Loved this multi. Nice to walk around and collect the info needed for calculating the coords. And then the actual cache - great. Had a little rest in the comfy chair before heading off. A favourite from me.
A few finds this evening somewhere far from my usual haunts. Keeping my score a bit high while one has the opportunity to do so . Loved the end of this multi cache, a delightful find. Favourite point deserved. TFTC AussiePam for my 2406 find.
TFTC from the Kayakviking! Took a few local walks to pick up the clues then when I was finally around when GZ was open......Muggle sitting in the only chair next to the spot.Next visit took a little search til penny dropped. All good.Cheers KV
Unfortunately I missed accessing GZ by a few minutes. I'll drop by next time I'm in this part of town.
This was a multi that was spread out over several months. First I did everything and worked it out all fine, toddled off to gz only to discover the slackos had taken the afternoon off and there was nothing I could do about it except sit down have a big cry and write a dnf log.So of course I did just that, considered myself lucky to have at least explored a little of North Sydney and away I went. Many moons later, im back in town, baby!Walking across the bridge is always a delightful torturess way to deliver oneself to the north shore. Seeing as my dawdlings to here had by now already consumed the better part of the daylight hours, I scuttled my way over to gz first lest I be disappointed again.Success! The treasure was right where i expected it and the two muggle guardians where none the wiser when I grasped a pen and shock horror vandalised a page with blue ink. Then as if in mockery, gently slid the text back upon the shelf and tiptoed out.The nerve!Thank you AussiePam for sending me around the streets and back again with a delectably delirious donation.
Enjoyed the walk around to collect the information. Interesting way to do a multi. After getting final GZ I made my way to the area and it was in plain site as per instructions. Love it . TFTC
Once the numbers were gathered I had an hour to kill before I could grab the cache. Once where I needed to be it was a case of I couldnt see what I was looking for until I could. I do enjoy a library cache. TFTC
It's my 10th geo-versary today, and I thought it would be good to mark this milestone in the company of fellow cachers ... so I'm heading for an event later today at Darling Harbour. On the way, I decided a walk over the Harbour Bridge would be fun (I haven't done it for a few years), so got off the train at Milsons Point and saw that GZ for this one was fairly close by. I'd done all the waypoints for the cache on a day trip to the area a long time ago but couldn't finish it off because it was a Sunday. No problems today though, a quick find with noone anywhere near me.Thanks for a fun multi AussiePam.
A very nice multi which we were able to complete without any problems. Thank you AussiePam
Spending the Australia Day long weekend in the city. We decided to do a spot of caching before the festivities start. An early morning walk around the northern harbour foreshore was very fruitful.Collected required info for this cache but I was early for GZ. Returning a bit later I quickly found the right section and the right logbook. A quaint little library.TFTC
A fun little multi , it was nice to sit in the air conditioning and wait for a crying muggle baby to leave before I signed the log. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
library is closed.disappointing. i would've come earlier but cache description said open till five pm.i won't be back here for well. who knows...4:15pm.
Found, with shaneo58. We came down from Newcastle on the train, Coords calculated quickly, to find the cache in a nice likation.Signed log and Cache replaced as found.**Thanks For The Cache** AussiePam.This makes the 2nd cache of 8 for today making a grand total of 4267 at 10:26AM on this Thursday the 2nd of November in the Year 2023
We came down from Newcastle cleaning up a few caches in this area that we failed to finish the week before and added this one as well. Really loved this cache. TFTC AussiePam.
Day 2: Lane Cove and North Sydney
Today’s plan was to strike north of the Harbour for two main reasons: to get the Lane Cove Virtual and to find a Letterbox cache in Sydney. The weather was lovely today, and despite walking almost 25k steps, it really didn’t feel like it, and I return to the city a really happy cacher
(End of the cut and paste section)
Next one up, and the numbers were easily gathered and the coordinates, along with the instructions attained. I actually tried to enter via the back, but the play area seems fenced off and I didn’t want to seem like a trespasser, so I made my way to the front. The door marked “Library” turned out to be outdated, but the map is correct, and I made my way to the stacks. The reference section is a bit hard to find, being so low, but, it’s there and so is the “cache”. Signed in happily here, and headed onwards to the next. TFTC!

