### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there NorthEastCMA,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Drove up to have a look at Hume Weir with BettyBoo3747 (and some caching of course!)
A nice short walk in this park, a bit soggy, but not as wet as the cache!
This definitely need some TLC.
Thanks, Robmc.

#20385. A dry morning sort of. and we needed a few types of caches so we decided to head off to Wodonga and look at the Hume Weir and find a cache or two. We made it home just in time before t he storm hit this afternoon. An interesting assortment found today.
A tad damp in certain spots along the track today. The cache was quickly found and is in urgent need of replacement. Photo provided and will log a needs maintenance as well.
Thanks NorthEastCMA

Beautiful day for a walk with the Grandchildren and found a cache. Thankyou unfortunately it is very wet so we couldn't fill in the log
Very soggy loggy! Can't sign it. Cache needs some love please . On plus side we saw a nesting box no. 13 and sun has finally come out after heavy rain.
Parked nearby and walked out to this one. The bull ant (as ive always called them) occupy the paths making it a little daunting to walk along. The cache was soon in hand. On my way back to the car I was a big brown snake slither off the path. arrgggggg!!!
Found it and it was a bit of a challenge be careful of the ants they bite as well as the snakes!!!
Heading out for a walk so took the opportunity to stop and grab this finds along the way. Nice to see the sun and enjoy this little park area.
A quick find at GZ.
Thanks NorthEastCMA for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

Nice trail. I was distracted by the nest in the tree and started looking in the wrong spot. Got it eventually. Thanks.
The polar bear is looking a little worse for wear but I’ll reunite him with his tag and give him a cleanup
Out and about on this cloudy Saturday just because we can! We have managed a variety of caches in a variety of places in the NE of Victoria today. Now travelling from Yackandandah to Wodonga and saw this cache nearby. A short detour from the main road and a walk in the Stringybark Reserve. No need to worry about snakes or furry creatures, but Mrs Harrowang did have an encounter with some biting ants . We got to GZ and their bites alerted her to the fact that her socks were covered in ants. It took some time to extricate them off her socks and shoes as well as her jeans, but that done it was time to SL at 2.5m Left: a furry polar bear TB to seek some further adventures in these parts. #7107 TFTC - but not the ants NorthEastCMA
Sunday afternoon geocaching. Boyfriend not boyfriend found this one, nicely hidden!
For those Cache Owners unaware, Catnap777 & OZREG have formed a team under Geocache Guideline:
1.17. Merge accounts.
This allows logging of old finds under the new account with Username of TeamOZCAT.
Please contact if you have any queries.
"The truth is out there, and so are many more caches"
Cheers from Karen and Reg.

Thanks for bringing me to a nice little reserve and haven for our native critters. Cache in good condition. Tftc NE CMA
Found on a warm summer day for a drive with The Drovers to collect more Leap Day finds.
The mission was aimed at finding at least 20 and we just succeeded, thankfully.
Now I have more than 29 finds on 29/02 for a challenge cache in the US.
We had a great day roaming around the Albury area.
Cache condition is OK/good.
Thanks for the cache,
**Roostaman**

With a couple of puzzles solved, we headed to Albury/Wodonga with Roostaman
to see how many we could pick up. It was a nice sunny day, perfect for caching.
Thanks to all the CO's - all caches were found in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, NorthEastCMA, for us and others to find.
Found by A&J easy find, the GPS wasn’t really cooperating and then J pointed out the obvious find
Quick, simple find. Nice surroundings. Loved the walk. The birds also sang some songs. TFTF.
P.s. the log/notebook is feeling a bit damp.

As it is school holidays, the juniors were getting cabin fever so we decided to go for a cache walk. We didn't know that this reserve was here. I think we went the long way to the cache but then found that we didn't need to retrace our steps and went the quick way back. At the GZ Little Miss E found the treasure. Thanks for the cache.
A nice little walk after school pick up.. cache found, log signed and returned as found.
Nice intro to a natural environment I drive by so often. The suburban landscape is starting to dominate - lucky local population has a nice backyard. TFTC
Grass is getting a bit long to fossick with kids disappointed couldn't find it as the baranduda preschool children were interested in this.
