Gotcha even though my GPS was all over the place. Out caching for my birthdayloving it TFTC
After camping the night at Storm King Dam we drove around to check out the other parts of the dam. Found the cache but the lid was broken and the contents of the cache was not pleasant. Unfortunately I didn’t have any form of replacement with me.

Still full of water so couldn’t sign the log which was like pulp! Owner maintenance required.
Out on a Sunday afternoon after finishing our chores. Chose this area just because.....
Back and forth at GZ - gps jumping all over the place. Thought it was a piece of rubbish - stepped over it quite a few times before I realised it was the cache. Log is more like paper MACHE
Thanks Granite Belt Cachers

Was an easy find with my brother and dad, also our first geocache found, was also full of water but fun either way!
Thanks for the cache! It is very water logged so was unable to sign the log, picture for proof
Out and about Stanthorpe and around Stanthorpe district while visiting from Brisbane for a few days. Thank you to all CO's for placing these caches in these locations. Really enjoyed the time travelling around the countryside and town. Found cache and signed log. TFTC
We both walked past this cache before spotting it. Unfortunately it is dripping wet.. squeezed the water out as best we could from the paper. TFT unique hide!
Heading the long way home after an awesome Girraween weekend. Found with NutCacheBNE
Exploring the Granite Belt for one week. Hiked up to Castle Rock, the Sphinx and Turtle Rockt and continued caching in the afternoon on our way back to Stanthorpe. The cache was soaked und very difficult to sign. Tftc Granite Belt
We overshot this one at first so had to walk back along the road for a little while. The container was easy to spot but Mr Herbz didn't realise that it was next to a cobblers peg plant which took the opportunity to liberally cover his fleece with the little blighters. Log book is a bit damp but serviceable. Our last cache of the day. TFTC
Spending an amazing week in the area. After the recent rain, it is beautiful and lush. I have never seen so much water around. TFTC.
It’s some years since I beadled around the Stanthorpe region and the promise of a temperate climate and low humidity drew me here. Lots of caches, cheese, jam, wineries, truffles, happy hour, awesome scenery, you get the picture Even managed to convert a muggle to our evil ways Lots of fun!
All is fine with this cache

It has felt like forver since Mrs Woodyrothwell and I have found ourselves in country roads without a sole around. Normally our kids are ringing us with questions like:
A) Does the mile from the shops come from regular cows
B) If I put too much washing liquid in the washing machine will it blow up?
C) You said something about money growing on trees, so can I get some?
I can see why we were enjoying the peace and quiet. tftc

Staying at the nearby caravan park,we decided to target this series. This was the last one on our list and another easy find. Thanks Granite Belt Cachers for putting in the effort to set up this series of caches. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
Staying at caravan park on Dam so went for a drive today to get the ones we hadn’t already got on walks.
Moved up here from Girrawen National Park this morning in search of caches and souvenirs. Parked the van and after morning tea set off around the lake in search of caches. This wasn't too far from where we are camped so it was a quick park and grab. Thanks for placing this series of caches for us to find Granite Belt Cachers. TNLN SL. Logs are sometimes signed as SG if appropriate according to space avaiable.
We have returned to Stanthorpe to visit our friends Team Robbins before we continue on our adventures north. We still have many caches to find around this beautiful part of Queensland and with the weather being so perfect we set out to find a few. This is one of several we found today.
thanks Granite Belt Cachers

Cache soggy inside. Didn’t have a spare bag for log bog. Will need maintenance. Great hide
Continuing our little loop around the dam this was the next stop. A short search had us with the hide and a slightly damp log book. We were able to sign our names and return it all to its place. TFTC Granite Belt Cachers
Finally got a chance to head to Stanthorpe with my Geodog Scruffy and fill in a few gaps ...
All Good .. TFTC ..

Yes, a fairly easy find after first staggering accross the road. The log was damp, but managed to inscribe our name. TFTC.
After believing the gps and blindly following the arrow and getting nowhere fast I let the 'geocacher's instinct' take over and hey presto a easy find in the end. The log is quite damp but still able to be signed. Thanks
TFTC a good find especially when we were going in two directions. Log found in damp order
While visiting the Stanthorpe area for the Johnny Cash Music Festival and to catch up with friends we took this drive out this way today to show our muggle friend travelling with us the beautiful countryside. The fact that there were a few caches to find only enhanced the day. Thanks Granite Belt Cachers and cheers!
Parked up opposite this cache but unfortunately the log is soaking wet. TFTC Granite Belt Cachers
We have just passed over a bridge, where we decided to give the geocache a miss since there is a muggle fishing right near GZ. So it was onto this one, where we made a quick find and added another gatekeeper to our list.
Thanks Granite Belt Cachers,

I am in town for the week-end to go to a friends 30th Birthday party.
And then it turned into an engagement party.
So after a long night I eventually got my act together and headed out to find a few caches. [^]
I headed out this way and found this one quickly.
Thanks for the cache.