I got all the details, certitude worked and I found the right spot but that was as far as I got. I could not find the cache.
Having just crossed the bridge, a quick check showed this cache close by. Answers found okay, wasn't sure about the Sub Station one but it worked out. Short walk later and a little longer looking, added my name to the log. Had a sit for a moment which was nice after all the walking before heading onwards! Thanks for the cache AussiePam!
Found the coords a couple of days ago but library was shut, very happy to finish this one
I started this multi back in February but had a number wrong so left it for another day. Back today and I found myself at a rather peaceful GZ, the cache was easily found and is all good
This afternoon I made my way to north Sydney and back across the bridge to Sydney in order to complete the new virtual and find a few others along the way.
Thanks for the cache

We are visiting Australia from Florida, USA for a multi-week vacation which will have us visiting two states in Australia (Tasmania and the ACT) we missed in 2014 followed by 28 days on the Ovation of the Seas including New Zealand and a Transpacific to Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
Today was turn-around day as we ended our 10 day New Zealand cruise where we missed two ports due to high winds (Dunedin & Wellington). With a beautiful forecast we opted to walk the Sydney Harbor Bridge to spend some time in North Sydney where we had two sets of Adventure Labs and finishing three other sets we had been working on. We would then re-board the Ovation of the Seas to begin our next adventure.
We were headed to Luna Park when Mrs. Seadog noticed this multi, we got the green light on the first try and headed to GZ, happy to see it was available, a quick search and we had the log in hand. Thanks for a fun multi. tftc!!

#17331 - 11:10; In Sydney for a few days with the geohoney and headed across the Harbour to Kirribilli for the markets this morning. Grabbed a bite to eat, then set about collecting a couple of the local caches, including this one, while the geohoney browsed the stalls. Gathered the required information, validated the solution, then set off for GZ, where all was quiet and I went about the hunt without any observers. It didn't take too long before I had the cache in hand and my name was added to the log. TFTC AussiePam
Family trip back to Sydney with daughter's work.
With no luck yesterday, Barb got some help from the CO. Back today with info in hand. Cache located in a hidey spot. Log signed, cache replaced as found.

A very nice and easy multicache with a visit to this cute library. And my second library cache today so a fp here too. Tftc
What a delightfully fun cache!! WPs were pretty straightforward which brought us to the final GZ. First thought: uh oh, needle in a haystack time but after reading everything a little more carefully, managed to check out what we were after.
Thank you so much for bringing us to this little cosy corner.

"Last find of the day. Couldn't actually go in the library as it was closed. Took awhile to find the 1st stage. I may have time to come back to visit the library. Nice multi. TFTC!"
A geocacher posted this as a "found log". It is not.
This is a library cache, and there is info in the description about opening hours.
No signature = log not yet found.
I have no option but to delete.
I hope the finder can return and do the right thing.

Find 4 of 21 on a walk from the CBD to Kirribilli. Straight off the red-eye flight from Perth, dropped bag off at the hotel and out we went.
Couldn't find a value for F but gave the checker a slight kicking until it coughed up the green tick. A short walk and a not so short search in what was thankfully a small library! Got there in the end. Great cache.
TFTC AussiePam!

Well, quite a story here..I was here yesterday and having got a correct checker knew what I had to do. I had absolutely no joy after a long search in the correct section.
I came back today armed with a further hint from the CO. Still no joy. I then found what I was looking for in the Returns section, so someone has borrowed and returned recently. Couldn't make it up. I've acted as part-time librarian and put it back to its intended section for the next searcher to find
Have a fave Pam for the fun cache. Many thanks!

This was the only find for the day. I was looking to find a multi to start completing my calendar and was in the city for an appointment. Noticing this wasn’t too far from the station, I managed to find the plaque, although I expected a different type of material, and then the rest of the information. I managed to calculate the coordinates on the first go- yay! But then didn’t realise I mistyped them into my app. Oh dear - so much walking back and forth and after a couple more adjustments finally found myself at the required location. Then I found myself trying to dodge people nearby only to eventually have something click and then realised where I was meant to look. Thank goodness - the cache was in a spot where I wouldn’t be disturbed. SL. TFTC.

Grabbed this one this morning before a later start at work. Very straightforward clues and the cache was located fairly quickly. Love library caches and I’ve done all bar one on that list TFTC
It took a while to locate the container but we did it and it was very cool. TFTC
I've removed a physical stage of this multi. The container kept absconding.
All the information is now in the Certitude checker.

