking, even if it was a bit cold. TFTC
A nice walk along side the creek, startled a couple of lizards enjoying the first warmth for many months albeit it will be short lived, quick find for us today TFTC Lava12
1st find today on a new Sunday bike route. Early rain must be keeping the muggles away.

A short walk from the parked car and it was in hand.
Nearly sprung as I left G0 by a muggle walking her dog, only to be almost sprung again by the same muggle as I left the next cache. She gave me a strange sort of knowing smile and walked on.

We decided to take advantage of the beautiful autumn weather and spend some time caching down south. A quick find after a short walk. We wondered why some of the rocks had been painted - covering graffiti maybe? TFTC
**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I did in 2016. I cache with an assortment of cachers and never alone. So far in 2017 I have cached with Moneydork, Ride the GeoWalrus, Locus Cacher, Liz & Bruce and Team Zouk. I focused on logging 2016 SAGA eligible caches and did not log the others I have found and signed this year. In an interest to get completely caught up, I am logging my past finds in bulk. I still have work to do after this, as I need to locate my notes from all of my earthcaches, but once those are in, I should be very close to current. I appreciate all the effort you go through to create and place your hides and do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my once pleasant logs. Cheers!
Interesting walk - wouldn't want to wander through here after dark. This suburb was vibrant when I was a kid. Covered up carefully so it's not too obvious.
We parked on Kentwood Road and enjoyed the short stroll to this cache. The container was a little bit exposed, so covered it over a bit better before leaving.
Is there anywhere in this slum of a suburb that doesn't get sprayed with graffiti? There was part of someones back fence that had fallen down, and people have have gone into the guys backyard and tagged the back of his shed!
Thanks Lava12.

Had fun geocaching today following the tracks around the southern suburbs on our. Bikes.
Brisal5 had to go off to a family event, but Owl still had some time to kill. Another stroll and another cache increased her exercise tally for the day.
First day off for awhile so taking the geodog out. Nice walk around here.....Ps don't tell her we are on the way to the vet!
found after the Halloween BBQ lunch and costume party event, found using my phone as I forgot my gps.
The first in today's run, and a nice way to start off the trip.
We were on the wrong side of the creek, but luckily it was mostly dry, and we made it across easily.

Indeed our first today, and yes the creek crossing was the first of many mistakes. Easily found though and a gorgeous location. Yet another unexplored area which turned out to be a hidden gem.

Couldn't spot it initially, but widened our search and was a few metres away from our device's GZ (and thankfully not in those rocks!). TFTC
A rainy day + the geodog needs a walk = caching! Explored the Christies Creek trail caches - a great little track to walk along, particularly as the creek was flowing well. The coords were a little off, and the geobride found this one - signed log
A nice quick find whilst caching down Morphet vale way. It was a beautiful sunny day accompanied with some good finds, nice to see so many caches along the river holding up well.

After dropping my car off for a service I had a few hours to kill so went for a stroll down Christies Creek to find a few geocaches. I thought the swollen creek a few days ago may have claimed this cache but nope there it was. TFTC Lava12.
A nice spot for a quick stroll near the creek.
We had the place to ourselves being a Monday & had no problems finding the cache.
Thanks for the hide Lava12
