No joy today!
Maybe this cache has been muggled????
From the look of the “needs maintenance” maybe!

After a long rummage at the only thing at GZ, going to call time and log a DNF. Prior log said "T marks the spot", searched the entire bed as I assumed it may be covered in dry leaves. Despite a thorough rummage (which my wife would be most disappointed in me for jamming my hands in where spiders might be), I came up empty handed.
Already has an NM log, CO needs to check if container still there or needs replacing. Not found since May.

Me and my friends looked for about 10 mins but we did not find. Maybye been stolen.
Took a short drive south with Purrfect Di.
We had some business down in town, then escaped to the hills!
Passed the trees. Looked in the obvious spot.
Looked in the other spot.
Found your cache!

Thanks bokbok9 for this hide. Love to see trees in the middle of the road. Wonder if anyone has submitted a claim here of the tree jumped out in front of me
Decided to come for a drive up here to find a few caches that have appeared since my last visit and to stamp my name in a challenge cache not too far away. [^]
I love these big old trees.
Cache was found after a short search.
Thanks for the cache BokBok9.

Groundspeak wanted to start a streak at the end of August to get a souvenir. So I did. And despite having bugger all caches within 20 kms of home I am still on that streak. I am also trying to fill in each calendar day of the year with mystery caches and multi caches.[B)]
Today I needed to just find a cache and in doing so, continue the streak. Normally when you are going to drive 30 plus kilometers each way you may as well grab a few. But today it was raining and I trying to get ready to head to the Mega over the border so this was the only one for today.
Despite having a very small search area I totally missed the cache on my first sweep. So I sat and looked at the logs. The drizzle was getting heavier so I made a PAF to narrow down the search area. So I looked again over where I had already looked / felt and there it was. I am sure I had already tried there. Time to get out of the rain and head home.

TFTC. Beautiful and peaceful afternoon. Nice spot to sit and listen to the birds... and cars... and chainsaws.... and lawnmowers
Nice area. Had a bit of time out while looking for this one. Great area. TFTC! Caching with CrackedChelle
Attempting to get up to 1499 finds by the end of the day
Yeah, fair way from the trees GPS had us all over the place. The find was almost by chance in the end

A bit of a random night this evening, as I targeted the Deep Dark Ryobi Forest geocache after just recently acquiring the key TB. After that, it was just driving around with @gridge98 finding various caches around Hawthorndene and Blackwood. It was quite unexpected to see the many oldies in this area, and kept getting surprised by their years hidden away. A nice night with about 10 finds in the bank.
A great big tree just up the road indeed. Parked near GZ, and this one had us hunting around for a few minutes before making the find. The cache and contents were in good shape, thanks BokBok9.

A nice and easy find here.
Out the davidwazza for the evening to just do some local caching around Hawthorndene and Blackwood. We didn't realise the amount of oldies in the area either. A great night with about 10 finds in the bank.

Odd place for a cache, just thrown there, Ok. Thanks for the cache and placement Watch Out For That Tree! , BokBok9
Despite accurate coordinates it took a few minutes to locate this cache as we had made unjustified assumptions about the type of cache and possible hide locations. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks BokBok9 for the cache.
Adelaide trip March 2019. Day 3. My first day in Adelaide. This was a short trip from my home for the week. I have passed this tree before and it is fun to see it marked nearby by a cache.
Thanks.

I discovered yesterday that I had found 2975 caches so far this year. Hmmm - well - I better pull my finger out and find 25 more this year, to hit a nice 3000 - I doubt the opportunity will come again anytime soon! Luckily I'm in Adelaide at the moment, and there are truckloads of unfound caches here for me! - This was one of them! A nice cool 22 degrees this morning too! Now off to the next! Thanks BB9.
A quick find of a small cache packed with some interesting swag. Took the heart thingy and left some coin due to the caches size.

In my younger years I managed to dodge this tree on many many occasions. Some times on the opposite side.

Looks like the significant tree was saved years before they became protected by law [^].

After a message from the CO, I went and had another look for this Cache and found it with no problem - I must have just had a boy look last time!

Looked in the likely places but no cache was found. Could it have been muggles again? Or were erine14 and I too exhausted?
Spotted my brother and niece at the cache so got them to hand the log into the car to sign it. TFTC.
It appears the cache was muggled. It has been replaced this morning. Happy caching!
Sure there are trees in the middle of the road nearby
Big deal !!! [:o]
What about the cache ??
Where is the damn thing !! [:o]
I searched under every movable lump and couldn't find a mint tin

Watch Out For That Tree! has more than one meaning for some of us. My pet hate is with these trees is that they don't cut the " low limbs " off. The limbs are cut low enough for car people but trucks are 3.7 to 4 meters in height and literally have to drive on the wrong side of the road some times to avoid the branches ( some low branches are thicker than your leg ).
Found it in an obvious place due to good coordinates. Beautiful tree.
Thanks BokBok9 for the cache

Quick find on my way home from work. The cache wasn't where I expected it to be. TFTC
Mr Tardis has been past these trees many many times. Nice to see that there is a cache here now to make others aware of this interesting road.
I found the cache after a short search.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache BokBok9.

I guess sometimes it's just easier to make a road around a tree and not move a tree to make a road. Can't miss it! Tftc
Finally got a chance to grab this new one on my way home tonight making me the first finder for the year woohoo! That is a big tree in the middle of the road. Ive seen roads going around trees like this in a couple of other places. Lucky for the trees not being cut down and makes the road more interesting. Very dark here at night but thankfully a quick find.

With the weather warming up this afternoon I decided to head out to try and increase my total amount of finds for the year. With some recently solved puzzles still to find and some partially worked on multies yet to finish, I headed out east to start my journey. I quickly moved my way through the finals picking up he odd trad in between before deciding to head south for some more finds. A few more trads were thrown into the mix and a multi final worked out before I finally decided to call it a day and make my way home, leaving plenty of more finds for tomorrow.

Ran into Astro here, with same idea...
Coords put us in the ivy on the fence, so took a few mins to find!
I dodge these trees everytime I go to firesafe's, he will be spewing... lol
Dropped my *FTF* geocoin for the joint FTF.
Took some coords too.

Thanks

I found myself thinking of Zytheran - he would not have looked here. Then I was thinking of fire - lucky he was here as well as he graciously awarded us both a ftf. Well done on putting your hand on it first! Some how I knew there would be updated coords posted!!! [^]. Clear skies!