After just over 2 years, I finally get to complete this multi. Back in December 2019, I gathered all the information and headed to GZ. Unfortunately, GZ was closed for Christmas holidays. Then COVID-19 kicked in and lockdowns meant more closures. Then a visit to the area with Zelda the geodog meant I was unable to access GZ.
Finally I had my opportunity today. Although I had Zelda with me, I was OCW Jackscruff and her geodog Sooty. So while the pups were minded, I managed to locate the cache, sign the logbook and tick this one off.
Thanks for setting up the multi, and placing the cache. I always find these an interesting placement, with muggles none the wiser. Zelda enjoyed the front lawns at GZ. TFTC

I was out with Rama497 on a maintenance run but we thought we would stop first to find this multi. The first two waypoints were easy enough but when we clicked on the checker, all that came up was an error message. We were confident with our calculated coordinates and soon arrived to begin our search. We struggled to find anything here so a phone call was made to the CO who confirmed what we needed to find the cache. As we had our ebikes with us, I made a beeline to GZ while Rama497 kept watch on our bikes. Although the search area was small, it still took me a number of minutes to locate the cache and sign the log. Thanks for this multi AussiePam and adding to my geo-adventures.

OCW Calypos62 riding our bikes around the city.
Got to WP1 and found the required info. Off to WP2 and collected more info.
Then off to WP3 and got stuck as we could not find the information needed.
Knowing the container would be, C62 went in and found it. I then went in and struggled, but with a tip from C62 I soon had the CIH. I signed the log and replaced back as found.

Very clever. Got the numbers and the geo kid is a book nerd so they know what to do.

After a few calendar finds today - before we're all locked down. But of course not going to any of the danger zones... so headed for the new cache in Northbridge.
After that picked up two more before heading home.
And always welcome, came across another cacher while on the hunt.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Came back for this one after finding it closed on the last attempt. And today it was open. So after donning my mask and scanning the QR code, I made my way in to find two ladies at GZ. And one of them seemed to instinctively knew what I was there for - although she hadn't seen the new version. Now the other one does too.
Found what I was looking for without too much trouble and was surprised to find a blank log, given the recent find.
It's signed now.
After a pleasant chat explaining the game I replaced the cache and made my way back to *The Hademobile*.
Time for one more...
Gets a favourite from me.

Was hoping for four finds today, but only got three. A multi that should have been accessible until 5pm wasn't, so I had to put that one on hold. Still any day I can get a few multis is a god one.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
But it says open until 5 and its not 5. Looked very closed to be honest.
Oh well, I have my instructions for the find. Will have to be another day.

We got to GZ no worries, but searching high, low and sideways did not reveal the cache container. Some similar items have moved location slightly, so maybe it has gone missing?
I came down this way this afternoon intending to get the new jacaranda cache.
But after collecting all the details, the muggles were too numerous near the GZ for any kind of search, even though I was fairly sure where it would be.
So down the road I walked, I’d forgotten about this cache, as it had been disabled for so long due to covid.
But today was exactly the right day to complete it.
I followed the instructions and retrieved all the details before retrieving the last info and entering the location.
Absolutely loved this cache! Such an unusual gz and hide.

Had a nice walk on a warm, sunny mid-spring day to collect the needed information. Once near WP2 I spotted the sensibly-located container after a short search. Luckily there were very few muggles passing by. I did what that title advised - what a great little spot! Here's a quote from GZ..."Travellers always buy experience which no books can give - Anon". This geocache is an interesting example since a book did give the experience! SL TFTC Cheers.... Gaztek
Glad to have finally checked this one off of my list. It took me several goes to find Stage 1. Mostly from double guessing whether it was "my" left or "her" left. Then Covid. So the centre wasn't open for ages. But after an easy friday afternoon's work, I managed to get out during business hours and grab the cache. Fairly straightforward find after a bit of searching.

FINALLY !!! The Community Centre and Library have re-opened. I checked the "container" - it weathered COVID-19 lockdown, with style and aplomb - and awaits.....
Hi Mr Ministro
I spoke to the Manager of the Community Centre this morning and they are still closed, and that includes their little library.
I'll check each week, post updates and re-enable this geocache as soon as possible.
Thank you for the reminder.

Some Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, and, within certain parameters, geocaching is again on!!!!
However....

