I’ve accused the Southlanders of rehiding this too well, however having had a chat with them later I discovered that they had put it back exactly where they found it which was also the spot that I had thought was the most likely hiding spot. I’m fairly sure that it has been muggled. ️
Had fun finding this cache with Hal2929 tonight as we found time for a few caches between playing bridge and having something to eat tonight. thanks to Billelle for creating and to Kimbathelion for maintianing
It's getting really chilly now, but our adventures are not complete! Glad there is still a bit of light to spot this one. TFTC!
Found in the dark with the help of a previous finder who guided us to the right track which wasn’t showing on our maps.
Merlot and I had fortuitously met up with Alunb at a pub for a meal and drinks first, and even more fortuitously, he happened to be a previous finder! I don't think it would have been nearly such an easy find in the dark if it weren't for that. Tftc
I made this a bit harder than necessary taking the wrong track to begin with, but soon narrowed in with the GPS. Nice camo here, TFTC
Yay! 3rd time lucky for us and a very quick find. Amazing this time that the GPS took us straight to it. TFTC
Having a nice evening stroll to find a few caches.
I wondered how long this was going to take to find but it turned out to be pretty quick.
Thanks for putting this here for me to find

A good find, didn’t take long to locate, but my coordinates seemed a bit out. A new logbook is there now too by the looks.
Up around Taupo and BoP with Flowerydaze searching for PWGT and any others within easy reach. New area for us TFTC Billelle
On a short break from Kapiti with Talla64. Talla uttered the magic words "here it is" in no time - very quick find of the camoed cache. Thanks for the placement, nice hide.
Walked along from Taylor’s Reserve. No problem finding GZ. A casual wander around and a good eye for a Geo trail is all it took. This has been a well crafted container in the past. I love it’s rustic look now. Log book is damp and could probably do with a new bag when a new logbook is put in place. 6 places left on logbook. Gotta move… rain sweeping in from the Kaimais. TFTC
Definitely not an easy find as so many possibilities. I think luck was on our side today as we found it short order. Log is almost full.
Yes, we can! Delved in a few different spits until we spotted it. So many access ways down this end of the beach
Came over from Rotorua for the afternoon with Squirrel Nutcase and meet up with Philip.Perry and Fap from FapandGap do grab a few caches and clear out maps. Thanks for your placements caches all in good condition. Good to have previous finder with us today.
#12,426. A short walk in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty. Fortunately, GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a short search. The cache was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Came over from rotorua to look at a few things, once everything done we decided to grab a few caches, before we left the area.
We knew what we were looking for after finding a similar one today. Still did a bit of searching before locating.
Thanks for the cache

Long walk to get here. Spent twenty minutes but nothing. If this is easy ... time to retire. Definitely a needle in a haystack and one to put on the ignore list.
Thought I’d get in some caches today before the rain comes over. I stood where the coordinates took me, walked around then saw a little opening and there was the cache.
It took me a few minutes to find but came up with the treasure in the end. A lovely find while on my holiday in NZ. TFTC
we 'mooched' a bit, as advised by a previous cacher and came up with the goods. tftc
A wee walk with Warfi and Corunna Road, and a little bit of 'mooching' as suggested and cache was soon located, no habitat destroyed in the process. TFTC
No luck today didn't feel like destroying the habitat.
Will put on ignore list

Found as a part of a previous group TanjackMüley, aka WanderingSparrow. Now I'm continuing on my own. TFTC
Took about five minutes of poking around until we found it. Thank you for the needle in a haystack geocache.
This one got me frustrated trying to find it.
Got their in the end.
It was a lovely walk along the beach with the lady on a nice papamoa afternoon

Another find for us today, a little bit of a fossack about but soon had this one in hand. Bug free much to my delight. Quick sign and return to its hiding place. Tftc billelle
Scheint verschwunden. Wussten nach was wir suchen mussten, war dennoch unauffindbar.
Found on a hot day out with grandies. Disturbed lots of cockroaches. Great camo. Thanks for the cache.
Out and about in Papamoa today to round up a few of these caches - a very pleasant walk by the beach, no trouble locating the hide. TFTC
Took a while but we found it. Looks like someone has tried to pry open the can so there were 4 large and 1 small cockroach waiting inside as a special treat (NOT). TFTC
found it and was right where it should be. There were plenty of creepy crawlies, so my caching buddy Katbowersnz helped out!
#763 - Brought Taschynz to help me with this one, as for some reason I couldn't find it on my previous trip. But this time it was spotted pretty quickly. loads of cockroaches living in here be careful when opening if you dont like them TFTC
Nice find on a short trip away, we enjoyed the drive around.
Fairly quickly located today.

