After a run of dnf's, it was great to finally get our hands on one.Matagouri did the searching while I stayed on muggle watch.Thanks for putting this here

In Tauranga with rattll on a fine Saturday morning. After a trio of DNFs, we were keen to make a find for today. Soon discovered the cache container, but not as per the hint. I'd missed it on the first sweep, cos the angle was wrong, and I was looking for something else. Only when I looked from a different angle did I suddenly spot it. Soon retrieved. All well in the container. Signed, and returned as found. Tftc!

I looked all around the bridge and still couldn't find it.I spent 25 minutes trying but still no sign of it.It was getting late so I had to log a DNF.

This is my fourth geocaching excursion to **beautiful New Zealand**!
Due to Covid [xx(] I had to wait for 3 long years to again return to my beloved [:X] Middle-Earth.
This time its a road trip enduring for 26 days, covering both North- and South-Island.
The focus is on visiting old treasures, highly favourited caches [^] as well as rare D/T-combinations to complete the matrix .
This geo-treasure contributed to the finds of today. Cool! [^]

We were pleased to make a nice quick find of this one today but unfortunately couldn't gain access to the log due to a piece of swag being jammed beside the inner container.
We tried to get it loose but didn't have quite the right tools.
We have taken a photo as proof of the find if needed.
This is such a lovely area and we are really enjoying our walk today.

My down fall was only to be spotted!. Nice to meet you McJandals across the road!

Was concerned that Badger may not be around....due to the presence of several traps...plus signs of recent and ongoing construction of handrails!
But when I got down and dirty and looked a certain way all was revealed!
Been keen to explore these wetlands for some time...and totally I finally made a start!

Taking the opporunity on QB W/end to get out and about on our bikes in our local back yard. It was Sunday, everything looking peaceful as we went ahead with our caching, grateful to be able enjoy our sport again. We were a bit bemused by the description, but in the event we had an easy find and can report that the cache is all good. Delighted to find we could even fit in a travel bug. TFTC

Our geocaching mojo is coming back,Little One made short work of this, didn’t give Mr and Mrs a look in!