To help stop the spread of Covid-19, The Australian and NSW Governments require all of us to stay at home unless we are: shopping for essentials, receiving medical care, exercising or travelling to work or education.
Many of us have continued hunting geocaches – justifying this as exercise – and telling ourselves we're doing it responsibly by avoiding high urban traffic areas, practicing social distancing and hygiene etc. Some others are possibly less careful.
As a Cache Owner, I feel duty bound to follow the lead of wiser heads (wise guys?) and lessen the temptation to break curfew, so to speak. To that end, I'm now temporarily disabling all my hides. Please don't try to log them.
Hopefully, if we all do our bit for our collective well-being, our community will make it through this difficult time.
Let's stay home and work on solving some of the pesky puzzles we've been avoiding tackling. Or maybe get creative with ideas for future hides. And of course we can still geo-chat on social media.
Be safe – and keep smiling!

I'm in Sydney this week from across the ditch attending a conference. I've taken the opportunity to grab some caches while I'm here. I'll expand on my logs when I get back home (as well as posting photos, answering questions, etc.)
Wandering around Milsons Point before I headed over the bridge I took in this multi. Found the information easily enough and calculated the coordinates. Worked my way around to the WP where I found a muggle on a phone but he was fairly mobile so I was able to search for the container and eventually got my hands on it. Took in the instructions and headed in to blissful air conditioning . Followed the instructions and soon had the cache in hand and took advantage of a nearby seat to complete the formalities. I love library caches and this was no exception. All good here. TFTC+FP

A quick little multi! Took us to a great location where a lovely lady helped point out what we were looking for! TFTC
Gathered all the info at WPs, but library was closed when we got there around 1:15pm. Looks like I'll have to come back another day.
Due to Sunday track work, my train from Stanmore to the City joined up with the North Shore line. I took this very unusual opportunity to hop off at Milson’s Point and find some caches.
This one was a great multi that was challenging enough without taking up too much time on my unexpected detour. Thanks Aussie Pam!

My first visit to the library was not a success. Despite the information in the bison tube, I headed down the wrong track and got bogged. I messaged Pam and got a gentle hint which, when I went back to the library showed I could have had CIH from where I was standing the first time. Such is life.

Having picked up the main numbers some time ago but not having time to complete we realised today being in the area and also streak week it was time to finishing this one off. The way point took a bit to find but was eventually spotted. So with the information at hand we headed to GZ and found the creative hide. Always like these types. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC.

Picked up the required info sometime ago and today had a lunchtime window for a nice journey over the bridge to make the find. Clue was nicely camo’d and I really enjoyed the final GZ, very relaxing which made for a fun find. TFTC AussiePam #805
There’s not enough library caches around. This would have to be the 2nd I’ve found and it didn’t disappoint. I teamed up with Coastblue and we mind the find for the April 2019 Geochallenge. A nice quick multi highlighting the area. Favourite point from me. Cache# 1052 TFTC.
OCW Rodney1210 completing the April 2019 Geochallenge. We set out collecting our information and then made tracks for the final. I’ve never done a library cache before and this one certainly didn’t disappoint for my first! Thoroughly enjoyed the journey and the cache! TFTC!
We had no trouble gathering the information at the first stage and were soon at the second where we were unable to locate the bison. I'd taken note of the extra hint in the description - the one associated with the statue - but had misinterpreted what was meant by "her right" . Anyway, while caching elsewhere in the area, I contacted the CO who kindly put me right and, upon our return, we immediately had BIH.
Then it was into the library where we soon located what we'd come for. We had no trouble with the person on duty, in fact she insisted on helping us. Hmm, must be my natural charm .
Thanks AussiePam, it's a fine multi, which gets a favourite from me.

Nice idea. The gut holding the bison has become detached from it's anchor point. The bison is on the ground now. Thanks for the cache.
This is a cache dear to my heart, and when I saw the last log, I decided to pay it a visit.
Curious. It's only a couple of hours since that log, and I found the bison tube just where it should have been, attached and peeking out at the rain with a smile on its face.
Anyway, good to go.
(Deep thought. This is a replacement to an earlier container which apparently vanished. I wonder if that's what just got found????)

Taking into account recent feedback...
I have reworked this library multi-cache.
It should now be absolutely abundantly clear where to search.
And hopefully, there will now be no need whatsoever to disturb other users or the library staff.

