Thought I had done a clean sweep of this valley months ago, only to find one more green spot on the map after I got home. Made a special detour from Casino just to pick up this last one. TFTC
Out with the mob today on a run to Kyogle testing my new geo adventure mobile and popped in here for this cache

TFTC. We are camped at Kyogle Showgrounds with our motorhome group for a birthday get together. We spotted this series along Collins Creek Road. With a couple of hours to spare this morning we headed out to explore this area. My first job in Melbourne was on Collins Street and we know the CO as well so it seemed appropriate to do this small series. We did not have any issues finding the caches although a couple of logs had got a bit wet.
Heading out to Kyogle today, as we are travelling this way with the caravan, and luckilymwe did, as there was not always enough room to get off the road.

We left the caravan at Rathdowney and took Running creek road heading south. Our aim was to collect caches and enjoy the drive and scenery. We haven't been this way before. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. The green of the countryside was so beautiful and the creeks running were so pretty and clear. The high grass caused us some grief when searching and a bit of time was attributed to removing cobbler pegs, pesky things that they are. We didn't realize we'd get as far as Kyogle but as we followed the caches we found ourselves getting closer. Went to town for a late lunch, fuel top up and purchased some lovely fresh fruit and veg from the fuel outlet. Thanks for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area. We chatted to a young girl at this location who has horses at the paddock. She was aware of the cache and thought it was a great way to get to explore.
TFTC smile 7615 out and about with Hatzoff RoddyC Deaf Phantom and miss Millie geo dog having a great time plenty laughs, plenty walks plenty of caches
Thank you, RoddyC, for placing this cache for our enjoyment.

Thought I would do some more finds along Collins Creek Road today on a day off work. Love this road it’s such a pretty drive. Nice quick find. TFTC.
For the month prior to my visit to Australia, I spent some time trying to solve some mystery caches around the Brisbane area. At one point I had to contact RoddyC for a question one one of his caches. We got chatting and he kindly invited me to join him on a maintenance run which we did today. This led to my most productive day caching so far.
This was an nice and easy one to finish the trail. I'll give an FP here for the whole round; especially for the scenery. Tftc and UTV

On our way north we took this road and tackled the various caches along it.
At the end of the run we'd had pretty good success with the finds.
Found a Snake skin at GZ, fortunately what it belonged to wasn't about.

Easy camo to spot. T wasn't so observant though to see the snake skin draped over the container and camo till after log signed and container replaced.
What a great spot - the grass was nice and green out here today, and a slight bit of drizzle. This is what caching is all about! Loved this one RoddyC!
Checked out our Northern NSW placements over this weekend. Happy to say most were in very good order - thank you fellow geocachers!
Out today on a weekend caching run in the area with RoddyC, Hatzofff & Snickersallan. Stopped here to find this cache. SL then returned as found.
You sometimes have to wonder what some of these old structures were used for.
Found on 9 February 2019 at 1.10pm. TFTC, RoddyC.

Thanks for this series still got 3 to get on return one is where there is workers so might have to give it a miss and there is another that is MIA
We decided to make a day trip to Kyogle to try to achieve the “In September, you might be an Adrenaline Junkie if…” souvenir. We made it to the end of the road. Mr 2 was very excited to locate this cache by himself. Now to turn around and grab a couple more caches on the way home. TFTC
Out and about collecting some caches to complete the Hidden Creatures Souvenirs.
These were close enough to walk (if you call a 21km round trip close) to from where we were staying. A different experience to driving the roads.

A few days around Kyogle district looking for caches. Always enjoy doing caches in the countryside compared to suburbia. Doing the caches along Collins Roads and nearby was most enjoyable bring us (that being cachers) to roads we would probably not decide to travel along. Thank you for placing these caches. TFTC Mr and Mrs RoddyC
Having a caching day along the roads just north of Kyogle - the cache placements certainly took us along roads less travelled and some amazing views were discovered.
No guardians protecting it today.

I am still on my way home from the OZ Geomuster Mega event held at Morisset over the Easter week-end.
I arrived in Kyogle mid morning after staying the night about 30km and started finding all of these new caches up in the hills. I ended up finding them all, which makes for a good day. [^] The Lancer did good.
A short search before I found this one nicely tucked away. [^]
Unfortunately the log book is damp and mouldy.
Thanks for the cache.

Last one on the trail, then we drove on a little bit further,Thanks very much RoddyC for the trail.
The last of the caches for us to find here today, brought a touch of sadness, but not before I was again challenged to see how close I could get us to the hiding location of the cache. Another park and grab, this time it was Dez's turn to grab the cache from the comfort of the car. Apparently I would make a good paparazzi photographer, catching Dez's best side in all its glory. TFTC
After the Australia Day event earlier in the day, seffnjarah, CrookedPete and I hopped into the car to clean up the Collin's Creek Road caches, as well as the FTFs we'd drawn at the event. Another neat bit of maneuvering from Seff got me close enough to make this one another seated, air-conditioned park 'n' grab. Unfortunately, chivalry is entirely dead, and when my retrieval of the cache left me in an unflattering position Seff proved himself to be no gentleman and took a photo for future bribery. TFTC
After an Australia Day event at Sheepstation Creek this morning with JeznDez and SeffnJarah, we completed a loop collecting these new caches. Another park and grab - literally. This time, JeznDez, who was riding shotgun did the honours
Many thanks RoddyC

**FTF** at 9.45am . This series of caches was published while I was on my way to the Border Ranges. I still needed to set up camp, so did not even consider going for FTF. The next morning, after breakfast, I had a tiny bit of internet coverage, so decided to check on these caches. It seemed that the locals were sleeping in, so I decided to make my way to the closest ones.
Thanks to the hint, this cache was qucikly located and the log signed. Now back to the campground to set up for the event. TFTC
