Some people have logged on the 29th.
The event was the 28th, you might not get your souvenir.

28-Jan-18
Invited by Cache Thieves to come up the hill to this event. Any trip to Toowoomba to see the Grand-children needs no second thought. This one was a bonus.
Ran into an old Army mate and his lovely wife.
Met a few people whose caches I have found up there.

Thanks to Brother Colin for organising the event.

Third find of Day 3 of my Road Trip before my middle son’s eighteenth birthday. Tonight he and the youngest flew into the Gold Coast to join us.

This was the reason for my detour and a chance to meet the prolific Brother Colin who I had corresponded before. Lovely to meet you all and sorry to rush off, but my wife and dog were waiting not too patiently!?!

TFTC.

28-Jan-18
Thank you Colin for organising this event. My first time ever to attend an event and I really enjoyed myself. It was so lovely to meet so many like minded enthusiastic fellow geocachers all willing to give me as much information as I asked for with my crazy questions.

28-Jan-18
Thanks for organising yet another event at this location. The special Australian BBQ lunch deal was also great. Nice to catch up with old cacher friends and meet some new ones as well. Good company and good conversation. Looking forward to the next one. took some trackable to leave between St. George and Winton on my western adventure commencing on the 3rd of February 2018. Did not need the souvenir for this one as I went to Murgon on the 26th and received it up there again saying hi to BC at that event.
TFTE Brother Colin.

Thanks to Brother Colin for organising this event. Pity the staff couldn't understand English. Even though I don't get up Toowoomba too often I did recognise some names. It was a great surprise to run into Roaring Ford. Old Army mate and his lovely wife.

28-Jan-18
It is always nice to catch up with fellow Geocachers at an Event like this, it was great to meet some new friends and to with some old ones too. It is always good to be able to put a face to the names that we see in the logs and as COs.
Thanks for another Event Colin.

28-Jan-18
Thanks Brother Colin for organising this Australia Day event - it was great to catch up with cachers I knew as well as meet some others for the first time.

28-Jan-18
High-tailed it back from Murgon, home to Crowy for a highspeed shower then zoomed into Toowoomba for this event. I paused on entry to the venue as my membership card had expired and I suspect I will be needing it at least a few times this year for events such as this. Wink
What a nice turnout, it was great to catch up with cachers I know, and meet others I hadn't yet. Hmmm Australia Day 2018... I already have the souvenir from my event on Friday so can I have a second souvenir? I only need a few more for this silly challenge cache I signed down the side of the hill nearby... Razz
Thanks for the event, Brother Colin! Big Grin

28-Jan-18