Found this cache with MrMalkovich -- it kept us guessing right until the end with quite an unexpected and slightly traumatic twist! Always love different styles of hides, although some (like those hidden near schools / playgrounds) can result in unanticipated interactions with muggles (and in some cases, it's hard to know whether people are true muggles or just playing along). SL TFTC AussiePam!
Rheneas and I had visited a few Kirribilli caches before starting this one just after lunch, and we were relishing the somewhat cooler weather.
At the first stage, we took in all the details and had the co-ords for the second stage within minutes. It was here that things became difficult. The paper hint was of little use, but we both had a good idea where the cache would be. However after a few seconds of searching, the two librarians wanted to know what book we were looking for. We had a title but not an author.
Without disclosing too much, one woman had issues with Rheneas and I and suspected we had some evil intentions and were at GZ for nefarious purposes. Despite our reassurances, she could not be convinced. So with the timely assistance of a woman in the front office, the cache was quickly located not quite in the expected location, and we quickly signed the log and left. This cache definitely rates as my most awkward so far.
I notice now that the CO has updated the online hint, and it now eclipses the usefulness of the hint in the bison and should make things a little easier for future finders.
TFTC AussiePam - it just didn't work out as intended for our visit.

Finally my name is in the log book! I struggled with this one from the beginning making silly mistakes. Happy to get the smiley after enjoying the cool and quiet gz area today

I checked this cache today and found the "container" missing. As it had very recently been found, I did a thorough search with community centre assistance, and eventually we unearthed it. It had been seriously misplaced. Just dumped apparently in a pile of other "containers" far from its obvious home. I like to think this was the accidental work of a passing muggle as I hope no geocacher would act in this way. Anyway, once again good to go.
No luck today even with a previous finder looking over my shoulder. Maybe next tme
We went by train to Milsons Point with the intention to walk back over the bridge.
We looked a little at this nice area and found two caches.
This very fine multi took us a while to find.
The desired object hid very well, and the staff couldn’t help, but the were interested in seeing it, when we at last found it.
TFTC and greetings from Denmark

Another really cool multi in the area! What a really cool community centre! I completed WP1 and 2 before opening time, so had to come back a bit later. Did another multi and came back just after 9am and had the place to myself. I totally missed the section I was looking for, but some directions from the nice man at the front desk had me in the right spot. A short search later and the clever cache was in hand. Favourite awarded. TFTC!!
Returned and found this cache after a previous DNF and a helpful hint. A very clever cache. TFTC
Thanks to extra hint from CO had a further look and soon found. Clever cache earns a FP.
I came to Milson's Point today on the train, quite by accident (actually got on the wrong train). I decided to have a look around, enjoyed the market then set off to find this Multi.
Excellent ! Thank you for the fun, AussiePam.

Don't try to read between the lines for this one. The answer was staring at me the whole time. Thanks AussiePam & the community centre staff for hosting this cool cache!

I wanted to attend the GeoWedding Flashmob and decided to do a few more caches around the Kirribilli area. Kirribilli is a beautiful historic part of town with great view over our beautiful harbour.
'Off the Beaten Track' was the first cache that took me to some interesting buildings. The clues were quickly found and it was then into the Library...and what a nice little library it was! I started to search for the book, but the kind librarian, after seeing me struggle for 20 minutes gave me a clue by pointing me to the right section.
What a great cache, and worth a favourite. Thanks AussiePam.

Yeah!! I've been wanting to this for a long time, and today after a walk across the bridge on a lovely afternoon i decided to start it thinking i was a bit late for the last part. But luckily i could go 15 mins before closing at 18:00.
Got my head scratching on where to start and after 10 mins search the librarian pushed me in the right direction because otherwise I would have spent here the whole day!!
Great cache that deserves a FP!

I had walked past GZ on the way to my hotel so returned after a cache hunt over the Harbour Bridge. Took a while to find the cache as it wasn't in the section I thought it would be in. Tftc.

Companions: None
Muggles: A few at GZ
Weather: Pleasant enough autumn afternoon(s)
Cache condition: Good
I first attempted this cache a few weeks ago. I quickly found WP1, but struggled at WP2. When I was finally successful I headed to GZ, but was thwarted due to a guitar lesson. Today I had an opportunity to return due to a work function _(I decided it was probably best not to return to the office ...)_. I headed north and was at GZ by 4.45, only 15 minutes before closing. Luckily I had it all to myself and was able to search in peace. At 4.55 I got nervous that I was going to be kicked out, so asked the front desk for some assistance, and they gave me a pointer (with a grin). Hmmm, I thought I had checked there, but anyway I had CIH. TNLNSL, thanks for a fun cache.
