### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

Hi there BrightSparkes764,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond to this enquiry in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

A lot of the branches have been cleared a while ago. Given the number of happy smileys historically, I presume the cache is now missing. CO’s check-up required.
I found this geocache during a cycling weekend in Victoria.
I didn't cycle to teh geocache but did do a 142km bike ride through the Otway ranges and along the great ocean road, geocaching on my way to and then from there from South Australia.
Thanks for an amazing geocaching experiance.

A very pleasant summer’s day to be out and about prior to some upcoming minor surgery.
We started from the toilet block end and were rewarded with a very pleasant walk through the trees. From some of the logs I suspect the cache has had some muggle visitors but it remains in its hidey hole.

Our thanks to Stibarkes Family for the cache.

You found my first cache ever. Didn't write on the log. (Forgot my pen) but who cares, I found it. Yippeee
When I opened the cache discovered the log was no longer there so trudged back to the car and returned with a sheet of paper. Otherwise the cache was happily in its hiding place TFTC Stibarkes Family
It was an easy find, but there was no log inside it. It would be a nice spot if the weather was better.
Found it, but empty and scattered. Have replaced and refilled with natural treasure.
Firstly a heads up, if you have a fear of a certain 8 legged creature be aware that this may not be quite the one for you. I was the person in our team to find and throw the cache away. Hubby needed to retrieve and I just left.
In saying this is is a good cache.

We certainly did this the hard way. A creek crossing, thorns and laughs when we spotted the path. Whoops
A nice stroll along the riverbanks today
And at the appointed spot,
I found this cache ... hooray !!
I also found "A Small Town With A Big History 01" cache
Hidden 19/1/2017, but apparently never published ??

Found at 4:58 pm.
With another leap day upon us we had done lots of different caches types and sizes last leap day so this year I decided to attend lots of events and to also help me build up my CITO count. A lot of driving today but the weather was great and managed to get to all 7 events in the day that I planned to.
After the events on the way home there was suddenly road works so we got off the exit and took these nice back roads for a little while.
Parked nearby and braved the deep grass to have Fleabag make a nice quick find.
Thanks Stibarkes Family for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Spiffy- had many plans for leap day and attending as many events as possible was the key plan. His dedication saw him attend 7 events in 1 day.
Made a quick find here.

Headed here this morning for some caching relief. First on our list. Nice hide tftc
Ok, do NOT park out front of here! had no idea it consisted of mud, and got bogged (in a 4WD) half on the road, half in mud. Had to winch myself out. I still cannot get over that it was so muddy. I had no idea why I wasn't moving. I was like why the hell am I bogged here?
Oh! And the cache. Pleasant little walk after in a nice little town. Thanks for placing this.

TFTC. We had attended the Ballan Birthday Bash and were making our way home to Maryborough. We had planned our route via the back road to find as many of the caches along the way as possible.
A pleasant walk to GZ for a quick find.

Interesting history and thanks for showing us there is more to this little town. Found on a Sunday drive to St Anne's winery Christmas market. TFTC
Found it, as we were heading through Gordon we decided we should try to collect a smiley or two, this one was a pretty quick find once we worked out the best approach. The cache is in good condition. TFTC
Caching in my way home from a not to plan weekend.
Had to dodge bird photographers but spotted cache from path. As soon as it was clear I grabbed the cache, signed the log & rehidden. Then I was back on my way.

Just a bit of drizzle here as we came along, nice chance to walk through the countryside and off the main road through town. Found quite quickly and SL at 5:30pm. Numerous magpies poking about and plenty of frogs in full chorus! TFTC
Having camped at the chooknchunk's place the night before, Ilukaperi, her sister, my son Yeah09 and myself awoke reasonably early and after coffee, breakfast and packing up we hit the road by about 8:30am. Our goal for the weekend was to find 70 caches, but having only found 3 yesterday, we all thought that finding 67 today might be a tall order. Happy to say we achieved that, plus a few extra as well to give us a grand total of 70 for today and 3 yesterday.
The kids opted to stay in the car and play on their tablets while Ilukaperi and I went out in the rain to walk a few hundred meters in the rain to find this geocache. You work out who is the smartest of the two groups. Anyhow, we got some pretty rain on the way in, not enough to soak us, but enough to keep us cool on the walk. Cache was found easily, Thanks for the adventure.

After camping in Beaufort on chooknchunks farm; myself, Day1976, my sister Nakarra and Day's son Jo ventured out as team JIND in an effort to get to 70 caches today.
The kids stayed in the car while day1976 and I went to find this cache in the rain. I had my waterproof jacket on so I was fine. Day was the one who spotted the cache.

First time we've been to Gordon despite it being so close to home. What a lovely little town and walking track. Playground close by was good for the little ones. Such a beautiful place to visit in the autumn. Thanks for bringing us here

I've never been to the town of Gordon before as it has been bypassed by the freeway for as long as I can remember. Also in my glaring ignorance I thought that it was where the Gordon Institute of Technology (abbreviated to GIT) was situated. *How wrong was I?* I s'pose I'm a bit of a git for holding onto that gem of ignorance for so long! So the town of Gordon was named after the original land owner George Gordon, while GIT was so named in honour of General Charles George Gordon never set foot in Australia! Go figure. GIT is no more as it has morphed into Deakin now.

After packing up camp this morning, then having brunch at Beechworth Bakery, it is off home we go. We decided to take a different way home and see if we could collect some smiles on the way home. This is the first one that we stopped at and found. This is a lovely area on a beautiful day. Very interesting bluestone building on the high side of the track that would have had an awesome view over the large dam. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here.

Found while heading down to Melbourne for the weekend.
Well a trip that would normally take a little over 2.5 hours to do, today took a happy (and a little bit zig zaggy) 8.5 hours.
And a few more than 55 stops to grab the caches on my hit list. All ranging from micros up to larges.
With the day being a scorcher out on the game board ment that water was needed all the while. And plenty of sunscreen.
Thankfully with all the bark, logs, bushes and false tops moved to access caches no snakes were out, me thinks it was too hot for them today too.
All caches found were in good order, unless stated above.

On my way to Goolwa SA for a 7 Day Fishing trip with my brothers, decided to come a day earlier so I could do some caching of opposite side of city as I from Warragul. Sl thanks for the cache
A lovely little track past the ghosts of some old buildings and a seat to stop and contemplate life. Quick find at GZ. It is in good shape, just the barbed wire had us a bit worried.

After catching up with Claybol, Virbull and jtnsilo to finish off a nearby mystery cache, i headed east to find a few caches in the countryside while the Autumn weather was sunny and mild.
A great little spot to get out and take the geodog for a walk. Found the cache after bringing the wrong smartphone with me from the car which only has gps built into it and the offline maps were of not much help but eventually got my bearings and the meterage counted down to where i needed to be. Apple trees, old bluestone building without any roof, wetlands and drylands and an old park bench in front of an old oak tree. Looked for the yellow ribbon to tie, but found a yellow sign up the road instead. Think you can approach from either way.

I was really looking for a drink when I came into town so I was relieved to find the cafe in town was still open at 7pm. The name of the cafe was quite amusing too.
After quenching my thirst and having my wallet made a bit lighter with the cost of the drinks I made my way down the little track to find this little guy.
A nice easy find so my name was quickly in the log book and all returned as found.
