Find No. 4799. Found with FUF009 at 1.35pmHeaded down to the Plane spotting area near Tullamarine for a surprise day out. After spending a couple of hours watching the planes come and go we decided to see if we could go and do the virtual at the Airport. Got that one done quickly then we left. Now it was off the the Woodlands area to grab two caches that we still had to do in the area. this being one of them.Back on 31st December 2022 we spent the day in the Woodlands riding our bicycles around and collecting all the caches, but never got to do these two.Seeing how we were back in the area, close by, we went and found them. Was amazed at all the kangaroos in the area and how most of them had Joeys.See one baby kangaroo jump into its mothers pouch then stuck its head out.Found this cache then off we walked to the next one.TFTC
Find # 16022Found with Tyred n CrankyHeaded down Melbourne way for a surprise day of plane spotting.Back on 31 Dec 2022 we spent a day and cycled around the Woodlands collecting all the caches there. But never got over to these ones... Now back in the area we decided a short stroll was in order and collected these ones in between plane spotting. We were amazed as to all the roos in the area. It's just like being back home. But these ones are a little smaller. TFTC UltimateGeoCacheTeam
Bit mouldy and torn but good. Here with Promontory collecting more fun caches! Yay.
A huge mob of kangaroos passed by as I signed my log. A nice peaceful area. TFTC W074
Taking a detour from the Woodlands series to walk over at a different wood and land. TFTC, SL at 15pm.
On secondment to Melbourne, Australia, combined with short holidays here and there. Day 44/74, Tuesday. After working remotely today from my AirBnB apartment in Keilor Downs, I drove to the Woodlands Historic Park in early evening. I enjoyed this visit SO MUCH! Well, except that it was really hot for a Finn, 33 degrees. Other than that, this was an amazing evening. First of all, I saw so many kangaroos! Between 100 and 150, easily. They were all over. I love the kangaroos!! Secondly, this geocache trail is GREAT! I found all the caches (ah, no, there was one DNF - but all the others) quickly. The coordinates were very good. All the caches were in great condition. I also appreciated the hints A LOT! So, 26 finds and 1 DNF today. I will definitely come back here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!Thanks for the cache and greetings from Vaasa, Finland! Logged with [GCDroid](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gcdroid).
Delivering people to the airport, I decided it was a good opportunity to grab caches before heading home. It was a perfect day for wandering through this park. I finished the 100 back in 2015 and today I could knock off a few newbies. Perfect peace and solitude, except for the mob of kangaroos constantly watching me. A nice find, thanks.
# 3021Found it lying on the ground away from the tree. There are teeth marks in it, looks like it was tested by some wildlife. We put back in where we think it should go. TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it
Out and about today coming back from Epping to get the Jetski serviced. Thought i'd stop in here for the day to start my journey on the Woodlands caches. Managed to tick off a good 20 or so before receiving the phone call to come back and pick the ski up again. Thanks for the caches, All looked to be in good working order and condition, unless otherwise stated.

Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **possibly** needs some attention. You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days,** so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.
#What you need to do:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache** - once checked, place an Owner Maintenance log and then enable the cache.
- **Place A Write Note Log** - indicating a date when you expect it will be restored.
- **Adopt Out or Archive** - depending on whether you want it kept or for it to disappear.
Full details for each of the above choices can be found at [**GEOCACHE MAINTENANCE**]( https://wiki.groundspeak.com/display/GEO/Victoria) on the Regional Policies page.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned. [xx(]
It would be far better if you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Loaded up the deadly treadly and headed off for another few hours at Woodlands.
Completed a small loop starting at the southern car park, and doing several eastern caches.
Found a few hollows, and heaps of bark, but no cache today.
Thanks, Robmc.

A nice little walk and a quick find here. Didn't see any parrots but there were hundreds of kangaroos around!

Found cache and log signed with dalerious on what was my first visit to this wonderful place.
It was a lovely ride around here, and it was lovely to see so many visitors to the area.
The grounds were beautiful and seeing the Thoroughbreds on our journey brought back memories of when I was in the industry as a strapper and owner.
The weather was wet at times, but that didn't hamper our plans.
Can't wait to get back and do it all again.

An extremely, easy, too easy and somewhat disappointing. In need of some maintenance and/or updating. The log is completely filled now, and so fragile. Unfortunately we didn't have our kit with us otherwise would have left a new one in its place.
A quiet little walk to a tiny little cache. Very well aged log book that is rapidly running out of space, but dry. No space to leave anything.
A lovely, sunny day for a scooter ride with spiffy-, to find more of the Woodlands series, chatting to numerous kangaroos along the way.
A small detour to visit a few caches on this side. The logbook is dry at the moment but appears to have been wet at one stage. Logbook is rather full too, but we managed to squeeze our names into a small gap.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, UltimateGeoCacheTeam

Found at 11:45 am.
Today the weather was finally a bit better so we had the scooters out to try and finish off this series today. Well for me anyway, OzHockeyChick still needs some in the fenced off area which was closed. Apart from one DNF I have now finished off the series in this great park.
Plenty of off track finds today and gladly had the off road based scooters as well otherwise we may have well of walked everywhere. Ah, fun times, headed off for ice cream celebration after finishing.
Thanks UltimateGeoCacheTeam for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Found during a nice walk in this area - the logbook nearly full and was wet. The cache needs to be replaced but still a nice area out there.
Kids are at school and I have this week off - let’s go caching. My plan is to do this series this week. Great clues and mostly easy finds. TFTC
TFTC, found after crossing the road from the Woodlands where we have been for the afternoon. A quick and easy find to be made.
Twenty-Fifth cache of the day. I am really enjoying caching in Greenvale. There is so much animal and bird life everywhere. A slice of bush in suburbia.
TFTC! And thanks for the beautiful day out. Looks like the nearby dam is a bit dry this time of year!
Rule #1 Sign the logbook in the geocache. Every geocache has got one and it’s just as important to sign the physical log as it is to post your log in the Geocaching app. Signing the geocache log validates your visit!
Please sign the log. No PEN/Pencil, Do Not Log as found.

Found by Team Ladava enjoying a little fresh air given the limitations of the ‘lockdown you have when you are let out of lockdown’.
We really enjoyed our stroll through the park with the bird sounds a large quantity of kangaroos around.
As we pulled up we watched a couple of fellows exercising their sled dogs with purpose-built scooters.
What a magnificent old tree that had adapted to being blown over.
Our thanks to UltimateGeoCacheTeam for the cache and bringing us to this location.

I found this geocache during a cycling weekend in Victoria.
I didn't cycle to teh geocache but did do a 142km bike ride through the Otway ranges and along the great ocean road, geocaching on my way to and then from there from South Australia.
Thanks for an amazing geocaching experiance.

Quick find nice treeOut walking in this wonderful park with Team Roberts and hunting some caches as we went. Wandered out of the Woodlands and over the road to hunt a couple of the caches here and what an interesting tree this is! Found the cache quickly, thanks to UltimateGeoCacheTeam for this one
Nice walk on a Saturday evening, geocaching was a good chance to explore the park. Nice easy find
I love these sorts of hides. Wondering who would ever normally venture off the path and how the spot was even discovered in the first place. Thanks for the hide and a lovely afternoon walk.
Our first chance to cache again after ?? weeks due to the covid-19 lockdown restrictions eased!
Such a beautiful day with the sun out and no wind and to be back in the forest again was fantastic++! It was with great pleasure that we found our first cache along this bush track. Good hiding spot and container that was well hidden. Saw a few kangaroos enjoying the day too.
TFTC UltimateGeoCacheTeam and bringing us here to this lovely part of the forest - much appreciated!