Enjoyed a day of caching around Papamoa. So many parks, walkways and plenty of beach to walk on. Managed 25 caches so will need to return for the others. Can looks like it’s been here a while! TFTC
On a lovely sunny day in B.O.P. so it's cache finding. Took a couple of minutes to locate this one as muggles came along the track from the beach. Cheers
I sat down to read the description of the cache and when I stood up and bent to pick up my keys I practically fell over the cache.
Find number 3880. I have a coffee date with my sister at the Arena Stadium at 3 pm as her youngest plays basketball. So I decided to clear as many caches out of Papamoa beforehand.
After finding caches in the housing area it was nice to head into the sand dunes. It was all quiet at GZ and thankfully I made a quick find. Signed and returned. Cache all good. Thank you for the placement.

Just remembered to add that a family of ants had moved into their new home - but not the biting type.
Went to log this cache and suddenly realised I no longer was wearing my glasses I retraced my steps and ther they were overlooking the GZ. TFTC
Finally a quick find! Love the camo of all these! Well done. Now for lunch. TFTC
It took a while for the GPS to settle. By now I suspected I was looking for a similarly disguised container and a similar weird location as previous finds from CO.

Needed the fresh air today and we sure found it! Hard area to search, but we knew what we were probably looking for, which made it easier. Cache is all good. TFTC
This one took a few minutes to locate as the undergrowth is so dense. Coords seemed to be good though - TFTC!
Nearing the end of my holiday back home in New Zealand. Spent a couple hours caching in Papamoa.
Yes I found you. No worries here.
Thanks for the cache

Since moving from New Zealand I have been enjoying the area, exploring and finding caches. I usually cache on my own but sometimes I will collect my nephew stinky bob and my brother stinky tom who both enjoy this hobby.
A big thanks goes out to all the cachers and cache owners without whom this lifestyle would not be possible.
The caches I’ve found in Australia so far have for the most part all been in great condition. Keep up the good work.

Out with Cats&Dragons on a late night - early morning cache run. Logs were signed MCCD but may have varied a bit as tiredness settled in. Thanks for placing this cache and giving us a reason to visit
I needed to come to Papamoa for work today and decided to take the opportunity to grab a few Geocachers that have popped up since my last visit to the area before heading home. I was stoked to make a quick find here as the weather was starting to look ominous. The can container was unique and cool. Thanks for adding a fun diversion during my day.
Yes, yes I can find you.... after ten minutes or so. Under growth is so dense. TFTC
We were on a mission today to get enough caches to qualify for the next souvenir. Had found one similar to this today. Great idea for this setup. Took us a few minutes to locate, but coordinates are good. SL. TFTC!
Awesome container, clever idea. Great cammo too. Didn't take too long to find. TFTC
A few things came together which meant I had an unexpected free day to go geocaching. The plan was to head up the coast starting a bit South from Pukehina and working my way up the coast before meeting up with Kiwis69 and 11HPG11 and focusing on a few caches around Tauranga. A fairly successful day was had with about 30 caches found, and only a couple of caches where we had to walk away from, so not really DNF's more like unable to search/extract. A big thanks to all the CO's of the caches which were found today.
Took a little bit to locate this hide, but got there in the end.

Teamed up with 11hpg11 for the day to find a few caches around here. Great company, really good caches & some lovely mid-winter sunshine made for a fab day out. Another nice quick find here. Thanks heaps for all the new placements around here, quality hides!
In Papamoa/Tauranga today to collect some caches and boost some numbers. Teamed up with Kiwis69 and we had a wonderful coffee before a nice drive over the Kaimais. A great day to be out and about after all that rain, the sun was shining, not many muggles and some lovely company.
Why yes we can! Could have taken longer but luckily went straight to it. Also neat to meet the CO later on at another cache. Well done on your nicely constructed caches! We enjoyed our time down this end of town.

Decided to wander around the beach and sand dunes this afternoon to pick up the rest of the caches along Papamoa Beach. I had a muggle sister wander along with me with her hula hoop doing her hooping tricks a few metres away from where ever I stopped to hunt. I must say it was a good cover/distraction for any other muggle passers by. Bit of a hunt here as I was looking in the wrong area for a while. Cool container, thanks for the cache
Took a while....but my muggle friend spotted it....Phew .
Nice camo tape ....
Thanks Bill...

It appears that we can find you.... at night under torchlight made it a tad more difficult but got there to tick off another dot day.
